Lovely and relaxing experience top to bottom, everything about the hotel was executed perfectly. Interior design and attention to detail were phenomenal. Gym was gorgeous and the lounge for hotel guests was very comfortable and well appointed. Will definitely be back!

Incredible experience! Nine Orchard is my new NYC hotel of choice! Every single staff member I interacted with was so pleasant and helpful! Included breakfast was delicious and a great value! Love the area! And beautiful esthetic overall! Can’t wait to come back!

My favorite place to stay in NYC. The comfort and elegance is deeply seductive — I didn’t want to leave! Everything about this place is cool, artistic, elegant, sophisticated. Maybe next time I’ll get a room with a bathtub, but cannot think of a place I would rather stay. Swan Bar is stunning.

Food was fantastic had the breakfast that was included with the room and it was beyond delicious, fresh, healthy and great assortment, drinks at the bar were also top notch. Favorite part was the vibe- I am obsessed with the decor! Holy smokes, everything was stunningly decorated in luxurious layers of beauty- the furniture, lighting, textiles, wallpaper, tiles, and small touches. Beautiful!

I had an exceptional stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous so tastefully done. The bar is beautiful. The restaurant is fantastic. I loved my breakfast there every morning. My room was a good size. Very high ceilings comfortable bed and pillows beautiful bathroom. I never waited for the elevator, like you tend to do in every NY hotel. There is a cookie and glass bottled water every night. The mini bar is great. I will absolutely stay here again it's definitely more LES than Soho but a good location nonetheless. Kiki's, the Greek restaurant across the street is super popular and was cute and yummy.

This is my new favorite Manhattan hotel, even though it is a little awkward to get to. But the area is very interesting and "has history", and the hotel is excellent in every way - impeccably design choices, super friendly and well trained staff, tranquil and satisfying breakfast, good restaurant attached. I can't really say enough about how much I liked it.

The room was bright, impeccably clean and gorgeously decorated while still feeling cozy and welcoming, with amenities that went above and beyond (plus, the high ceilings and large windows were such a contrast to most NYC hotel rooms). Incredibly courteous, friendly and helpful staff (not aloof and snooty at all). Cool neighborhood. This place is a total winner.

Staff were terrific Zzz only issue was that housekeeper forgot to clean our room one day. I found this disappointing as you’d think that there should be a supervisor or ? To sign off, especially at this price point.

This is, in no way, a VIP or luxury property. Service is terrible, attitude of the manager and front desk staffers are abysmal. There is no understanding whatsoever of how a luxury hotel in New York City should operate. They serviced my room at 3pm after I requested service at 10am and left left the room for two hours in order for it to be taken care of. I returned to a messy room and had attitudes when I requested that the remedy their error. No one, and I mean no one, that works here should be working in hospitality. Shocking.

This is, in no way, a VIP or luxury property. Service is terrible, attitude of the manager and front desk staffers are abysmal. There is no understanding whatsoever of how a luxury hotel in New York City should operate. just okay.. really wanted to love the hotel since it came highly recommended. Sadly it was not worth the price tag. Service was very inconsistent, rooms are small, concierge was average, hotel amenities were very limited. Just didn’t feel luxe… Staff did not honor VIP access members with late checkout or welcome amenities.

Unbelievable- great service, very good restaurant and bar plus multiple areas to hang out that are nicely decorated - with food drink available in many of those. I personally loved location as it’s on the edge of Chinatown with an old time ny feel. love the tattoo removal place 1/2 block from tattoo parlor.

Incredible experience! Nine Orchard is my new NYC hotel of choice! Every single staff member I interacted with was so pleasant and helpful! Included breakfast was delicious and a great value! Love the area! And beautiful esthetic overall! Can’t wait to come back!

Strange location for a 5-star hotel - difficult for a taxi to find! Surrounding area (China Town) was dirty, crowded, and noisy.

I had an exceptional stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous so tastefully done. The bar is beautiful. The restaurant is fantastic. I loved my breakfast there every morning. My room was a good size. Very high ceilings comfortable bed and pillows beautiful bathroom. I never waited for the elevator, like you tend to do in every NY hotel. There is a cookie and glass bottled water every night. The mini bar is great. I will absolutely stay here again it's definitely more LES than Soho but a good location nonetheless. Kiki's, the Greek restaurant across the street is super popular and was cute and yummy.

This is my new favorite Manhattan hotel, even though it is a little awkward to get to. But the area is very interesting and "has history", and the hotel is excellent in every way - impeccably design choices, super friendly and well trained staff, tranquil and satisfying breakfast, good restaurant attached. I can't really say enough about how much I liked it.

If the restaurant had been open earlier for breakfast, I would’ve had breakfast there. I was ready at 7 AM, but they didn’t open until 730.

My favorite place to stay in NYC. The comfort and elegance is deeply seductive — I didn’t want to leave! Everything about this place is cool, artistic, elegant, sophisticated. Maybe next time I’ll get a room with a bathtub, but cannot think of a place I would rather stay. Swan Bar is stunning.

Food was fantastic had the breakfast that was included with the room and it was beyond delicious, fresh, healthy and great assortment, drinks at the bar were also top notch. Favorite part was the vibe- I am obsessed with the decor! Holy smokes, everything was stunningly decorated in luxurious layers of beauty- the furniture, lighting, textiles, wallpaper, tiles, and small touches. Beautiful!

MWe enjoyed our stay at Nine Orchard! From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic and the bar tenders were fun to chat with. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Breakfast at the Corner Bar was also good. We ended up just staying at the hotel for breakfast every day since it was so good. They had a cocktail hour while we were there for hotel guest only and we were surprised to have martinis on the cocktail hour menu. Everything was a five star in my mind.

Loved the hotel, staff & restaurant! Corner room 3E view was blocked by medal grating on trim which trapped noisy pigeons and the shade in the shower was broken. The outside trim prevented enjoying any kind of view. Last time I stayed in March, I loved the view and that was one of the reasons I selected this hotel again.

Loved the staff. Beautiful “swan” room. I had a small room .., the Nook. - loved it….. I ate all the snacks in the mini bar. Hahaha Really good . Just a practical , well thought out space …. Central to cool stuff. Bed was amazing . Food …. Soo good .
