They are undergoing some great renovations however and I don't know if it is due to this, the TVs don't work at all. Like none of them in the hotel other than the ones in the office. I wish I would have known all of this before booking. I know that once the the renovations are complete it will look and feel different.

We had Buggs in the room and nobody picked up the trash and couldn’t get 1 extra towel. Paid for a pool and the pool was out of service. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

This is an old 80’s style hotel they are updating. It’s very chic and the rooms are nicely decorated. Very clean and bright with LED lighting. The coffee station needs to be reimagined. Front desk personnel were very helpful. When this place is completed I’d say it’ll be a gem right off I-95. Ask for the backside rooms as they will be quiet/less road noise. Overall I was pleased.

Pool was more like a swamp with things growing and floating on the surface, breakfast set up was missing milk most of the time, no bread for the toaster, microwave available but nothing could be cooked in it, the room was very basic, bathtub would not drain, drywall needed extreme replacement and/or repair, bed frame sticks out and is an extreme trip hazard or shin buster. I will not be returning to this property and do not recommend any one stay here.

Location was great though it was a little hard to find with GPS. It is actually attached to a Perkins restaurant but is walking distance to a variety of other options. Beds were very comfortable. Pool is not functional.

Heads up, the photos make this place look FAR nicer than it actually is. Within the first hour of being in our room, we killed 3 cockroaches. And they were the little ones that infest a place. We also saw plenty of huge ones around the property. Sooooo many cockroaches! There were stains on the bedding. Pill bugs around the room. I asked for a refund so we could take our leave which they denied but moved us to a different room in hopes there wouldn't be cockroaches. The second room was better but only for that reason, I didn't see another cockroach. It was clear the bath tubs had been painted and the paint was chipping off and plugging the drain. The toilet was running very loudly all night. The neighbors were blasting their music all night and morning. We got very little sleep. The free "Breakfast" consisted of coffee (tho there were no cups to drink your coffee out of, they said they ran out), pop-tarts, granola bars and oatmeal packets. Safe to say, I wish we had made a different choice!

I selected Oneway due to the positive reviews on Expedia. Those reviews did not match my experience. First I must say the front desk staff were very pleasant. However, the accommodations were not. The first room I was provided had trash on the counter, dead bugs in the tub, dirty sink and toilet, missing light bulbs, and no toilet paper, so I requested another room. The second room was a slight improvement, but had water leak coming from the wall behind the toilet. There are no phones in the rooms and furniture is sparse (just a metal chair). There was a refrigerator and microwave which was convenient, but the room safe did not function. I should have paid another $20/night for a more reputable brand hotel.

The location is terrible! The rooms are outside entry facing the I95 exit ramp which is literally less than 50 yards away. All night semi trucks using their exhaust brakes exited the freeway. The room was not very clean. Someone had wiped a large feces on the back of the bathroom door that the cleaning staff had missed. Be warned. The place is only accessible through Hardee's parking lot and their sign has been blown down.

This was an old motel that had undergone an effective renovation inside the rooms and the lobby. My room was very clean and attractive. The building was old but that was OK. The hotel is VERY close to Interstate 95 and there was no getting away from constant road noise if you are on that side of the building as I was. This is the major reason for the 3-star review. There was also no sign and I had a challenging time finding the hotel even when I was right next to it. The price was good and there are multiple restaurants close by, including a Perkins accessed through the hotel lobby. There is no in-room coffee but the lobby had 24-hr Keurig.

The experience was a bit mixed. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was ok but the toaster had a sign that it would trigger the fire alarm if used - that was a bit concerning. So they didn’t have any bread. But they had a variety of cold cereals, fruits, and wrapped pastries. You could also make yourself some hot cocoa or oatmeal if you wanted something warm. The room was clean but there was some mold outside the tub. Please be advised that the hotel will charge extra if you want room service. Even though it seems like the hotel was reconditioned fairly recently, it had old beds. One of the beds had literally a hole in the middle. Also, the ice machine didn’t work. The TV in the room didn’t have any channels either. Overall it was a fair stay. The place has potential to become a simple yet nice place for an overnight stay in a road trip.

There was noting wrong with the motel, but beeing next to l 95,we could ear every trucks coming off the ramps with the jake brake on, so close l could tell what brand of engine. We could also ear the peoples walk and talk by our door.

Room 119 was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Small water puddle from the A/C. Bathroom clean and supplied. Water leak on wall by shower. Partial shower glass wall doesn’t prevent water from splashing on the floor while showering. A group of 6 or 8 guests on the 2nd floor and 2 doors toward the office were outside on the walkway drinking beer and partying loudly. I asked them twice to turn it down, which worked for about 5 minutes each time. Called the desk # on the pamphlet we had received on check in, but no answer. As it was a mobile phone, I tried texting twice also, no response. Finally walked back to the office and asked the clerk to speak to the noisemakers. She did, and that stopped it.

