There is no beating around the bush, this is a bare bones overnight hotel. The welcome is not exactly welcoming, the elevator smells like weed. They do have a laundry room and a functioning work out room. Small but everything functions. Treadmill, no weights. The rooms have TV, very clean bathroom, vinyl flooring, and metal frame beds. Nothing nice but OK. Staff seems to work hard and well.

The good :Hotel was in a decent location. Pretty clean and quiet, good parking and great lication. The bad : Tav didnt work all night. Staff said she reset it and thats all she can do. Was pretty much on her phone everytime you went into lobby . Sink was backed up, shower head was clogged weird smell in room. But other than that, the hotel wasmt terrible

This was a good place to stay. The building seemed very new, so everything was in good shape. However, there was a terrible smell in our hallway and the vinyl wood floors were kind of sticky under our shoes. There was also no ice machine. But the workout room had a treadmill, elliptical machine, and a pull up bar/small weight machine. And the staff were extremely friendly and gracious. We had a bit of a wait at check in, and the young lady at the desk apologized and gave us cookies as a greeting. Worked out great!

Very Clean, has a Gym and a Laundry room. Rooms have an electric induction cooktop. Very Close to New Brunswick and Princeton, both of which has good dining options. Nice areas to hike close by. Over all a pleasant stay.

It's a very good value for the money. We arrived around 11pm, so the doors were locked to enter the hotel. We had to wait a few minutes until someone let us enter the lobby. Other than that, we had a good experience. The room was clean.

Property doesn’t have proper house keeping service. For everything you will have to go to reception. Exercise area is so small and was not cleaned. Common areas are also not cleaned properly.

I hotel was clean and check in was easy. The rooms are basic, but clean and spacious. Decent size kitchenette and good parking. I would stay again and for the price I couldn’t beat it.

Extra security measures to swipe key pad when quest entering hotel property is what I like. I don't like that there are quests or visitors leaving entrance doors propped open compromising security. Additionally, some of the smoking quest are standing in public walkway while smoking, not at least 25ft or more from all hotel entrances. ASK

Room was not clean. Floor eas sticky had to throw out ny socks because they were black after 1 night. Hairs in bed and shower from previous guest. Stain on sheet. Vending machine not stocked and staff were not professional

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The bed was so uncomfortable that I barely slept, and the room itself was in terrible condition. The shower and bathtub were dirty, with hair left behind, and the towels had brown stains on them. The entire room had a strong odor, and I even woke up with a sore throat, which makes me think there may have been mold. While the third-shift staff who checked us in was very friendly and polite, the morning staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, the room was unclean, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I booked via Expedia. Went to check in the young lady was nice. We went up to the room it smelled horrible...lifted the sheets back and there were stains all over the sheet. Asked to try another room and that one had dirty floors. Coffe grinds and a lollipop stick on the floor. Checked out within an hour. Reported it to the front desk and Expedia. Manager wasn't on site however the young lady at the front desk called her and she said she would refund our stay the nexr morning. Now Expedia is saying they can't refund because the manager hasnt gotten back to them.

There were pubes sitting on the rim of the bathtub. Hair in the bed. Absolutely disgusting.

Check in was very unprofessional. Lady at the front desk was dressed like she just came in from living off the streets. Hood on over her head tied tight. Outside smoking cigarettes with a group of friends. Checked into our room. Dead bug on the table, crumbs of some sort were on one bed. Other bed didn’t have linens on it at all. Had to go down to the front desk and ask for linens. Completely unacceptable for a hotel to leave a room like that. Very dissatisfied with the quality of care that was taken from the staff.

The first day of check in there was blood on the sheets for both beds the room was not clean

The first room smelled like dog urine. It was not cleaned properly and up to the standards of a wood springs. Secondly, it took extremely long for them to find me another room, which was in the inconvenience to due to the fact that I had a loved one in the hospital the check-in process was simple but they forgot to give me Wi-Fi access which hindered me from effectively connecting to Wi-Fi to connect with friends and family although check-in was at 3 PM after all of the shortcomings and incompetence of the hotel I was not able to get to a suitable room until 11:30 PM and at that point I found out that the bedsheets were improperly cleaned which the hotel couldn’t do anything about at that time causing a flareup with my allergies. I was told by the front desk staff, and they do not allow pets in the room, but I did observe my own two eyes a fellow guess a couple doors down had a fairly large dog definitely needs to upgrade the amenities and the effectiveness and cleanliness of the staff of the hotel as well as proper customer service.

