Rodeway Inn Muskegon Airport

The rooms were in dire need of repair. They were clean but lots of holes in the walls. The room above us partied until 4:30 in the morning so my sister and I were contemplating sleeping in our car!!! Nice little restaurant attached but will not return. $153.00, wasted!!

We stayed in an accessible room. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine and had visible mold. And the shower wasn’t accessible, with the high side of a tub to climb over. The bed was fine.

We stayed only one night, and that was more than enough! The lobby smelled and looked unkept. Looking in the windows from the outside, a couple of the rooms had torn blinds/curtains and we could see that it looked like hoarders had taken over. The room smelled okay compared to the lobby. I had to call on the phone to get someone to come check us in on arrival. The area the hotel was in was sketchy. Our bathroom had hair all over the shower, sink and toilet - gross! The beds were lumpy and didn't make for a good night sleep. They didn't have an elevator and we struggled getting our things up the stairs - we left most of our things in the car (but were scared that our car would be broken into because the neighborhood looked scary) because we were nervous to bring them in (were nervous about bed bugs - we didn't see any). We got up early and left because the entire experience made us nervous and uncomfortable. I was surprised the hotel wasn't better than it was because the reviews didn't seem all that bad when we booked and the price was high for it being a dive - we paid around $160 for the night and the reviews I saw online was 6.9 stars . Some of the other hotels in the area were charging double and had worse reviews (4.6 stars) and so we thought we had found a good deal. We will not be back. Oh, I don't know if there was a breakfast available or not, but we had already decided that we wouldn't trust the food there because of the lack of cleanness and smells alone.

Great place! No complaints. Staff was very nice and kind!

The staff was really nice. It smells like Indian food in there. The shower curtain didn't work right, so I was spraying the bathroom. They could use some paint on things. The stairs were dirty. The room itself was clean. They need to replace aome of their blankets and sheets though because there were stains.
