Mountian View Retreat < 2 Mi to White River!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent this cabin again. I realize it’s the true cabin experience so I do expect it to not be like staying in a luxury hotel. The cabin was very neat and we loved the atmosphere, however when we arrived it seemed as if no one had been in it in a while. It is July so it is very hot and the air had not been turned on or anything so it took until about 3 am Saturday morning for the window unit to get the cabin cooled down to a comfortable temperature. Also I realize a cabin is going to have some bugs but the floors were not clean and I will be honest before I felt comfortable staying I did clean the floors, washed the sheets on the twin bed because they did not seem clean, and I cleaned the bathroom. Once these things were done we enjoyed our stay but the first night was not very pleasant with the heat and the level of cleanliness. We did love the location, the cabin and the atmosphere so we would rent again, but would hope it would be cleaner and the air turned on before our arrival in such hot parts of the year.
