This hotel is good general speaking. My only complain is the room service, we asked to the staff twice to vacuum the room and we never got it. Apart from that, is not a bad place to stay, and the pool is quite good.

The Restaurant is just the ideal place for a nice meal and highly recommended. Generous servings and delicious but can have a bit more vegetables or salad would just cap the top ranking. Bar is good and Complimentary Mini Bad helps to settle into the room after check in, wonderful.

Great place to stay. Opposite the Murray River foreshore. Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient parking and quiet. We ate at the hotel bistro which was so convenient and the food was great. The staff were helpful and friendly and we received a complimentary mini bar. We had a lovely stay.

They are refurbished the hotel and we thought problems, so wrong. Everything nicely cleaned and all super. Only issue was the WiFi which worked to and from. Staff super supportive! Nice location in Berri with the river on the other side of the road. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Served gluten free without problems. We warmly recommend!

Stayed in one of the new Riverview Villas. It was great. Everything is new, modern and looked great. Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom/shower. We enjoyed swimming in the pool too.

The Berri hotel is perfectly situated with views of the river. The apartments were very clean and spacious with plenty of parking to the rear. The balcony river view was excellent.

The villa we stayed in was nicely appointed however we were disappointed with the servicing of the villas. Our beds were remade but the used bathroom linen wasn't replaced and empty bottles and rubbish weren't taken away. There were also cobwebs on door and window sills and window screens. Also, there are no umbrellas or shade in the pool area. Only little things but these villas have only just opened and first impressions are everything.

Overall I am not very happy with the bedding they provided. When I booked it website mentioned the room has one king size bed and two single beds. The king bed is actually made up putting two single beds together and it has double sofa bed which was uncomfortable as it could be. We struggled three nights to sleep. Not very impressed !

For the two days we were in the hotel we had very poor quality wi-fi in our room and no emails. We took our ipads downstairs to the desk to report to staff and wi-fi was much stronger but still no emails. Staff did ring their IT person but there was no change.

Liked close to river. Food was hot and plenty of choice. Staff at reception some were very off standish and unhelpful when we wanted to change the room to the room we actually booked. All worked out in the end but you don't need that crap on your first impressions.

Lovely new poolside villas, very spacious. Bathroom design could be better- basin is far too small, shower curtain is not suitable and water from the shower covers most of the bathroom floor. Disappointed to be told by bistro staff they were too busy to provide room service.

I loved the closeness of all the facilities and being in the heart of the town and across the road from the Murray River. We stayed for a function which was a short walk back to our room at the end of the night. Very comfortable sleep.

The staff were helpful and friendly and we received a complimentary mini bar. We had a lovely stay.

Great place to stay. Opposite the Murray River foreshore. Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient parking and quiet. We ate at the hotel bistro which was so convenient and the food was great. The staff were helpful and friendly and we received a complimentary mini bar. We had a lovely stay.

They are refurbished the hotel and we thought problems, so wrong. Everything nicely cleaned and all super. Only issue was the WiFi which worked to and from. Staff super supportive! Nice location in Berri with the river on the other side of the road. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Served gluten free without problems. We warmly recommend!

the room was very spacious and over looked the pool. The staff were really friendly upon checkin. The bed was really comfortable. Had a meal in the restaurant for dinner and then breakfast. Fast service.

Amazing property magnificent view , easy walking to town ,parking is fantastic behind property safe , room service is fantastic and delivered to your door food was amazing , thank you if you stay at this property 1 night won’t be enough , bed amazing dark room and nice bathroom you won’t want to leave

Lovely new poolside villas, very spacious. Bathroom design could be better- basin is far too small, shower curtain is not suitable and water from the shower covers most of the bathroom floor. Disappointed to be told by bistro staff they were too busy to provide room service.

We stayed one night in a king bed standard room. It was large with plenty of space to lay out our belongings. Bed was comfortable and quiet at night so we slept well. Had dinner on Sunday evening and the food was reasonably priced and delicious. Right on the river so the location was excellent and we had a lovely stroll along the bank. In the morning we had breakfast at the cafe opposite the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and we want to come back soon for a longer visit.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay in a room overlooking the river. The welcome was friendly, clear instructions for getting to our room, and encouragement to use the ‘mini bar’ items as they are included in the room cost. The room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. Also fairly new, I think. The view across the road to the river was delightful. We ate at the bistro (booking highly recommended) which provided a very nice meal. Really appreciated the 1/2 size servings offered - just the right size for us. All through our stay, staff were pleasant and helpful. Would be glad to come again some time.
