If you like a quieter place to stay, away from the busy tourist spots then this is it! We booked “Suites” as we needed more space as a family of 5 and in suite laundry was important since we were traveling in the hot, humid summer. Location is great: only a couple of blocks from the nearest train station, grocery store within walking distance and a Family Mart on the same block. There are restaurants within walking distance too. Staff were all very friendly, and it was convenient to have rental items like a toaster oven, iron and umbrellas available. Would stay again!

Parfait pour les grande famille française! Nous sommes une famille de deux adultes et 3 grands ado. Chacun son lit , peu d espace mais heureux d être ensemble dans un appart avec 2 chambres. Petit coin cuisine pour les petits déjeuners et dîner d appoint. Décoration à notre convenance de l appartement chaque jour ( nombreux prêt d objet et de tableau). 2 magasins alimentaires à 3 min et métro à 5 min! Top!

Staff was great. Bryan was totally awesome. So polite and knowledgable. Very pleasant. 2 bedroom Rooms were perfect. My.son is a family.of 4 so he took the room with the bunk beds Having 2 bathrooms and a washer & dryer was so nice. Everyone family had their own space with a common area. Great hotel. Highly recommended.
Staff was great. Bryan was totally awesome. So polite and knowledgable. Very pleasant. 2 bedroom Rooms were perfect. My.son is a family.of 4 so he took the room with the bunk beds Having 2 bathrooms and a washer & dryer was so nice. Everyone family had their own space with a common area. Great hotel. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel for larger groups. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen and split bathrooms are convenient. They do events at this hotel, like sake tasting, for free.

We had a brilliant stay at the Mimaru Suites. Firstly, the location is fantastic - easy walking distance to at least 4 tube stations and multiple restaurants. It is about a 15min walk in to Nihonbashi which has huge department stores and a Pokemon Centre. The hotel room was large and spacious with everything you could need. Items such as toasters, rice cookers etc are available on request and having a washing machine/drier in the room was brilliant. Staff were absolutely lovely and there is a really nice coffee shop in reception. I would happily stay here again.

They have 2 bedroom suites that could accommodate 6 persons and has washer/dryer in the suite. Good location, 5 minutes walk to train stations, plenty of options for dinner and lunch. Some cool activities for kids at the lobby. They dont provide snack or any other afternoon snacks, but they provide sake testing each night.

We loved our stay at Mimaru suites! The location was right next to the train station and a small convenience store. They had a sake tasting in the lobby every night and the staff was very nice. The hotel had great recommendations for dining in the area. The living room area was amazing - we stayed in and watched a movie one night and we were very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate rooms. Amazing staff. Large Family Mart right next door. 2 blocks away from the A4 exit of the Nihombashi station. TONS of food options within walking distance. And Tsukiji is 3 stops away on the Hibiya line. My new favorite place to stay.

The two bedroom apartment hotel was very spacious and gave our teenage son a lot of privacy. Only thing I wish they cleaned the room everyday. They do provide new towels and take the trash out daily.

The Mimaru was a good place to stay while in Tokyo. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown like Shinjuku where we also stayed while in Japan. The two room suite is spacious for Tokyo standards and the room was very clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful except one instance when we asked front desk to help us make reservations at local restaurant since we did not speak Japanese and many restaurants will hang up on you if you don't speak Japanese. The front desk unfortunately said that's not something they did. My assumption and experience is that is exactly what front desk personnel does but OK if making a call is too difficult then no worries. The location was quiet but still convenient to the trains, a little shopping and other places. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property.

This property felt so homely. After a long day of sight seeing and exploring it was like arrive home to your warm safe cosy second home. The room was always clean and tidy. We never ran out of toilet paper or had any issues with cleanliness. The kids double bunk beds were amazing! Our two boys loved them and would love them back at home now. The place felt secure and safe. The reception staff were always so friendly and helped us on various occasions. We always had tea bags we could collect on reception on the evening and even tried out some complimentary Saka. There was a convenient family mart right next to the suites which was 24hrs and we loved trying out new drinks and snacks and occasional hash brown. The shop was cheap compared to UK prices and you really could load up on water and drinks and stock them in your fridge. We were right next to the train station (3 -4 minutes walk) with kids. We used the train to get every where. But shops and bakery's and parks, cafes restaurants were all within walking distance. The location was quieter than some other parts of Tokyo it almost felt extra pleasant to come home to a quieter area. Loved this place and would highly recommend it we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Keep doing what you are doing Mimaru suites because our stay was unforgettable and wonderful.

