Beautiful hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast and dinner staff were really friendly. I visited with my 7 year old daughter who's very clingy to me but she absolutely loved the kids club which is free with the hotel. THE KIDS CLUB was the best part of the hotel for me. The staff there were so amazing, warm and welcoming. They really engage with the kids and play games and do fun activities. My daughter kept going back. You can leave them there and pick them up later. The downside to the hotel 1) there isn't much going on just outside your hotel 2) drinks are not included in dinner. Drinks are like 40MAD which is more expensive than uk. 3) no prayer mats in the rooms despite being a muslim country. Had to pray on a towel 4) maybe they can add evening entertainment inside the hotel. Otherwise it gets boring if you staying in for dinner. BUT KIDS CLUB STAFF DESERVE A RAISE!!! THEY WERE AMAZING. Overall beautiful if you want peace and quiet

The room was not as clean as expected especially the carpet underneath the bed, the air conditioning was not responsive to demand! The staff were friendly and helpful all the time. Breakfast was very good.

Je pars de cet hôtel aujourd’hui. Pour ma part ce fut décevant. Le service laisse à désirer… Lors de notre arrivée on a dû réclamer deux fois que le menage soit fait dans la chambre ils ne sont venu que le lendemain on a dû attendre 2h pour avoir des serviettes de bain. Il n’y a pas de gel douche ni de conditionner les tubes des salles de bains sont vide. Il faut tous les jours attendre avant d’obtenir des serviettes à la piscine qu’ils apportent 10 par 10 pour tout l’hôtel, la prise de commande prend un temps fou au restaurant de la piscine. Aucun parasol n’est en bon état… ils me sont tombés dessus deux fois de suite étant enceinte en voulant le rattraper je me suis bloqué le dos. J’ai donc passé deux jours allongé dans ma chambre. On a dû batailler pour qu’ils me conduisent à un ostéopathe en prenant en charge le transport ce qui est le minimum j’ai payé de ma poche l’ostéopathe je précise. Aucune compensation ou aide ne m’a était proposée. Vraiment dommage car je viens souvent à Taghazout mais je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
