Best Western Hotel 99

Only slept at the hotel so can't comment on anything else. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient, check in was quick. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. My room faced onto the road and was a little noisy from traffic late in the evening (it may just have been one man driving round and round noisily). When I opened the bathroom door there was a very strong smell of disinfectant/bleach which took some time to dissipate.

The hotle was clean, warm and peaceful, lovely big room with a beautiful bathroom. Close to the shopping areas and the train station.

Room was in good condition; but some of the guests were extremely noisy. Breakfast was OK.

Breakfast was very poor, the cooked option was chicken sausages which were like shoe leather and not nice tasting, turkey bacon?? Awful. I asked for poached eggs they were hard and im sure they were microwaved. Overall the cost was £17.50 per person. My daughter only had a banana and juice.
