The night shift staff was very accommodating and friendly. Stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and it was nice. The property could eliminate some of the furniture as it felt cluttered and useless in the room. The hot tub heating element was out and the water was cloudy as to be expected with it out of service. The pool also looked a bit murky and was quite warm.

Pool was closed and I was not informed of that until I checked in. Somebody was stomping around and dragging furniture or something in the room above me until 10:00 at night and then again around 4:00 in the morning.

Coffee pots in rooms are full size, which was great and the beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was fair at best and not open everyday, without notice. So most days you have to go outside of the hotel to get breakfast. Staff was nice, but very hard to get ahold of. I rang the front desk bell, waited over 10 min no one showed up; more than a couple times. Also, tried multiple times to call with no answer. Pool is open at random times. One day it was open at 1 pm & closed by 6 pm, other days it was closed all together with no signage or explanation. If you appreciate you alone time & are self sufficient it would be ok. Walmart next door.

A lot of maintenance and basic updates needed on this property. Main reason we booked was for the hot tub, which wasnt hot

No security. Exit/entrance door at end of hallway was not locked. Cleanliness was marginal. Bed was comfortable. I will not be staying at this motel again.

The young man that checked us in was very nice and informative...however the pool was open but the pool room lights didnt work ,so they had a set of work lights to plug in by the pool area for light..the tv only had a streaming service with no guide to really know what was offered ..endless scrolling..gave up..the breakfast was nice as any complimentary breakfast anywhere else

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were shut down. One of the reasons we booked this hotel. Also the side entrance closest to our room the door was broken and doesn’t lock so anyone can just walk in and be in the stairwell seems a bit unsafe. Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in and when one of our room keys stopped working. Was clean for the most part but had a bit of an ant issue. That wasn’t an issue when we stayed a few months back. Overall it is not the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Just some of our experience to help the next guest.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We decided to pay for early check-in so the kids could swim before our evening plans. Come to find out, upon arrival at 1 pm we found that the pool was closed because the water heater for the pool and hot tub was broken (which based off of the other reviews was a lie and it was because the health department shut it down and it hasn’t been operational for awhile). The side door which normally is accessed via your door key, was not secure and had a hollowed out core where the lock goes. The hallways were filthy and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. We complained and they offered to change us rooms but the other room had the same odor and the air conditioner smelled of mold. It appears that the people who work at the place stay in an old motorhome parked to the left of the main entrance. They stand outside and smoke all day. At first glance, it is quite run down, grass is growing between cracks in the cement and it could definitely use some paint, a good cleaning and new carpeting to say the least. Additionally, the rooms were very dirty, bathtub was gross and the odor throughout the place was musty. The pictures online are deceiving and do not portray what the place looks like currently. At $125 a night this place was a rip off for the quality. Corporate Wyndham needs to look into this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

For the second year in a row they shut the pool down while we stayed. The hallway smelt like a zoo. And there was no turnover service and no mention that there wouldn’t be. The coffee maker didn’t work the shower curtain was electrical taped in the center and held on the wall with 4 tacks.

When we arrived we found out that the pool was out of order, so our girls were pretty upset. Our room was filthy. The floors needed to be mopped and the shower curtain was moldy on the bottom. The room smelled musty, and once I started the shower I noticed that the shoeer head was also very moldy. I spoke with the front desk, who was very nice and responsive. She had hpisekeeping visit the room to mop floors ans change oit the curtain. On a beyyer note, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets smelled clean.

Shower curtain could gave been cleaner. Spider webs in floor lamp. Pool was closed, the king bed I reserved was not available. Sink faucet fixture loose (whole fixture moved on the sink when turned faucet on/off). Beds & pillows comfortable. Desk staff was friendly.

This place was run down and filthy. Our door didn’t even latch so all our personal items were unsecured when we left the room. Lady at desk was rude. Bathroom was gross. Sketchy people. Felt very unsafe. No locking door I a huge problem! Do better or lower your prices

BUGS! So many ants. All over our floors. Everything was outdated and stained, from the towels to the bedsheets and pillow covers. The pool area was freezing and thick chunks of ice were building on the INSIDE of the windows. The door into the hotel didn't shut or lock properly. The showerhead had 2 streams of water coming out of it. We had 2 rooms and both were similar in issues. The staff was pleasant, though.

Pool was closed. Breakfast milk was stale. Found Doritos in and under the chair. Pile of sand on the floor in front of one of the beds. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Room was dirty. Workers were nice

It was not at all as it looked on line. The pool didn’t work. The room had so much mold everywhere. I would not recommend using the motel to anyone

Outside: looked shabby even with the planters it looked dirty. The room: Pros: clean sheets and towels, AC worked well. Cons: dirty, dirty, dirty. There was an opened soda bottle on top of the closet, and an actual piece of fried chicken in the microwave. It was disgusting, and that meant that we couldn't use it. We thought that if we stayed at a chain that had a good reputation the bare minimum would be that the room was clean.