This was a wonderful hotel. The room had no carpets, and the floor was very nice and clean. In fact, the whole room was clean and neat. The bed was wonderful and the linen on the bed was white and so clean. There were many shelves to put things in the open so I wouldn't forget anything. The only negative thing - a really big one - was the shower. There was absolutely no hot water at 7pm on a Saturday night. I also checked the sink and there was none as well. The next morning there was still no hot water at 6:30am. Other than that, the hotel was a wonderful surprise

This is a former brand-name property that has been stripped out and refurbished. But, they left a bit too much out. There's very little room lighting, and the desk light didn't work. There's plenty of empty space in the room, where there should have been an easy chair or a small table and chairs. The only chair in the room was a small, cheap, uncomfortable metal chair. The room was very clean. There water was hot, but the pressure was so low that it was not a pleasant shower (although the plumbing fixtures were all in good repair). But, this room was not conducive to a good night's sleep, for two reasons. First, the traffic noise from I-95 is horrendous. The concrete walkway and second-floor walkway serve to funnel traffic noise into the room, and it is very bad. Secondly, the drapes were not blackout drapes and did not cover the edges of the window, so it was not very dark in the room. No coffee service, and no phone in the room. But, the room was clean, and there were no insects, so it was okay. But just okay.

Check was the longest I have ever experienced! They will not let you check in before 4pm and then it takes an age!! They will take $100 dollars deposit on your card and we have still not received ours back!! The room was ok. However when we went for coffee to reception the next morning there were 2 homeless people sleeping on the outdoor sitting area!! We checked out a day early as we did not feel safe. We would appreciate our money back please!!! Do not stay here!!!

Spent 15 minutes arguing with desk clerk who claimed we didn’t have a reservation, even after showing her the confirmation number. Requested handicap-accessible room, received email confirmation of same. Wasn’t available when we arrived. TV remote worked ONLY when pointed at a box mounted on the wall BEHIND THE TV. Room had one chair. Hard metal and wood, zero cushioning, no adjustability Staff could not have cared less about any of these issues and made no attempt to resolve any of them. Will NEVER patronize this hotel, or this chain ever again. Would demand a refund if I thought it were possible to actually receive one. Utterly terrible experience, and a waste of money, spoiling an anniversary weekend trip.

I was never actually able to check-in. The doors were locked and when I tried calling, all I saw was a cell phone lighting up on the counter. I had to stay at a different hotel.

The front desk agent was rude and don’t speak English very well I ask for a early check in I waited 3 hours before she let bc she had a very bad attitude she said there hotel don’t offer early check in but they advertised it online and I was sent an email that said they offer early check in. There was black mold in the bathroom

The clerk gave us a room that was occupied. We walked in on a family that was in bed. It’s recently renovated but totally sketchy. I do not feel totally safe here and we will be getting out and on the road asap in the morning. If I hadn’t been on the road for 12 hours and I had been able to get a refund I would have gone somewhere else. The pictures are quite deceptive. I do not recommend at all.

Front desk receptionist could not have been more wonderful. Even asked if we needed assistance in bringing our luggage to room. The room was very crisp, comfortable and clean! Great space for two over a week-end~Thank you😃

Came to Savannah to tour SCAD. We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Room was very clean and located near lots of restaurants. Downfall it is hard to find at night due to lack of signs and lights. Located next to the interstate so it's a little loud.

This was an old motel that had undergone an effective renovation inside the rooms and the lobby. My room was very clean and attractive. The building was old but that was OK. The hotel is VERY close to Interstate 95 and there was no getting away from constant road noise if you are on that side of the building as I was. This is the major reason for the 3-star review. There was also no sign and I had a challenging time finding the hotel even when I was right next to it. The price was good and there are multiple restaurants close by, including a Perkins accessed through the hotel lobby. There is no in-room coffee but the lobby had 24-hr Keurig.

Very gross and unsafe. I booked it and checked in and as soon as I went to my room I walked to the lobby and checked out. Only got half my money back but that’s fine I was more worried about my safety. I was traveling alone and did not feel safe. Please if you have kids or by yourself, spend the extra money and go to a hampton inn, that’s what I did. The surrounding area is not a nice area so I drove down about an hour to a nicer and safer area as well.

2 lamps didn't work. The location was difficult to find. No signage like other motels had. There was dog poop on the sidewalk and urine (dog?) as well as spilled milk.

