It was nice and relaxing

Very clean, comfortable, perfect beach view, nice condo, easy access, great location. Perfect.

The property itself was fine, although the sliding door to the balcony is broken and difficult to open. This had been mentioned in a previous review. Despite many signs saying 'No smoking or vaping' on the property/ balconies etc.. There was a regular odor of cigarettes- and an illegal substance. Particularly on the balcony. The most irritating thing about our stay was, there was no contact from the property until about an hour before we were due to check in. I am a regular user of Expedia (platinum member) and always get the check-in information emailed to me the day before. I had no response at all from messaging the property, and I had to call twice to get the check-in information on the day of arrival. The last time at about 3pm. I will say when I finally did manage to speak to someone, the gentleman was courteous and prompt in addressing the issue. I have NEVER left anything other than a complimentary review in the past, but feel it important to point out these issues.
