The Location is 3 to 4 minutes to beach. It is a beautiful location at the beach. Black Sand beach. The place very clean. The only thing was the AC not as strong as i would like it.

Wir waren mit der Lage mehr als sehr zufrieden. Keine 2 Minuten Fußweg zum wunderschönen Strand und einer sehr netten Einkaufs- und Restaurantsmeile. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

So close to the beach. Great restaurants around location. Onsite parking. Clean. Had tiny kitchen area that was great. Secure. Good lighting at night. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning worked well. Shower head needed replacing. We really enjoyed our stay here. Almost Everything was about 10- 15 minute drive away. (Oia a bit farther, but easily accessible by car).
