Great access to ZRH airport if you have an early flight. We had a rental car which was accommodated with a 20 franc per day fee and an easily accessible and secure parking building connected to the hotel. Elevators from the parking building takes you directly to the front desk or somewhere in the hotel. Staff was very helpfull and spoke english. Our room had a broken AC unit and abroken toilet light bulb. and we were swiftly moved to a room with working AC. They explained that the AC only cooled the room up to a certain temperature (23C or something like that) and we had to open the window if we wanted it to be cooler. Overall decent for a short stay for 3 people with luggage.

We understand it is budget but it wa snore like a hostel. The staff mentioned d prior to visit that microwave works which wasn’t the case and one kettle for all the guests in the common area even water was only kept there too close to airport to hear the flights. Will not recommend wud go to other place for the price

Clean and quiet room, affordable price to stay in Zurich, there are washer dryer inside the hotel, nice staff, train station is very closed to this hotel, very convenient to explore Zurich. I'd stay at this hotel again when I visit Zurich in the future.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, two emails that I sent to enquire about transport to the airport went unanswered. There’s no shuttle bus and taxis to the airport cost around 20-25 Swiss francs for a 3 minute journey, the trams starts at 4.55 am. Best tip - WALK the 15 mins down the road to Zurich Airport.

Quite close to the airport and the metro trains so it's convinient. Tenants have access to do laundry as well (washing machine / dryer). Only drawback in my opinion is that tenants dont' have access to a microwave after hours so if you want to heat up your food, or buy one of the packaged dinners they sell onsite - you won't be able to heat it.

Visited this hotel for 1 night in September. Booking was simple and hotel is easy to find. There are transport options connecting to the airport and city centre. It's viable with a car also, but parking does cost a bit. Outside parking is very limited and difficult to find. The hotel itself is busy at all times, being close to the airport. Place is clean and tidy. The only disappointed was the bathroom as it's really small and a little impractical. To note also, the landing path for the planes is right on top of the hotel so expect noises during operating hours.

This a budget hotel. The female guest service were not at all friendly. The rooms (I have booked 2 rooms for a family of 6 for 6 nights) are very very small. Could not move and no space if you have more than 2 big suitcases. The breakfast was a massive disappointment, too expensive and nothing but bread and cold meats. The only good thing with this hotel is the laundry room and they have microwave and kettle downstairs and you can eat and hang out at the lobby where we spent a few hours every night so not to feel stucked in a very small room. The metro is also right outside the hotel which is very convenient

The toilet of the room we had smells urine, means it wasn’t cleaned properly after the last guest maybe. But the receiving area like the front desk looks nice. Close to tram stop and just 5 minutes away from Zurich airport.

Au matin nous avons constaté que la chambre était infestée de puces de lit. Nous avons averti la réception qui n’a pas été plus étonnée que cela et n’a rien proposé. Nous avons perdu des heures de notre séjour à relaver nos affaires. Ce qui ne peut pas être lavé devra être jeté !

The room was clean and a nice size. Fantastic shower. The area was relatively quiet; it was a semi-industrial/residential area. There weren't many good food options nearby and the closest grocery stores shut very early. The bed was moderately comfortable, but the fan/AC in the room didn't work and it was very hot in the room, yet the window didn't truly open--it only tilted. It would be nice to have more food available since the only food nearby was multiple blocks away and wasn't open for very long after I checked in. In the lobby, there was a popcorn machine and a couple of small vending machines with very expensive, not-that-appetizing food. The machines didn't accept credit cards. The coffee machine did, and it was great. It wasn't an inexpensive hotel, yet it didn't have several of the amenities of other comparably priced hotels I've stayed in while visiting Switzerland and the EU in general. An in-room fridge would have been so nice, and there was plenty of room for it. I would stay there again, but only because everything else near the airport is so much more expensive and it was right across the street from the tram to the airport. Good dog walking was up closer to the Hilton, about a 15-20 minute walk away.

No one was available to change it so they gave us a new sheet to put down on top of the filth. There were no other rooms available. We booked a bunk bed room since there were three of us. But we all ended up sleeping on the bottom double bed. It was way too hard to go down from the top bed. Also, even for a budget hotel, why did the bathroom door had to be frosted glass? We had to hang towels on the door since you could see the person using the shower.. NAKED! LOL I would never stay in this hotel again. You can never argue about it being a budget hotel since I've stayed at other BUDGET HOTELS, but better than this one. It ruined our stay in Switzerland. It was also WAY TOO WARM in the room!

