We loved our stay at Labak river, the rooms are very clean, the view of the pool over looking the river is just what we were looking for. We just wish that the pool bar was up and running and the restaurant was a little nicer. For the price we paid though we were very happy with the experience. I loved the comfy daybed on the balcony. We had the room right above the pool and would say it would be the best room in the hotel. If there restaurant above the pool and the pool bar service was up and running we would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay at Labak river, the rooms are very clean, the view of the pool over looking the river is just what we were looking for. The hotel needs some freshening up. Parts of the facilities and rooms are run down. The service can be better. I had to ask two days in a row to get extra showergel. You only get one tiny bottle. When I entered the room there was a dirty, moist sofa which I had to ask to be replaced. The hotel was empty (off-season) so the staff was bored and hanging or even lying on the seats at the reception and restaurant. This is not a professional attitude. The two bars, at the pool, and the outside terrace as well as the spa were closed. I ordered dinner 1 time and got a gado gado without peanut sauce and even did not get a napkin. The infinity pool is amazing with a beautiful view. This is in the end what kept me at this hotel.

Amazing staff we felt so welcomed at the resort everyone was so wonderful,the rooms are so beautiful and clean and the food was amazing highly recommended, thank you so much for making part of our trip an amazing one jazz and Erick