The location is terrible! The rooms are outside entry facing the I95 exit ramp which is literally less than 50 yards away. All night semi trucks using their exhaust brakes exited the freeway. The room was not very clean. Someone had wiped a large feces on the back of the bathroom door that the cleaning staff had missed. Be warned. The place is only accessible through Hardee's parking lot and their sign has been blown down.

Location was great though it was a little hard to find with GPS. It is actually attached to a Perkins restaurant but is walking distance to a variety of other options. Beds were very comfortable. Pool is not functional.

Checked in late and front desk rep Steven was nice enough to give me a call to make sure my gps coordinates were accurate and to instruct me on how to get my key card for entry before they closed for the night. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was definitely hot. The unexpected diamond in the rough is Perkins Bakery. This restaurant was great. Had breakfast here twice during my stay. Will stay again. Only thing that really sucked about the hotel had nothing to do with the property. This place is obviously a resting place versus a place to socialize. Unfortunately common sense is not common so at the most random times of the night guests would think it a great idea to have very loud discussions on the balcony.

We’ve stayed three times, no hot water. Grab and go breakfast is 7-10 am. The girl doesn’t even start setting up until 7:25 , we had to go next door to Perkins pancake house to buy breakfast for the second time. It’s a shame, the location is very convenient. We’re done.

The experience was a bit mixed. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was ok but the toaster had a sign that it would trigger the fire alarm if used - that was a bit concerning. So they didn’t have any bread. But they had a variety of cold cereals, fruits, and wrapped pastries. You could also make yourself some hot cocoa or oatmeal if you wanted something warm. The room was clean but there was some mold outside the tub. Please be advised that the hotel will charge extra if you want room service. Even though it seems like the hotel was reconditioned fairly recently, it had old beds. One of the beds had literally a hole in the middle. Also, the ice machine didn’t work. The TV in the room didn’t have any channels either. Overall it was a fair stay. The place has potential to become a simple yet nice place for an overnight stay in a road trip.

Heads up, the photos make this place look FAR nicer than it actually is. Within the first hour of being in our room, we killed 3 cockroaches. And they were the little ones that infest a place. We also saw plenty of huge ones around the property. Sooooo many cockroaches! There were stains on the bedding. Pill bugs around the room. I asked for a refund so we could take our leave which they denied but moved us to a different room in hopes there wouldn't be cockroaches. The second room was better but only for that reason, I didn't see another cockroach. It was clear the bath tubs had been painted and the paint was chipping off and plugging the drain. The toilet was running very loudly all night. The neighbors were blasting their music all night and morning. We got very little sleep. The free "Breakfast" consisted of coffee (tho there were no cups to drink your coffee out of, they said they ran out), pop-tarts, granola bars and oatmeal packets. Safe to say, I wish we had made a different choice!

Stayed overnight here on way to a final destination. We arrived two hours early, tried to check in early as we had been driving all day and they wanted $7.50. We said nah and instead went to the coastal botanical gardens just down the road. It was amazing and you should totally go if you have the chance. The staff was nothing special, no personality at all. The hotel has tons of aesthetic issues that are covered in band aids. It seemed dirty the minute we walked into lobby. Our room was decent but the beds were uncomfortable, there was a fingernail on the floor and two crawling bugs. They are connected to a Perkins restaurant that gives you 20% off when you show your room key. There are tons of other places to eat and lots of other hotels within walking distance that I should have chosen from.

Property is maintained fairly. Room and bed was clean. However, obvious black mold on wall. Room was quiet. Breakfast consisted of breakfast bars and muffins. For the pice paid it was a good value and really can not complain.

After reading bad reviews for this property and others it's hard to determine where to stay. I decided to go with Oneway Savannah because it was close to where I needed to be for my conference on Saturday. Before entering my room I was told that no smoking was allowed of course inside the room nor outside the room they had a designated area as the rooms are being renovated.

This is an old 80’s style hotel they are updating. It’s very chic and the rooms are nicely decorated. Very clean and bright with LED lighting. The coffee station needs to be reimagined. Front desk personnel were very helpful. When this place is completed I’d say it’ll be a gem right off I-95. Ask for the backside rooms as they will be quiet/less road noise. Overall I was pleased.

The hotel is being renovated, was told our room was in the back of hotel but must park in front. After trudging our luggage to the back, we found out the room was actually up front on the other side of building.No cold water at all from the sink, hot water only. No hot water in shower, only cold, The room was nice and bright, decor nice, will give it one more try next time we pass through Savanah.

The 1st thing that was very weird was that they charged a $15 fee if you check in one minute early. Then they required a $100 damage deposit which is more than I've ever heard of any hotel asking. The last thing that was very weird was there were no shower curtains. The showers had a glass piece covering 1/2 of the shower but nothing on the 2nd half so water gets all over the floor.
