Petit déjeuner avec produits frais. Chambre confortable. Le parking est payant par contre, 8 euros par jour.

Séjour agréable chambre calme Le parking et la piscine payants furent les seuls éléments désagréables lors de ce séjour et je suis d’accord avec d autres avis, ce n’est pas très explicite sur le site Hotels.com. Je note « parking disponible » et «  spa » en aucun cas cas c’est marqué payant

Très bien juste un gros bémol sur le prix du parking 12 euros c est vraiment cher

La piscine est payante, 15 euros, pas de service d'étage et restaurant fermé le dimanche et lundi

Could be very good but what let our stay down was the fact the bar shut earlier than the stated time. If you say you’re open until 1am then don’t shut at 12.51!!

New facilities/building bult in 2022. Cash machine for Accor. Less comfort than older Mercure. Great staff trying to compensate. Small rooms - much smaller than oldest Novotel ou Mercure No separate toilet Car park charged - 8 euros a day with no alternative near.

A nice, friendly hotel tucked away in a rural area of Le Touquet (10-15mins drive from seafront). The hotel is cool - well furnished with nice lobby and bar area. I was a bit surprised to be charged for parking a car (on top of 2 room charges - seems unnecessary) The restaurant was good, but not great. The pool area, with sauna, was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

La chambre était propre mais ne disposait que d'une mini poubelle dans la salle de bain. Il manquait aussi un frigo. Peu de rangement.Petit déjeuner banal.

Amazing clean lovely hotel but we had a smaller room with no balcony which is unusual, as always had a bigger room with balcony for cheaper than we paid this time? Other than that excellent 👌

Hôtel moderne, confortable, grande terrasse extérieure, très bien équipé, sale de bain très fonctionnelle et impeccable de propreté, chambre vaste climatisée avec fenêtres ouvrantes, literie excellente, grand lit de 160 cm . Environnement extérieur très calme, aucun bruit la nuit. Il faudrait par contre plus d'explications verbales à l'accueil sur le fonctionnement très moderne de l'hôtel. Les générations anciennes ne sont pas QR CODE. Nous avons passé un séjour.

Our stay was only a fleeting overnight whilst travelling back up to Calais to grab Le Shuttle home. Area as a whole was very pleasant, but the hotel is slightly out of town, requiring either a decent walk or a taxi into town if you want to enjoy a drink. We arrived on a Sunday evening but the kitchen was closed so the dinner option was limited to small charcuterie boards in the bar. Hotel was overall very nice, clean and pretty well appointed.

l'infrastructure est splendide, au milieu de la forêt. 10' du centre ville en voiture. La chambre pour deux est grande, la propreté appréciable . Un bémol de taille : pas de mobilier du tout pour mettre ses vêtements. Tout doit rester dans la valise sur la moquette !! Très bon séjour cependant.

très déçue VOIR PHOTO je suis venue l'année dernière autant vous dire qu’il y a une grosse différence. Arriver le 12 avril on se rend compte que la chambre est rempli de poussière. 1 er signalement le Mr à l’accueil nous prend pas au sérieux 2 eme signalement le manager décide de monter vérifier, elle est choquée elle nous demande de patienter en-bas le temps qu’elle nettoie comme elle peut . 1h à patienter pour enfin avoir une chambre à peu près propre Tache sur le mur, poussière conséquente, tache sur le drap, chromcast qui le fonctionne pas . Je peux vous dire que je suis énormément déçue et choquée pour un hôtel Haut STANDING. Aucun geste commercial ni excuse de la part du personnel je ne reviendrai plus .

We only stayed one night as we were driving north back to LeShuttle. The hotel is in a quiet location, 5 minutes drive from the main road. It's a lovely forest setting with paths all around. Rooms were a little small in size and a bit too fancy which meant a bit of effort working out where lights were switched on/off. Beds very comfortable and had everything we needed in the room, good size TV you can cast phone to, a modern bathroom with a good shower. Quiet room with no disturbance. Our parents had a more accessible room with a larger bathroom with handles on the wall. The hotel is easily accessible for the wheelchair and has a lift. Just a few doors to get through to get to the lift. Breakfast was busy but of a good quality with lots of options. Parking was €10 per night.

