Niseko Central Condominiums

Loved our stay. The hotel is really close to the ski fields and rental shops. Right in the center of town. It had a little kitchen which was great to make a cup of tea and toast in the morning.

Economically perfect!

Good location and a 5 minute walk to the Ace Family Quad lift via a shortcut path and a 10 minute uphill walk to the Ace Gondola via the Hirafu-Zaka Street. The room we got was located in the basement and require some 15-20 odd stairs down. Luckily, there was a hotel van that took us from the airport bus drop off location to the hotel and the guide helped us with one of the luggage. We still had to move the other luggages down the stairs. Can be a deal breaker if you don't want to carry heavy luggages down and up (upon leaving) the stairs. Room is clean and bathroom is decent sized. Nothing to complain exept for the stairs. Had we gotten any of the ground floor rooms, then I have no complain.

Great little condo, although was a little tricky to find at first. That said, there was someone waiting to answer the phone when we needed to call to find it. Condo has a free ski shuttle in the mornings and afternoons that is shared with another place or two. Worked fine unless you need to leave during mid-day. The kitchenette does not have a stove, so you can't really cook anything, just heat up stuff in the microwave. This was a big bummer and they should add a hot plate or single burner stove appliance of some sort, otherwise it is really no different than having a hotel room. This was one of the main reasons I booked this place. Pictures were a little misleading from the ad but you can see from mine that it still a nice place with a balcony, views, and lots of light. They did not have a desk in the unit, and I needed to do some work, but an email to them and they brought me a great little desk and chair! Again, great service. Convenient laundry shared with one other unit was perfect. Awesome to have laundry at your door and not some coin laundry in the basement. Will stay here again if given the chance!