Yellow pee stain on the white bed sheets. A ball of hair on the blankets. Dirty toilets. Big centipede in the tub. No working tv controller and no hand soap. Only small bottle of shampoo for one person.

The staff was nice and respectful when I checked in but the room was dirty and with old food. I had to change rooms. The floors were dirty and so was the bathroom.

They do not provide basic facilities like coffee cups, silverware sets, hair dryers, body lotions and extra soaps.

Everything was fine, but the bed. A bed so uncomfortable you felt like getting up so you can rest.

For the price point, and in a pinch, this hotel served us well. It is a new property, so the room was generally clean and everything was in working order. But it felt no-frills and kind of austere. Perhaps because this hotel is designed for extended stays, and they assume guests will bring their own stuff, the room was very minimal in terms of amenities. Not even a soap dish. Very, very bare bones. The hallway had a weird odor (probably different cooking smells, etc.) The property was clean and seemed relatively safe (appreciate that guests need to scan in their key cards at multiple places) but the overall vibe was a lower-end motel type of experience rather than a hotel one. For one night and with tempered expectations, it did the trick.

When we went to check in it was already late but had to stand there for like10 mins waiting for the lady at the desk to finish on the phone about an issue via email to even start the checkin process.The bed was terrible, uncomfortable and squeaky no box spring. There were only 3 pillows to split between 2 people, but the pillows were like small couch pillows. Couldn’t get extra pillows or blankets. Had to put the mattress on the floor to get any kind of sleep. There was no window shade/curtain on top of the shades continuous light in your face all night from the street light. No bath mats in the bathroom for the floor so when you get out you slip on the wet wood floor, and it doesn’t help that the shower curtain is cloth instead of water proof. This will be my first and last stay.

Good clean property. Nothing in the room other than bare essentials.

Walls are thin. Other than that, great stay. No bugs, bed was comfortable: spring based and firm, covered in a bed bug protection sheet. Floors are not carpeted which is great because it reduces chances of bugs being hidden and is easier to clean. Window opens slightly so room could get fresh air.

Everything was great as far as necessities. Clean bathroom, nice staff, easy check out, and nice environment. Took off one star due to a difficult process to obtain WiFi. When most hotels just have a simple password, here we were instructed to call a number where no one answered, therefore, no WiFi for the entire stay. This was disappointing.

Room was not great at all. Uncomfortable beds making noises, no toiletries in bathroom and no plates or Glasses in kitchen. You have to call a different number to get a internet code which was ridiculous. No near by restaurants. Overall, it was not a good experience.

* They advertise a $50 pet "deposit" plus $10 per night per pet. Which is fine, except every reasonable person would interpret "deposit" as a REFUNDABLE deposit, and not just another ordinary fee, which it actually is. Wording it this way is intentionally misleading, so beware that you will be charged an extra $50 FEE, and not a DEPOSIT. * There are many extended-stay residents living there, and it smells like it in the hallway. There are many different cooking aromas permeating the hallways, and it felt like I was staying in someone's smelly house instead of a hotel. * To get WIFI in the room you have to call someone and beg for a code. * To get a remote for the TV, you have to call the front desk, who may or may not provide you with one, at their convenience. * The room we selected was supposed to have a big couch, but instead had just a small chair. * The bed was absolutely terrible and extremely uncomfortable, which made it impossible to get any refreshing sleep. * The sink in the bathroom was clogged and stinky. * The walls are paper-thin, and the people in the next room and their annoying kids woke me up multiple times in the middle of the night. * Something in the kitchen (a broken appliance?) kept making noise the whole night. The only positive thing about this place was the large grassy area behind the building where the dogs can walk for a bit.

Cons: - Direct TV freezes often when watching television and has limited channels. - The bed is uncomfortable (too squeaky, so you hear EVERYTHING, especially your neighbors). - The water pressure in the bathroom sink is extremely low as compared to the kitchen sink. - No ironing board is provided in the room, and the air vents need cleaning. - As far as location, this is a HEAVY traffic area, especially in the a.m. and p.m. rush hour, so plan accordingly.

DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! The front desk lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. We booked 2 Queen beds room, but she gave us one king bed room, and I ask for the room what I booked, she’s not willing to give us and let us to contact the Expedia to solve the problem with very impatient attitude. I was like ok, I can contact Expedia to get the refund of the price difference if she doesn’t want to pay for her fault! The ridiculous thing about this lady was she call our room telephone at 12am and told us u guys have to get out this hotel, I asked why, she said because i checked you guys out! !! That was so rude, tell us to solve the issue by ourselves and right after check us out in the midnight without telling us??? PLEASE DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO BE KICK OUT IN THE MIDNIGHT AND TO BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY !!!

Security keys for the room did not work… took over an hour for the issue to be resolved… booked two rooms… since the keys did not work… night manager had to open door with the house key… only to find the second room was already occupied by another guest… when another room was assigned… that key did not work… finally someone came in after over 60-minutes to address the issue… instead of being accommodating and a concerned about the one hour lock out… this person who claimed to be the manager… showed no empathy and proceeded with the attitude that the guest’s somehow controls the hotels systems and the problem the property is having is somehow my fault and I should not have an issue with two pre-paid rooms not being available for over an hour after we arrived…

Asia was the best part of our stay. She has the best customer service. In 2 1/2 months staying there, only complained 1 time and they could care less. The cleaning guy on 3rd floor will yell at you for needing toilet paper. Then I could hear his full conversation on speaker way down the hall. Kept hearing VERY VERY graphic profanity, over and over. The most unprofessional experience at a hotel after staying the whole summer. …. Still treat you like a one night guest (which should be treated with excellent customer service). Not my running 3 floors down so my wife could use the bathroom. When I complained, rude girl at desk talking on her cell, listened to me and went right back to her cell phone and never said anything. Don’t get me started on the thin walls and the cable that doesn’t work in the 5 rooms we were in. Not one refund! Not one apology! They just wanted our money and who cares about customers service in hotels anymore!!! SHAME!!!

This was a very nice day. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable even the pillows were comfortable. The girl at the front desk when I checked in was extremely sweet and welcoming. Overall was a great visit and would definitely stay again.

The young ladies at the front desk are always kind and professional.

VERY PROFESSIONAL PERSON AT CHECKIN.

The front desk staff is unprofessional I was trying to check in and they were eating chips so much that I had to ask a few times to understand what they were saying. Then they requested paperwork for my service animal which is illegal to ask. Then the room has absolutely nothing in it- no body wash no utensils no extra towels unless you give back your used towels???I asked for an extra blanket and they refused so I was left cold. Lastly, the upstairs neighbor sounded like an elephant walking around at all hours. In all my life this is one of the worse places I’ve ever stayed. Stay away!!

We had a soccer tournament and came across this hotel last minute. Really enjoyed our stay rooms were very nice, staff very friendly and helpful especially Ashley.

Quite besides wood floors make it hard above your room you can hear footsteps all day. Clean and Nice for price. Being off Rout 1, doesn’t feel like you are in a good way lol.

Great location. Felt very safe and the rooms are really clean.

I stayed for over a month while completing interviews. The place was very clean with great rooms. My room contained a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, fridge, and freezer. Cooking materials (pots, etc) were available for purchase if needed. Staff was lovely. Ashley in particular was fantastic in providing an inviting atmosphere and helping with whatever was needed. The location isn't walkable, but there are several stores like Target, Walmart, fast food, etc within 5-10 minutes by car. Highly recommend for a stay if you need a home base while travelling for personal or business reasons, particularly for extended periods.

I think the hotel rooms were overpriced the bathroom sink where you can watch your face. The water pressure is very low where you need a cup so you can brush your teeth and rinse your mouth. This hotel had a kitchen space but you didn’t have any dishes or cups or pots if you wanted to use the kitchen Not even a coffee maker I was not very impressed with this hotel, which was picked out by my brothers wife they live in the area

The property is nice, if you're looking for bells and whistles this is not the property for you. However it safe and for the most part clean . I had a few issues with dirty towels but they were replaced immediately. I do wish that they had plates, cups,etc... in the kitchen area. They have a kitchen area but it's just not stocked . They do have a full sized refrigerator, microwave, mini stove .

The room was clean. Very spartan. We saw from other reviews that there would be no dishes or flatware so we brought our own. There also aren't any cleaning supplies like dish soap, sponge or drying rag. The remooms also do not have coffee makers. There were unexpected fees. Most of the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, desk staff were unable to provide us with receipts. Free coffee is available from 6an to 10am sharp. It comes from a machine but tastes like instant coffee.
