Service was wonderful! But property was under construction so it’s hard to really review the overall condo. I wasn’t happy with the stay overall, but absolutely would try again since there was apparent construction going on and the gal at the front desk was so accommodating!

The pool is closed. The overall place was sketchy. The cabinets were brown plywood, painted falling off the hinges. The bathroom had been covered up with paint. It looked like water damage. I got the impression that people lived. They are with pets, never ever again. We were going to go someplace else, but we had to get up early in the morning so we just went with it. The other room we rented smelled like pets. This place is no longer owned by Marriott, so it comes with nothing.

I loved the whole setup & how everything was available. Also the desk lady was super nice & helpful! I just wish the pool was open til at least 10pm. 7:30 is short especially when it’s hot & muggy out. My main reason for choosing hotels with pools.

Check in was easy. The door to our building didn’t lock so that made us uneasy. The security guard said he would be there but I never say him after 8pm. I’m sure he was there. Just not sure where. There were people in the parking lot playing music till late. I had to put on white noise to drown them out and I was on the third floor. Nice room very spacious. Two beds and kitchen area. Bed was super comfortable. Ac def worked we froze at 78° lol

I was not on the check in manifest. Too much walking for a disabled person. Nay Nay was wonderful she checked the room to make sure it was ready. Nay Nay carried my bags for me that would not fit on the delapitated poor excuse for a cart. She made me a card for my room and the second night it didn’t work so I had to hunt her down to let me back in the room. Renovations made the stay very difficult at best and parking was a nightmare. I have a handicapped placerd but I had to park much further away than I should’ve been. If it weren’t for Nay Nay being so wonderful I would have to rate my visit a 3 out of 10 she made it a 5 out of ten. This place is a maze without clear directions and if it weren’t for other guests helping me to get ahold of Nay Nay on my second night I would have just left.

I was pleasantly surprised the room we had was terrific. They are doing a remodel and I was expecting a mess. There was no mess. Even the areas that were being worked on were neat and safe. The construction workers were polite as well. The staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. I recommend this establishment whole heartedly.

Perfect room for our family needs. Room for both our teens to have their own space and us to have ours. Short drive to local shops. Outdoor pool was small and had limited hours.

The shower was stained and discolored with a faucet that was wobbly . The room had a strange odor to it but once u were inside u didn’t smell it after a while. Otherwise the area was quiet and we enjoyed ourselves … bring a blow dryer if u need one

Disgusting. Room smelled of BO and curry. The pull out sofa bed all stains all over it and rice stuck to the cushions. Blankets had cigarette holes in them. Cockroach in the bathroom.

The property was well kept and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and with the linen being white, you could see how clean it was. The bottom of the tub was slippery, but overall the entire room/suite was very well taken care of. AWESOME customer service! Thanks to Christy & Nana for their help with finding my keys; so pleasant, polite, and patient. I highly recommend this property.

My fiance and I were there for an hour and a half and in that time we saw a total of 4 roaches. The trash in the kitchen was full and there was water all over the bathroom floor. I told this to the receptionist at the desk who advised that she would have a manager call me on Monday, 9/18. No one has called me about anything. I even tried reaching out on the app but haven't heard anything back. I requested a refund and I am very pissed off that I wasted money!

Good for an affordable stop on our road trip. The mattress was very soft…sleepable, but would have been nice to be a little firmer. Felt like you would sink into it. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and communicative. Appreciated the kind, clear customer service.

Loved the suite idea with kitchenettes. Was a long term and short term location. People were friendly and very quiet. We rented 2 rooms. 1 had a broken lock but otherwise wonderful room. The other room had a broken AC and stove definitely needed repair/replacement also the mattress was old and we rolled into the center. We only had a 1 night stay but if the room was better, would have stayed longer.

The pan in the kitchen had food caked on it - tried to clean it but to no avail. Microwave did not heat up. The hot water was not working on the last night we stayed there . Beds were clean and comfortable.