What I liked about this property was the easy access to public transportation that took us directly to the airport. The pizza place next door was great. What I didn’t like was we were sharing our room with our 13 year old daughter so we had to take turns stepping out of the room when someone was in the shower. Even saw a group of guys that were sitting in the hallway waiting for their friend to finish showering. Not very good idea to have a frosted shower door with a mirror directly in front of it. The shower was next to our beds.

Clean, warm quiet room with comfortable beds (double + single bunk). Friendly staff who spoke multiple languages including English. Highly recommend. Only reason not 5⭐️ is because the shower leaked into the room. So extra towels were needed to mop up the water.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I tried to refill my water bottle with the free water in the lobby, one of the male staff members was walking around talking loudly in their native language. My husband politely asked what the problem was since we couldn't understand what the man was saying, but it was clear he was upset. Then, a female staff member told us that guests were not supposed to refill their water bottles. My husband politely explained that we didn't know this, but she responded with a rude attitude. The whole situation felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since we were just trying to use a basic amenity. Overall, this left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning or recommending this hotel. They could have approached us in a more courteous way and spoken in English instead of their language. Staff are not professional at all.

Quarto limpo, equipe prestativa chegamos antes do horário do check-in e como o quarto já estava liberado foi permitido que já adentrassemos. Café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza do quarto mto boa. Próximo a estação de TRAM o que facilita muito nos dias mais frios, e acesso super fácil ao aeroporto. Arrumação diária, aquecimento dk quarto bom! Ao lado do hotel tem uma pizzaria, no mais, na area ao redor é dificil encontrar locais para comer.

The room was clean and a nice size. Fantastic shower. The area was relatively quiet; it was a semi-industrial/residential area. There weren't many good food options nearby and the closest grocery stores shut very early. The bed was moderately comfortable, but the fan/AC in the room didn't work and it was very hot in the room, yet the window didn't truly open--it only tilted. It would be nice to have more food available since the only food nearby was multiple blocks away and wasn't open for very long after I checked in. In the lobby, there was a popcorn machine and a couple of small vending machines with very expensive, not-that-appetizing food. The machines didn't accept credit cards. The coffee machine did, and it was great. It wasn't an inexpensive hotel, yet it didn't have several of the amenities of other comparably priced hotels I've stayed in while visiting Switzerland and the EU in general. An in-room fridge would have been so nice, and there was plenty of room for it. I would stay there again, but only because everything else near the airport is so much more expensive and it was right across the street from the tram to the airport. Good dog walking was up closer to the Hilton, about a 15-20 minute walk away.

Wonderful room, clean and comfortable. We all loved the breakfast options. Airport location was hard to beat, and next to tram stop. Tv in room was decent. Toilet & shower weren’t what we were used to but they were no problem for us— and we read reviews on them before booking.

It can be very difficult to leave Zurich Airport by tram, great for getting to the Hibis Hotel because Zurich Airport is very large and it is very easy to get confused between the tram and train departure points. We chose to take an Uber. I think the value for money of breakfast is a little bit out.

Das Personal war nicht unhöflich, aber irgendwie unfreundlich. Die tägliche Reinigung war nicht vollständig. Das Frühstücksbrot war jeden Tag altbackener als am Vortag. Unser Zimmer war sehr, sehr klein und hatte keinen Kühlschrank.

This was a great location, close to the airport and close to public transport. It offered an easy check-in. Just remember, it is a budgest hotel, so it won't have amenities of a traditional hotel. However, a clean bed, air conditioning, basic bathroom, is what I needed. Unfortunately, there seems to be a shower issue...at the checkin, counter a customer was complaining this his shower had flooded the floor. This happenned when I showered as well. So i basically had to use my extra towel to mop the floor. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. Zurich is expensive but this budget hotel offered a great price to stay in a high cost city.

The hotel’s location is spot on and extremely convenient, especially with the excellent public transportation options nearby. Overall, our stay was okay, but unfortunately, the cleaning service was quite disappointing. We stayed for five nights, and the bunk bed was not cleaned even once. Even the main bed was not made properly. Another issue was with the towels. Every day, after the room was serviced, our towels were taken away, and we had to go to the front desk to request new ones. This was quite inconvenient and frustrating. Despite these issues, I would consider staying here again because of the excellent location and convenient access to public transportation. I would strongly request the management to pay more attention to the housekeeping and cleaning services, as improving this area would make a significant difference to the guest experience.