Staff is very friendly. Price point was shocking it was very cheap. The building and rooms are vey outdated, makes the rooms look dirty however the room was very clean. I check corners for dirt and there wasn’t any. The room was spotless.

The building is old and needs work. Handrail in stairwell was not fully attarched. Beds are ao uncomfortable and the water pressure and shower head were bad.

The property was very clean and the room was updated and maintained. The main complaint we had was the water in the shower. We traveled on motorcycles from Chicago and had to take lukewarm to cold showers 2 days in a row while we were there. We complained the first day shortly after check-in and nothing was done about it. The first morning It was again cold and we complained again & did not return to very late.The second Morning we woke up early looking forward to a hot shower after a long day of riding motorcycles in the area and again had to take a cold shower. We had an issue with our key cards when we returned late at night and had to have the receptionist rekey cards. Breakfast was included, however it was more of a continental breakfast, We ended up going somewhere else to eat. This hotel looked very nice according to the website and the booking website which is why we chose it. All of the pictures and descriptions were very deceiving. We would have paid more money or extra. it wasn't about the cost. The shower issue was a huge disappointment and the reason we will not return to this hotel nor give it a good rating.

Did not clean the room everyday. Expected supplies, coffee pot to be replenished everyday. Walls so thin, room next door noise keep awake. Parking lot in terrible condition.

Dated, however the room was large and functional. Okay for an overnight stay.

Beds are comfortable

Great stay for the price. Could use some repairs (ac is loud, trim around the door was loose), but they keep it clean. The staff is fantastic. We stayed one night and then a month later stayed again- the manager (owner? ) remembered me from the previous month and filled us in on the area. Convenient location and comfy, clean beds.

It was a Travelodge, the price was reasonable and affordable, the room was ok clean...table was dusty, there was a clump of hair in the drain of the tub, but tje sheets were clean on the bed and tje towels were pretty soft and decently fluffy. And the AC worked. The front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. Biggest disappointment was the hot tub was broken. It was one of the reasons we wanted to stay there, beside price point and location. They should definitely note that on the posting, especially if there are no immediate plans to repair it. I probably would have stayed at an even cheaper motel had we known the hot tub was out of commission. Also, shower pressure is pretty week, but the water stayed hot. Overall, if you are looking for an inexpensive place to lay your head that is conveniently located, then i would say this place will do you just fine.

Safe and clean. Great Wi-Fi. New TVs. Internet streaming on tv. Small kids riding bikes in the halls having fun. Feels like home.

There was a hole in our bathroom wall and rust on the shower curtain rod. Needs better upkeep.

Everything was fine. Nice staff. Easy peezy

Staff at check in taled to herself and axted like she qas on drugs. Talked about doing sexual favors to recieve things. The pool and hot tub was closed by the health department. Signs posted on the doors.

Front desk staffer Rita was excellent and very helpful.

Miss Rita and Mr Diyone (spell) were great, always paying attention, very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

The front desk was not staffed. I waited over 15 minutes (ringing the bell) before Ashley showed up. She apologized but it was not sincere. The front desk was not staffed throughout the night. It gave me a feeling that any one could have entered unnoticed. I understand she quite. I think the hotel is much better off now. The second lady (I forgot her name) was very nice and took over the responsibilities. Between her and the other gentleman, things seamed more safe and secured. I was ready to move to another hotel, but because of the second lady, I stayed. I will be giving the hotel another booking. We have stayed here a few times and really like the hotel and the people.

Property was done for an overnight stay with dog. Reasonable dog fee. Property condition was consistent with expectations for a lower-cost hotel. Front desk attendant went above and beyond to be pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Even with all the issues we had, we would still go back because it is a cheap stay.

Rooms I was given originally were occupied and front desk didn't know but was able to correct the issue quickly and very apologetically

Check in was very smooth, less than a few minutes and I was given the key cards. The lobby was clean, friendly staff, and convenient parking. I would stay again, the "breakfast" was enough to get you started, but nothing to plan as a meal. Morning coffee wasn't made until 7am, and wasn't very strong at all... Kwik Trip was a 2 minute walk away. Maintenance needs to go through the rooms and check everything they have in the rooms. We had a sink that drained like molasses was in it, the bathroom vent fan was on, but made no air movement, and new edging on the walls were needed. But I have to admit, our stay was comfortable and quiet, bedding was soft top but firm, ample pillows, and curtains blocked almost all the light from the outside. Easy access to food, shopping, and the Highway. Creature comforts were at the minimum, but it was enough to keep us clean, safe, and comfortable.

Overall great experience. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to many eating areas you can walk to like Walmart, Mc Donalds, etc.

Clean motel. A better breakfast than i was expecting! Eggs and bacon, as well as waffles, yogurt, cereal & milk. And a good selection of cake donuts. The pool was also a pleasure. Temperature was about right. My children loved it. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room was clean, but there was painting upgrades not finished, the sink and tub drain were very slow, there wasn’t much for the breakfast.

It was updated and clean, and the room was a really nice size with a good breakfast and coffee.