The pull out bed was absolutely horrible. The most run down uncomfortable mattress ever. The room was definitely needed to have good night sleep, but was unable to because of the springy mattress.

Fantastic stay. Was pretty amazing to get a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen for less than we paid for a standard, ordinary room the previous night in a different city. Only thing resembling an issue was an inability to connect a device to the TV's, as the screen indicated we could. But the remaining available TV options were more than adequate.

The only problem I had was with checking in, there’s no one working the front desk after 8pm, I work and don’t get til 8, so when I booked I didn’t know that waking in, had I not called customer service I wouldn’t have known how to get my room key, but other than that, worth the money.

Got double booked and nobody noticed until almost 11pm at night when the other party tried to get in. Huge argument started as the other party drove there from hours away to just be let go as the place was fully booked up. I would've given up my unit if I could've canceled my stay on my expedia app but I couldn't. I would've been happier canceling if I knew ahead of time how the night was going to go. Sleeping was rough because the place next to us had a party going to late into the night. There's nobody on site to report noise complains to or to even talk to after 8pm. Very unprofessional. Would love to get my night and cash back but that's never going to happen

I recommend this place 5 stars, if I can give it more I will. Staff is friendly and helpfully. The hotel is very clean, quiet and safe to stay.. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick overnight. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was clean, need was soft. Kitchenette nice.

It was hard to find the property because the signage was so small. A bigger sign at the entrance wouls be excellent. Also a bigger sign to point out the check-in area for a smoother check in process. Housekeeping came in to replace towels & throw out trash but did not make the bed. I thought that was odd. Other than that I would DEFINITELY come again.

Office hours are 8 to 8 got in at 19 so had to use lock box to enter. Booked 6 person room but they only supply 3 towels and coffe maker was missing. Left early and got back late again so no change the second night. The pull out couch was unusable

Stayed here while sightseeing around the area on a long weekend, since the location is highway-adjacent. The kitchenette came in handy for morning coffee and late night snacks. We also enjoyed having a sitting area, not having to watch tv from the bed. It had all three essentials: Clean, Comfortable and Quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was wonderful. The bed was really comfortable amd the room had a kitchen. Had everything you needed for your stay. There was restaurants near by. Would definitely stay again. Was only 40 minutes from Salem.

Room was awesome and staff are super nice I just hope they get around to taking the sign down for the breakfast area because it is no longer available or never was and I kinda got my hopes up for that but other then that awesome place to stay!!!

There were not towels in the room when I arrived. I had to go to the lobby to get some. There was also no hangers to hug my clothes 😞. A little disappointed about that but everything else was good. I will definitely stay there again. It's my 4th time staying at this hotel

I would love to leave a good review because the area was perfect for what we needed however theres a huge lack in customer service unfortunately. We arrived to the hotel and checked in, the woman at the front desk was very short with responses and and not very friendly. We went up to our room dropped off our stuff and left to go get dinner just down the rd. Once back at the hotel room we were all getting ready to head to bed, it was late and we had a hockey tournament the next day. Our room was supposed to accommodate 6 guests... we pulled out the pullout couch for 2 of our children and were surprised to see there was no mattress on the pull out bed.. i called th hotels after hours line where a woman told me the didnt have any extra mattresses available for the night... umm what?! This shouldnt of been an "extra" mattress i asked if there was a manager i could speak with & was then transferred to the MAINTENANCE man who was extremely rude and hostile yelling at me over the phone asking me what i expected him to do, by the end of the convo i was in tears. We ended up cramming 3 kids into one bed and the other one slept on the folded up couch. The next morning we waited until 8:15 to check out (lobby "opens" at 8am) needless to say we ended up leaving at 8:15 (we had to get to our hockey game) without being able to speak with anyone because the office was still dark and locked up. 2 days later i called to speak with the manager, he was very nice and apologetic on the phone..

No room service I asked for new towels the towels that the room came with was stained and disgusting dishes were chipping and old overall hotel was dirty I cleaned the whole hotel room with disaffecting wipes
