Recharge Hostel Policy and Condition: Cancellation: When cancelling an online booking, this is free of charge 5 days prior to arrival, unless the reservation is non-refundable. When cancelling within the 5 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged. When cancelling a non-refundable reservation, the total amount will be charged. No Show: When you book and do not show up, the entire amount will be charged. Deposit: We require a 10 euros cash deposit for the beds in the dorms and 50 euros for the private rooms. This will be refunded on your checkout. Pre-Authorization: We might pre-authorize your card anytime before the arrival and we reserve the right to cancel the booking in case the credit card is not valid. Check in from 14:00 to 23:00 . Check out from 00:00 to 11:00 . Payment upon arrival via online by Pay Now method. Taxes not included - tourist tax 7.00 EUR per person per night Breakfast not included. General: Reception: from 11:00 to 20:00 No curfew. House rules: In order to make your stay with us a pleasant experience, we kindly ask you to take the following House Rules into account. 1. Valid photo identification in the form of an ID card, Passport or Driver License (EU citizens only) is required at check-in. 2. Guests are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner at the Hostel and must not act in any way which may disturb other guests. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in Guests being asked to leave the Hostel in which event all charges and additional charges shall become immediately payable by the Guest. 3. Smoking is not permitted inside the Hostel. Smoking indoors will result in a fine of 250 euros, -. 4. Guests are responsible for taking care of their belongings. Recharge Hostel will not be responsible for any loss or damaged caused at the Hostel. The Guest may be liable for Sparks Hostel reasonable cost of repairing, cleaning or replacing any property of Sparks Hostel which is damaged, soiled or lost by a Guest. 5. No animals are allowed in the Hostel. 6. 'Recharge Hostel' does not accept bookings made by those under the age of 18. Underaged cannot stay in any shared rooms, however, they can stay in private rooms when accompanied by an adult over 18 years. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in automatic cancellation with no refund given. 7. Visitors who are not staying in the Hostel are only allowed at the lobby (going to the upper floors/rooms/dorms is NOT allowed). If you bring someone that has not payed to stay in your room, we will be forced to call the proper authorities. 8. Please be considerate towards other visitors, especially when you are using electronic media (we kindly ask you to use earphones when listening to music/ watching series/ doing video calls etc.). The quiet time for sleeping is from 11 PM. to 7 AM. Out of courtesy to fellow guests, please be quiet during this time. There are some strict Dutch laws when it comes to the use of drugs and smoking weed and cigarettes. This means: 1. You have to respect our non-smoking policy in the building, if this rule is broken you will have to leave immediately and a fine of 250 euros must be paid. 2. You are only allowed to consume marijuana/cannabis in a coffeeshop. Smoking it in or outside our building is strictly forbidden. Smoking weed in our hostel or terrace means you will have to leave the hostel immediately. 3. Illicit drugs of any kind will not be allowed or tolerated in the hostel, this includes the usage of laughing gas tanks. Guests found with any drug paraphernalia will be immediately asked to leave the hostel. If this is the case and guests are unwilling to leave, the proper authorities will be called. The fine of 200 euros will also apply. 4.Misbehaviour as a result of alcohol or drugs abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate ejection from the hostel premises.