We ended up here by chance. There are 3 different buildings here that are all differently named hotels operated by the same hotel group. Being far the facility is fairly new everything is in great condition! Our room had two twin beds. We asked about a room with one bed but we're told they all had two beds though we later saw them cleaning a neighboring room with one bed. We also asked if there were any rooms with a mini-fridge and we're told there weren't any. We later found one in our room inside of a cabinet l, but you couldn't the temperature down and it was warm inside. Maybe something was lost in translation? Since it was cooler we left our drinks on the balcony overnight. The rooms are very nice! There is an area behind the room door that could be used as a closet or luggage storage. We used it and one of the small tables for luggage storage. There are no hooks or towel racks in the shower room. The only two hooks in the room are behind the outside of the shower room door. There is a sheer over the window in the shower, but no other curtain. I stepped outside on the balcony and could easily and clearly see the outline of my wifes body. The room includes a nice large TV, but it's so large that it hangs into the doorway of the toilet closet. We had to leave the door partiality closed, especially at night, so we didn't walk into the TV. There is room to slide out to the left towards the shower room. There is also a nice shelf under the TV that we did handy.

Dommage qu’un si bel hôtel et noté 4 étoiles ne soit pas à la hauteur. Ambiance très froide de la part des collaborateurs, peu d’attentions, je ne demande pas un acceuil super VIP mais un bonjour, qu’on baisse la tête lorsque vous croiser un collaborateur n’est pas digne d’un 4 ⭐️

This property is in the forest away from the center of town and beach. We ended up booking a hostel in the center and it was amazing!!! We were not reimbursed for our payment. Staff could not speak English, and were not very helpful.

The hotel is great but I was overcharge for my room I had booked the hotel with Expedia in January but was told by reception that payment was due hence the fraudulent overcharge I still have not heard from the hotel about my reimbursement!!!

C etait un sejour pour l anniversaire de mon papa tres âgé. Service irreprochable! Un accueil memorable avec des petites attentions dans leur chambre.

Nous venons dans cet établissement depuis le début de l’ouverture, nous avons été super patient quant au démarrage de l’hotel mais l’équipe change régulièrement ce qui ne promet, malheureusement, pas bonne augure… J’ai demandé plus de 5 fois qu’on m’envoie la facture par mail cela n’a jamais été fait… Dommage qu’un si bel hôtel ne soit pas à la hauteur du service attendu d’un client

Staff lovely and helpful. Ibis rooms basic but clean . Breakfast was nice . Nice walk into centre. Lots of parking.

Tres bel établissement moderne bel endroit zt pzesonnel tres pro et sympathique

Ma femme et moi avons passé un court séjour au Touquet, dans le but de découvrir la ville et les alentours. Nous avons été conquis par cette destination qui nous reverra sûrement pour un séjour plus long, afin de profiter des bois environnants et des balades à vélo. L’hôtel est un peu isolé, mais offre un cadre très sympathique en alliant le confort d’une structure neuve et le charme d’un style architectural local.

The only complaint is it was very difficult to get a taxi in to town - not sure if I would sat again on this basis.

For the first time here, I was made to feel welcome, showed us to the room and the facilities and it was generally a fantastic hotel. The surrounding area is just picture perfect. I will be booking again within the next few weeks

Chambre petite surface. Piscine fantastique. Accueil très sympathique. Très éloigné du centre du Touquet : sans voiture et sans navette, un parcours du combattant ! Menu de Pâques imposé, sans consultation de carte !

Avons été surclassé au Mercure car travaux à l Ibis très bon petit dej avec pain frais hôtel très sympa neuf déco moderne chambres confortables beau complexe spa par contre mauvais rapport qualité prix du restaurant c’est très cher et pas très qualitatif. Personnel très sympa et accueillant.

Un hôtel très agréable. Quelques imperfections, pas de rideau occultant dans la salle de bain, donc attention la nuit à ne pas allumer la lumière. Je n'ai eu droit qu'à des dosettes décaféinées durant mon séjour. Dans le burger au camembert du restaurant, il n'y a pas ou très peu de camembert donc c'est plutôt du pain et du chutney d'ognon. Sinon l'équipe est sympa et le cadre très agréable.
