We did not stay in the resort at all due to SETIR poor guest assistance when we tried to seek for help to find a hotel in Coron town as boat transfer was not possible after 5 pm due to delayed ferry arrival at 6:45 pm. SETIR sister hotel in town was fully booked so they couldn’t accommodate us. SETIR staff instructed us to do our own online search for hotels in town, no further assistance from SETIR at all. We felt neglected and abandoned. We are requesting for a refund. Per SETIR they haven’t received any request from Expedia. SETIR is waiting for Expedia to contact them. Per Expedia - After multiple attempts to contact the property on my behalf, they were unable to obtain approval for a waiver. SETIR and Expedia, you both need to communicate and coordinate.
