Hôtel masseria 4* plutôt vieillissant. Les équipements sont présents mais usés. A notre arrivée, on nous a informé qu'une fête avait lieu ce soir là donc du bruit jusque tard le soir, pas idéal pour se reposer. La chambre était correct avec un ménage plutôt superficiel. Le petit déjeuner propose beaucoup de choix mais tout est industriel, sans réelles saveurs. Le lieu mériterait une bonne rénovation pour revenir dans les standards des masserie 4*.

The toilet door in our room was broken & could not be closed The toilet itself did not work properly The shower head sprayed to the sides instead of functioning like a rain shower it's supposed to be The faucets had no handles The double bed was not comfortable - 2 single mattresses were used

Great location and wonderful service, with a few maintenance niggles. We loved that this was an easy base for sightseeing the area - Ostuni, Monopoli and more are all within easy reach. The food options nearby are excellent; it's a real gastronomic mecca. The hotel itself is nice, though the rooms are on the smaller side and could use some maintenance - our shower was clogged and the issue wasn't entirely resolved after we flagged it. On the plus side, breakfast is generous and the pool is beautiful and pleasant. What really made our stay special was Davide at reception, who was incredibly attentive to detail and responsive throughout. Would happily return.
