The elevator didn't work due to ongoing construction. We had to walk the longest route to get to our room. The stairs were brutal; we're 70 years old. We moved to another hotel the next day

Dirtiest, grossest, scariest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Pool was unusable and filled with feces and trash. Breakfast was highly disappointing, even for a cheap hotel. Loaf of bread, dry cereal, cold coffee, and the make-your-own waffles tasted like chemicals. Surrounding area is highly unsafe, and the bottom level room windows easily open the whole way.

Pool was closed being repaired empty so its gonna be a while. No coffee pots in tge room we were on 2ed floor very nice room has already be redone. Still working on 1st floor Breakfast was a joke no for real there was 1 apple 1 yougart and waffles and a large group of people the staff brought out more bread and apples

They were renovating and the room was great. The back door, however, did not shut and was a safety issue.

The room was dirty. The sheets had not been cleaned. The pool (which was one main reason we booked here) was closed us to being shut down for health inspection reasons yet nothing in the website to indicate. The tv had no volume and after a week’s stay was still not repaired and the wifi would not connect to anything. It was awful!

Cockroach in room, hand prints all over main entry door and our room window, smell of urine in bathroom, stained carpets in lobby and hallways, poor attempt for breakfast, unusable pool with 10 inches of green and brown growth. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Our room was horrible roaches on the floor, my husband clothes got soaked in the restroom from the sink leaking. The pool was dirty. The sausage for breakfast was not eatable. Our key stopped working had to get another. Couldn't watch tv none of the televisions worked in our room. Kids was miserable thank goodness they had their phones.

I love the property but there were some safety concerns. In the entrance way, the roof was leaking water. The rear door was shattered and glass was everywhere and also the pool had no water in it.

This property is under construction. There is drywall dust covering everything. There is no breakfast and no work out room. This place is a disaster

Mold on the bathroom ceiling, trash behind the dresser, comforter was stained and the bedding was not washed recently, slept on top fully clothed and was cold because if I turned down the AC the odor was worse. Left at 7 am and the continental breakfast was still not ready. The place needs an overhaul.

Hotel entrance areas were cluttered with trash. No cigarette disposal so entrance and smoking area littered with butts. Carpets in hallways and entrance mats extremly stained and dirty. Walls. door frames, doors, trim, furniture etc. All scratched broken abused and neglected broken seats and and furniture piled in stairwells

Don’t waste your money. Go next door instead. • The only clean place in the hotel is the lobby. • The room is filthy with bugs and roaches. • No breakfast at all. When it’s 8:30am, still 30 min away from closing the breakfast area, the minute you get there, the lady will inform you the breakfast is closing shortly. She already put away everything in the cabinets and even turned off the waffle machine already. So you have to turn on the heat to wait for it and the waffle batter is sour. No coffee or milk either. The only thing you have is the cereal but you have no milk! • The front desk lady always give you nasty look and kept on staring at you and make you feel uncomfortable.

Bathroom dirty mini fridge dirty and broken and because i was to tired to go down and say something about it after an 11 hour drive they refused to do anything my daughter had exposed wires in 2 different spots in her room with small children and blood on the shower curtain and again they refused to do anything and they knew about their issues the same night they got there

Dirty and in need of repairs and some light bulbs. Dirty mirrors in room.

The room is subpar at best, but the bathroom disgusting. Hair all over the floor, toilet broken, mildew, the bathtub was covered in dirt. Very nasty.

The hotel was very loud. While the staff were friendly they were also very loud. The condition of the room and hall was disgusting. Missing paint, mold/mildew, missing vent fan in bathroom, stunk like stale cigarettes. Only reason we stayed was it was pet friendly and we were on an extremely low budget.

The pictures on this hotel a very deceiving. This place is not updated at all. Dirty carpet, uncomfortable spring mattresses, half the outlets in the room didn’t work. AC system has the option for fan on however it doesn’t work. After the temperature reaches desired setting, it’s completely silent, all you can hear is the bell from the front desk going off all night. The breakfast had old pancake batter, no butter, the syrup was just left out on the counter in a gallon jug, which also had very little amount in it. Will not t stay again.

I should have listen to the previous reviews. The room for starters had no clothing closet to hang clothes, no trash can, no telephone to call front desk, and the t.v. was a 32 inch monitor and the volume could not be turned up. The floor smelled on marijuana, but the manager did try to find out where it was coming from. The breakfast was cereal and milk from a jug with apples and bananas. I was very concern with cross contamination with the milk. As stated before it is own by Patels, so it's not the Wyndham you may be custom to. My advise seek another hotel don't lower your standards. We stayed only because we were there for late at night to lay our heads and the beds were comfortable.

Nice for the price; the toilet didn't flush well, but we survived. We were unable to control the AC, and it was pretty chiily.. 😉 We were only there for 1 night- it was easy on/off the highway.

We had reserved a double queen room for 3 people, and when we arrived we received a room with a king bed (no couch or anything). He tried to market this as an upgrade! Ha! If we weren't traveling as a group, we would've just left. The staff at checked-in couldn't seem to understand this pretty blaring issue. Our kid slept on the floor. This is not at all what we paid for at.all, and no recource was given. Additionally, many things were broken or in poor condition: internet wasn't working the entire stay, pool was out of order and closed, our bathroom door wouldn't even shut, bar to hang clothes on was cut too short and wouldn't support any weight, mircowave handle in room was broken, thermostat on the wall had no power running to it. A broken window unit was just sitting in the hallway right off the elevator. Seemed like a good amount of code violations just about everywhere you looked: storage/trash in the stairwell, wires hanging down from where exit signs should be. We waited to check out 30mins before standard check out time, and a sign was there to "ring the bell for service." We waited for awhile, but no one showed, and that was our last impression. It was shockingly subpar.

