There were a lot of per diem workers staying, and as I expected they are there to relax. It was a little off the main road but worth it. Plus they have a bar if you are looking for a drink, nothing big enough to attract customers off the street but good for hotel customers.

Fantastic stay. The owners are great. We enjoy the lounge to relax with a cocktail after a long drive. They have a large gravel area which allowed for us to park our truck towing a mini. Bed was comfortable, very spacious, clean room. Yummy biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

The hotel was really nice. Honestly, my only complaint was the cleanliness, everything was updated nicely, but the floors were pretty dirty and the shower was the worst. It was extremely slimy and just covered in hair. My husband and my son both slipped and fell in the shower because it was so slippery. There was a crack between the frame and our door and you could see straight out to the hallway and it was pretty noisy. Every time someone’s door would open or someone would walk around it would wake me up their breakfast was amazing and the bed was pretty comfortable.

We have stayed at this property once or twice a year since it was brand new. (Relatives live in the area.) This time was very disappointing. When we walked in the room there were loogies spit on the wall that had not been cleaned. Our refrigerator didn't work. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. Our pillows had gross stains on them. The breakfast was the worst it had ever been.(Overcooked and very little options compared to the past) Positives. The beds are always very comfortable. The girl at the desk was very nice and tried to help when they were short-handed. We were just sad to see this hotel drop so far. We had always bragged about it and recommended it to people heading to this area. Hopefully it was just a bad experience and it will be better next time.

Room refrigerator did not work and tv also didn’t work. Block of ice in the refrigerator and bad batteries in the remote the staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room. It seems like when I use Hotels.com our room either looks out on the roof equipment or it’s the handicapped room.

Room 101 is extremely loud and the whole room shakes every time someone open and closes the exterior door, which happens often, as this is a location many people go out of to smoke. No other issues with property or staff.

The employees were working hard and barely enough to do what their basic workloads provided. They still were able to help in wonderful ways and I left a tip for them. The hotel was a nice comfort from the road and I recommend it highly. My wish is that these employees get the respect they deserve. They went out of their way to help and I was happy how they helped us during our stay.

The air conditioning was great! The cleaning staff were wonderful! The man at the front desk at check in was extremely rude to me. He made me feel regretful for using Expedia. Will never return to this hotel.

When I was checking in i had to wait for at least 15 mins . The front guy was talking to a person on the phone about a family suite problem. I was standing there kept waiting. I should have been more important. No coffee when I came to breakfast area & was hoping for fruit . My last LaQuinta had it . Also it was very confusing how to get to your hotel due the confusion of the roads after we got off the exit . We couldn’t figure out how to get to your hotel until we stopped and asked someone at a fast food place. The room was clean . I was going make coffee in our bathroom but when I opened the creamer it was old & hard like candy

There were children and adults running the halls. slamming doors, banging on walls until 1 AM. Management was unresponsive, uncaring and took no action to quiet things down - worst night of sleep in a hotel in a really long time.

Location was difficult to find in the dark, GPS gave us a very circuitous route. Jason at the front desk said this was very common. Jason was the most helpful and friendly front desk person we have ever encountered. He went out of his way to help us have rooms together which can sometimes be difficult using a 3rd party app. Rooms were clean and spacious, one room seemed to have some water damage around the tub but no mold present. Hotel was quiet even though there seemed to be a number of late check-ins like us. Breakfast area was busy, well-stocked and clean. Overall a great, quick stay.

When I was checking in i had to wait for at least 15 mins . The front guy was talking to a person on the phone about a family suite problem. I was standing there kept waiting. I should have been more important. No coffee when I came to breakfast area & was hoping for fruit . My last LaQuinta had it . Also it was very confusing how to get to your hotel due the confusion of the roads after we got off the exit . We couldn’t figure out how to get to your hotel until we stopped and asked someone at a fast food place. The room was clean . I was going make coffee in our bathroom but when I opened the creamer it was old & hard like candy

The hotel was very nice and clean. Had a fireplace, bar, and snack bar in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint is that it wasn’t as convenient to the interstate as it appeared. From the interstate, it looked like it sat directly off it, but you had to take a couple of side roads.

Nice, hotel in Clinton however, the bathrooms could be updated. Off the highway, but kind of a strange place to put a hotel. Close to the water park though. Limited choices on places close by to eat.

Location was difficult to find in the dark, GPS gave us a very circuitous route. Jason at the front desk said this was very common. Jason was the most helpful and friendly front desk person we have ever encountered. He went out of his way to help us have rooms together which can sometimes be difficult using a 3rd party app. Rooms were clean and spacious, one room seemed to have some water damage around the tub but no mold present. Hotel was quiet even though there seemed to be a number of late check-ins like us. Breakfast area was busy, well-stocked and clean. Overall a great, quick stay.

The beds were very comfortable, a priority when i travel. Soft sheets, dark room and well functioning climate control. The check- in staff were cordial, but not what i consider friendly or informative... had to ask what the breakfast hours were, but the morning staff was very friendly and constantly checked to ensure breakfast items were stocked.

Property was clean and the staff was very helpful. Nice new La Quinta . Get to breakfast early .. I arrived 30 minutes before it closed and only muffins and bread were available.

The stay was very nice room was clean everyone was helpful and friendly. The only thing that was not very good was our breakfast. The food some was old and the rest was cold and not prepared right. But overall I would recommend this place again

Fabulous hotel , clean,& safe , the hotel looks new and had a small bar in the lobby .The staff is super friendly and helpful .. rooms are lovely (I added a pic of my room ) breakfast was good with scrambled eggs & sausage , biscuits & gravy and all the usual at LaQuinta & waffles of course ..use your GPS to find it you must cross under I-40 to find it , everything is on the other side of the interstate which make it lovely and quiet

Séjour correct dans l’ensemble. Chambre propre et confort correct. Le petit-déjeuner était correct aussi.Nous avons apprécié la bar ounous qvons pu boire un verre en début de soirée. Le personnel est serviable.

When we went into 'our" room with a key, we were suprised to find that out was someone else's stuff in there. How awkward for us!!!!! Then i go to talk to them and I'm guessing it was the owners were there drinking at the bar. While the male owner came over and helped and upgraded us to a "suite" which was ok but it was on the second floor and the elevator was not working. We are older and have knee and back pain which was rough and traveling with pets going up snd down several times was horrible! They have a lot of out of town workers that stay there and they get loud and were slamming doors throughout the night. After a long day of traveling was just not the best experience. The staff was really nice, hotel served the purpose for 1 night. Major reason we chose this hotel is they allow pets which is big thing for us.

We’ve stayed here before on past road trips. Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. There’s a decent buffet breakfast to start the day. Staff was friendly and the location was convenient from I40.
