Great hotel for extended stay. The room had everything I needed and having a washer dryer inside of it was a bonus. I love leaving with a suitcase full of clean clothes. It's located near many restaurants and you can quickly walk to Canberra Centre and the National War Memorial. There is a park nearby for walks or the kiddos.

Room had microwave, hot plate and washing machine. Conveniently located 10-15 minute walk to War Memorial and same distance to Lake Burley Griffin. Cannot prebook a car park (underground) but was able to secure one when at the hotel for $25/night. Only one lift so waiting at times. A handful of eateries within walking distance (Pizza Hut, Knot Just Pasta, and other cafes). Overall a modern and comfortable apartment.

We have a place in Sydney, but this is where we usually stay when in Canberra for business. Safe and comfortable, good parking. The units have mini-kitchens and microwave, so heating up leftovers is easy. I think Forest Suites is the other one we used to use, but this is better.

Grewt new hotel. Quiet neighbourhood but still very central. LOVE the mini kitchen, great just to have toast for breakfast rather than going out. One small thing - there was a nespresso machine - provided capsule were 3 decaf and 1 very strong. A bit mire variety would be nice.

The accomodation was comfortable with all the essentials. Nice area with park nearby. Amenities included parking but not realised that had to be booked and paid for it separately. Not to mention finding quite reduced allocated parking places in the garage. For a hotel like this, parking should be included especially that street parking is almost impossible due to demand.

Pretty good area and the place is nice too. Decent for getting around the city especially if you need to park and don't want to pay for the hotel parking. My partner was a fan of the coffee machine.

We stayed in a large 2 bedroom apartment which was new and spotlessly clean. Great area, very quiet close to lake Burley Griffin and with lots of nice restaurants and cafes to choose from.

The Sebel Campbell is a great place to locate for a visit to Canberra. Walking distance to Civic and easy access to all the National Capital’s main sites. Clean and well appointed apartment with secure basement car parking. I’d recommend.

Lovely hotel but the beds are so hard. I was surprised at how hard yet the pillows were amazing. I’d actually need to move around a bit during the night due to how hard the bed was - it would leave parts of my body in pain. I’d avoid this hotel if you like soft beds.

Great location and very modern rooms. Only downside is the aircon is centrally controlled so we couldn't adjust the heat as much as we would have liked. We were able to park on the street for free and there are some great cafes near by.

Got a room with faulty air con and had to move all of my stuff. I was not travelling light on this trip. Seemed to take a long time to sort out. Was pretty hard to get from the carpark to the unit. But remember I had to move to another unit. They did have a large trolley which helped a lot and this was in the basement near the cars and I had to go and get it. Was hard to understand where to park and was hit with parking charges - room was advertised as ‘parking available’. I feel scammed and its common now on Wotif as it happened again the next night in another hotel.

The room was very small, you had to have the bathroom door open to dry yourself properly. The kitchenette was well set out. The staff at reception were not welcoming and didn’t smile. Compared to other motels in Canberra close to civic it was expensive.

Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and roomy enough. The only issue with the room was the large shelf directly above the TV which both my wife and I bumped our heads on more than once! Bad placement. Restaurants and bars nearby and close to the lake.

This is my second stay here and confirms my experience from my first stay that this accommodation is suitable in most cases, but prospective visitors should expect no or near no service delivery from lobby staff. Upon checkout, no individual was present for in excess of 30mins. I had to leave my bags and head to meetings. Let's hope they are there when I return this evening to collect en route to the airport.

This is my second stay here and confirms my experience from my first stay that this accommodation is suitable in most cases, but prospective visitors should expect no or near no service delivery from lobby staff. Upon checkout, no individual was present for in excess of 30mins. I had to leave my bags and head to meetings. Let's hope they are there when I return this evening to collect en route to the airport.

We stayed at The Sebel for 6 nights, while having a holiday in Canberra. The hotel is in a great spot, close to numerous restaurants and the lake. It is approx 2km out from the CBD. When we arrived, reception were absolutely lovely. My mum is disabled and uses a wheelchair for mobility support, and the Sebel did everything in their power to make her stay enjoyable. We booked two accessible rooms and were initially told theyd be next to each other. However upon arrival, we were told that each floor has one accessible room. Reception changed my room to a non accessible room on the same floor which solved this problem, and were apologetic for the confusion. The non accessible rooms are fantastic for the price. Ive stayed in some terrible hotels that cost more. The bed is memory foam and the pillows felt like duck fearther. There is a mini bar, fridge, washer and dryer (which is very easy to use and comples with complimentary washing liquid) and stove and microwave. The shower is huge! It was comfortable and perfect for a holiday. The accessible room was fantastic too - the bathroom was huge and the shower seat was really appreciated. We do have some suggestions for minor improvements to make accessibility easier: - The bed is higher than the seat of a wheelchair, making it hard for wheelchair users to safely transfer to the bed. - The door in B1 is a manual handle door. If this could be a automatic door (like reception has) it would be perfect. Thanks guys!!!

Un-manned after hours check in - which we werent told about DESPITE calling to let the place know. Parking had to be pre-booked (NOT mentioned) and UNABLE to utilized - due to the lift system (not mentioned) only for use of guests that have been trained by the staff..... oh wait - there is no staff after 8pm.....

The Sebel Campbell is a great place to locate for a visit to Canberra. Walking distance to Civic and easy access to all the National Capital’s main sites. Clean and well appointed apartment with secure basement car parking. I’d recommend.

This hotel feels more like an apartment. Very modern amenities. Lots of dining available in the area. Close to the CBD. There’s a nice park close by. Pets are welcome too so we were able to bring our little shi tzu.

Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and roomy enough. The only issue with the room was the large shelf directly above the TV which both my wife and I bumped our heads on more than once! Bad placement. Restaurants and bars nearby and close to the lake.

Great location and very modern rooms. Only downside is the aircon is centrally controlled so we couldn't adjust the heat as much as we would have liked. We were able to park on the street for free and there are some great cafes near by.

Very clean and new. Very comfortable. Great amenities. A few dining options, no supermarket or that sort of stuff, but enough cafes for a coffee and Brekky.

This is a very ordinary hotel no room service, no common amenities like cafe breakfast bar it’s a bed down and go hotel not going to be my next stay in Canberra. Highlight bed was comfortable

Lack of immediate dining facilities is the only thing that lets this place down. Having said that there is a noodle bar and wine bar within a block. Otherwise - fabulous!

Room had microwave, hot plate and washing machine. Conveniently located 10-15 minute walk to War Memorial and same distance to Lake Burley Griffin. Cannot prebook a car park (underground) but was able to secure one when at the hotel for $25/night. Only one lift so waiting at times. A handful of eateries within walking distance (Pizza Hut, Knot Just Pasta, and other cafes). Overall a modern and comfortable apartment.

The room and location were great, including an amazing strong shower. Studio was small but sufficient. No guarantee for a parking space. We had to park on the street. Reception was ok - a very small space, that becomes very crowded very quickly. Our check in person needed to take a class in customer service. He was a bit jaded about the whole thing, spoke from what seemed like an script, in a monotone voice, bored and couldn’t care less if we didn’t get parking, or when I asked if we could get a higher room. I wondered if they were using AI, but then realised AI would be friendlier, and more interested in guests’ wellbeing. But overall, the hotel was fantastic. Apart from our uninspired check in dude.

Great location: eateries and bars nearby, walking distance to museums and galleries, public transport nearby (on the bus route to and from the airport, close to Lake Burley Griffin and Mount Ainslie, and an easy 25 minute walk into the CBD