The building looked clean on the outside and lobby. Room doors was old or needing painting or updating. The TV in the room had exposed wires. Housekeeping made the bed but never changed the sheets. Just provided clean towels. The room was small. Even tho reservations was confirmed but when I called the hotel to advise a late arrival they insisted on another $140 payment which was never refunded. I will never book a reservation at this hotel again.

Just wanted a break and get out of the house. Bed was ok. It was missing some art hanging on the walls. It had hooks hanging out.

Considering the price, everything about the hotel was satisfactory. The room was relatively clean, the breakfast options were adequate, and the staff were helpful. Free parking was also a big plus. Overall, no complaints—it's not the best hotel, but it's a good choice for a short stay

Key wouldn’t work, outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, the smoke alarm was removed, no hinge bar lock, no utensils or bowls at breakfast, dirty walls and floor, stains on carpet and chairs.

I reserved the room MONTHS in advance for a friends wedding. A friend and I split the cost. The room is already PAID for but we find out there’s a $100 security deposit for the room. Why? We are not party animals, we’ve been long past 21 for a long time. WHERE does it say a security deposit is required? We check in, pay the deposit with no answer as to why. We check out the room. The bathroom light does not work. We had to go to the rehearsal dinner and were told that it would be fixed. I come back early and was informed that we had been moved to a different room. I asked for a 2nd key, and she demanded to know why. There’s 2 adults in the room that will be in and out at different times. We never got the 2nd key. I go up to the new room and the key does not work. I go back down and have to yell to get someone to the front desk. She argues with me that I was doing the key wrong so she goes upstairs and the key does not work. She goes and makes another key and it doesn’t work either. She calls a coworker who lives in the hotel who has a master key to get me into the room. The bathroom was filthy. Tub had not been cleaned and there was a 6 inch crack in the tub that moved if you stood in it while taking a shower. We were told that the security deposit would be reversed back to the credit card, a week later and it’s still has not been done. Breakfast… coffee not made soni made it myself. Open butter packets in the bowl. Do the owners even care? Or is it all about the money?

Staff not polite at all... Breakfast no milk for cereal really nothing to eat and then when we asked about certain stuff on the little bar we got attitude. Charging 100 dollar deposit and you want know that until you get to hotel. Room holes in sheets and the room had funny smell. Always got to wait for someone to get to front desk.

Love the staff here. They are always so helpful and kind! We love to stay here.

The staff was very rude and demanding. It clearly states that breakfast closes at 9. My children were eating dry cereal with no milk while she was watching them eat and other guest too trying to force us out of dining before it was even 9. She began to put up things before 9 as well. Other guest were uncomfortable and left. Because of this very strange and demanding situation, I dont care if I was offered a free night stay, I wouldn't stay at this location ever again.

We stayed during the hurricane. When we stepped into the lobby to check in the power went out. The staff offered to help us take our stuff up the stairs. They unlocked our room by master key. We did not get power until the late the second day. The staff was great and did an amazing job while dealing with a lot. The hotel is close to the road so you do get road noise without the air running. I would stay with them again.

Paid and showed receipts that I had a reservation, they rescued to let me stay and Expedia had to get involved to get a refund. Staff was extremely rude to me

I have been staying at this property for 4 years but will never step foot in this place again. The new little girl they have has a piss poor attitude and is just plan nasty. Someone is gonna put her in her place one day and she better be glad it wasn’t me that did it. She stays on her phone with her ear pods in and is very inconvenient for her to do her job. BTW it’s the morning twit they have. She was yelling at guest and gave both me and my mother a very nasty attitude and I will never stay at this place again.

It took a long time to check in. They gave me two pieces of paper and asked me to fill out my information, even though I had already provided all my information online when I booked. It was inconvenient that the main entrance was locked, and they did not let me inside until the paperwork was completed.

The staff was incredibly unprofessional. They cancelled our stay several hours after check in time due to construction, did not allow us to speak to a manager in regards to the cancelation, and allowed us to book the room without it actually being available. All other rooms were sold out, and the only option they gave was to cancel our stay.

The parking area was safe because the police were always parked close by.

Location was great..close to my job! Staff was nice and courteous. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked fine! The hotel itself just needs some upgrades, kept cleaned throughout the hotel including the stairway and make sure smell of hotel is up to part cause it was a stale smelly odor!

Location, very clean and nice. The only problem was non working TV, after complaining, two people trying, it got fixed but I really had to complaint.

People hanging around property watching you. And look very sceatchy. Feel unsafe moved car to front of building. Security lock on room door is broken. They charged me 35$ a dog 70 $ extra.which I had no idea that wasn't included in Expedia quote . It should be in the quote when looking for dog friendly property. We are going to leave early . Toilet seat is loose and face towels are stained. Will never stay here again f3ls very unsafe.

The property was clean and newly remodeled. The secondary swing lock on door had been broken off in what appears to be opened by force. In the evening people of questionable character were congregated in front, it appeared some people were living at the hotel. We stayed at this Wyndham once before and a group of people were congregating in front of building. Felt a bit unsafe. Breakfast was marginal

Easy access to highways and downtown Savannah.

They were upgrading the property which is a good thing…they were courteous in posting working hours of the construction crew…staff was very friendly…they are perfectly situated for shopping and eating.

No coffee in room. Air conditioner not working properly. TV remote not working properly. Staff barely spoke English. Terrible continental breakfast (no fruit, no bagels, no pastry. No regular creamer for coffee, etc Hotel does represent the website hype in any way. Stay away.