The apartment hotel is perfect for those traveling as a big group or family as it is typically difficult to find a large enough hotel in central Tokyo! We were two couples each with a very young child and the two bedroom, two bath apartment was exactly what we needed. The kitchenette and washer dryer proved to be extremely useful.

Family trip (4 adults, 1 baby). 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Great location that was central for trips around Tokyo. Staff is amazing. Would stay again and will be staying at Osaka location later this same trip.

The hotel was a perfect stay for our family of 6. It was in a great location and was very close to convenience stores and grocery stores. The staff was more than helpful and we felt very comfortable at this location. I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The Mimaru was a good place to stay while in Tokyo. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown like Shinjuku where we also stayed while in Japan. The two room suite is spacious for Tokyo standards and the room was very clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful except one instance when we asked front desk to help us make reservations at local restaurant since we did not speak Japanese and many restaurants will hang up on you if you don't speak Japanese. The front desk unfortunately said that's not something they did. My assumption and experience is that is exactly what front desk personnel does but OK if making a call is too difficult then no worries. The location was quiet but still convenient to the trains, a little shopping and other places. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property.

This was such a nice hotel to stay at in Tokyo. It is a bit far from central areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku but it is very close to other places like Ginza, Akibahara and Asakusa. There is also a direct line to go to the airport as well. The hotel is conveniently located close to a train station. There's also a family mart right next-door as well. We got a suit that fit 5 people perfectly. The room was so nice and clean and very comfortable. I love the amenities provided by the hotel. There's also a coffee shop next to the receptionist that is very good. The hotel staff was accommodating and sweet.

Immaculate rooms. Amazing staff. Large Family Mart right next door. 2 blocks away from the A4 exit of the Nihombashi station. TONS of food options within walking distance. And Tsukiji is 3 stops away on the Hibiya line. My new favorite place to stay.

Family trip (4 adults, 1 baby). 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Great location that was central for trips around Tokyo. Staff is amazing. Would stay again and will be staying at Osaka location later this same trip.

We were in one of the Suites and it was perfect for my parents and my own family of three. The best thing about this property is that it is only 10 min of walk from T-CAT (limousine services to Narita and Haneda airports) and also there is a Family Mart right next store.

They have 2 bedroom suites that could accommodate 6 persons and has washer/dryer in the suite. Good location, 5 minutes walk to train stations, plenty of options for dinner and lunch. Some cool activities for kids at the lobby. They dont provide snack or any other afternoon snacks, but they provide sake testing each night.

This is a great hotel for larger groups. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen and split bathrooms are convenient. They do events at this hotel, like sake tasting, for free.

We had a brilliant stay at the Mimaru Suites. Firstly, the location is fantastic - easy walking distance to at least 4 tube stations and multiple restaurants. It is about a 15min walk in to Nihonbashi which has huge department stores and a Pokemon Centre. The hotel room was large and spacious with everything you could need. Items such as toasters, rice cookers etc are available on request and having a washing machine/drier in the room was brilliant. Staff were absolutely lovely and there is a really nice coffee shop in reception. I would happily stay here again.

This property felt so homely. After a long day of sight seeing and exploring it was like arrive home to your warm safe cosy second home. The room was always clean and tidy. We never ran out of toilet paper or had any issues with cleanliness. The kids double bunk beds were amazing! Our two boys loved them and would love them back at home now. The place felt secure and safe. The reception staff were always so friendly and helped us on various occasions. We always had tea bags we could collect on reception on the evening and even tried out some complimentary Saka. There was a convenient family mart right next to the suites which was 24hrs and we loved trying out new drinks and snacks and occasional hash brown. The shop was cheap compared to UK prices and you really could load up on water and drinks and stock them in your fridge. We were right next to the train station (3 -4 minutes walk) with kids. We used the train to get every where. But shops and bakery's and parks, cafes restaurants were all within walking distance. The location was quieter than some other parts of Tokyo it almost felt extra pleasant to come home to a quieter area. Loved this place and would highly recommend it we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Keep doing what you are doing Mimaru suites because our stay was unforgettable and wonderful.

We loved our stay at Mimaru suites! The location was right next to the train station and a small convenience store. They had a sake tasting in the lobby every night and the staff was very nice. The hotel had great recommendations for dining in the area. The living room area was amazing - we stayed in and watched a movie one night and we were very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area.

Well equipped, clean apart hotel in a nice area. Great location for families with lots of restaurants and a couple of parks nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great place for a family of 4 to retreat to after busy days in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.
