The property was beautiful and charming.Everything was clean. check in was quick and easy. Netflix provided. Breakfast was quite adequate and fresh with varied selections.. We were happy with our stay. The town is beautiful and not far. we even received a lovely little gift.

Excellent value for money. Old well-kept guesthouse with plenty of parking in front and behind. Excellent continental breakfast included in spacious dining area. No mainstream TV in individual room but that was no major drama. Our host was very pleasant and attended promptly to all requests. Most enjoyable stay.

Our stay was very pleasant. We walked to dinner and shopping. Our room was nice but I would have liked a place for our towels that was not over the toilet! I loved the dining room with the breakfast set up and the supply of crockery etc.

We enjoyed our stay here. The owner went out if his way to be helpful, including working out where we could park our vehicle and trailer. The included breakfast was a special treat. It is close enough to the town centre that we could walk. We would stay there again if we are ever passing through

We find staying over at Ellstanmor Guest House so much comfortable and nicer for our annual Snowy Mountains trip that we almost always stay there, depending on availability, of course. Such a beautiful building with rich heritage and everything is so conveniently located around it. We just love it there. We love the hydronic central heating instead of modern aircon and all the amenities are second to none as well. Thank you so much David for yet another great stay for us.

We stayed at the Ellstanmor Guesthouse for two nights with our friends. The location was on a quiet street just a couple of blocks walk from the center of town. The rooms were clean and cozy. The property did not have proper heating facilities. In this cold days when at night the temperature goes in minus heater was only running from 6:30 to 10:30pm. Heater is only running for 4 hrs in the morning and 4 hrs in the evening which i was not aware when booking. But the rooms are well maintained and clean

What a gem! I needed accommodation for a Work trip and this accommodation had great reviews - and rightly so. Big room, quiet location, comfortable bed and HOT shower (winner in the winter especially). Nice breakfast available and good location to other restaurants etc I’ll definitely come back next time I need accommodation in Cooma.

Cheap and Cheerful, but it was very cold and there is no heating - centrally controlled times for the boiler, and it wasn't effective. Bathrooms were freezing cold in the morning. Typical , clean no frills B+B. Does the job if youre not fussy.

The room was very nice and comfortable. We were very surprised that the breakfast was poor. We understand it’s a European breakfast with just a juice, a tea and some toast, but it could’ve been a little better for the money we paid and the yogurt was expired so we had toast and coffee. It would be nice if they had had some muffins or croissant or a slice of cheese, etc..

Great building, wonderful hosts & breakfast thrown in as well. Nice bed & very quiet at night. The bathroom was a bit small & the streming tv spent more time buffering the playing. But, it was still a nice place to stay.

Our stay at Ellstanmor was great. The owner is very welcoming and accomodating to your needs during your stay. Rooms are warm and comfortable. The daily continental breakfast is a great way to start the day. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting the lovely town of Cooma.

Such a beautiful building with rich heritage and everything is so conveniently located around it. We just love it there. We love the hydronic central heating instead of modern aircon and all the amenities are second to none as well. Thank you so much David for yet another great stay for us.

The property was beautiful and charming.Everything was clean. check in was quick and easy. Netflix provided. Breakfast was quite adequate and fresh with varied selections.. We were happy with our stay. The town is beautiful and not far. we even received a lovely little gift.

We stayed at the Ellstanmor Guesthouse for two nights with our friends. The location was on a quiet street just a couple of blocks walk from the center of town. The rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of breads, fruit and cereals. Our host was very helpful and accommodating.

The room was very nice and comfortable. We were very surprised that the breakfast was poor. We understand it’s a European breakfast with just a juice, a tea and some toast, but it could’ve been a little better for the money we paid and the yogurt was expired so we had toast and coffee. It would be nice if they had had some muffins or croissant or a slice of cheese, etc..

Great building, wonderful hosts & breakfast thrown in as well. Nice bed & very quiet at night. The bathroom was a bit small & the streming tv spent more time buffering the playing. But, it was still a nice place to stay.

Our stay at Ellstanmor was great. The owner is very welcoming and accomodating to your needs during your stay. Rooms are warm and comfortable. The daily continental breakfast is a great way to start the day. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting the lovely town of Cooma.

this guesthouse is easy to find and very comfortable. Owner greeted us and was very friendly. Great to be able to help ourselves to breakfast - fresh fruit, a variety of cereals and bread. All very clean and will definately return

Very cosy & comfortable, the continental breakfast was excellent. We had a great time albeit for one night, definitely would stay there again.

This is a delightful little guest house in a quiet area of Cooma, yet close to shops and restaurants. The owner David was very helpful and we were glad to have a downstairs room. The central heating doesn't come on until around 6.30pm, but it was quite cosy once that happened. We tried to get the aircon going while we were waiting, but not able to do that. The TV would not turn on, but that was OK as we were tired and went to bed quite early. If you are looking for somewhere to eat within walking distance, the Lebanese restaurant next to Woolies is just lovely. Not expensive and the wines by the glass were very good. Breakfast is really special here, with many different breads, cereals, fruit juices, hot beverages and tea that you can brew yourself in a lovely little pot. The whole place has a quirky, old fashioned feel that we really enjoyed. And thanks David for the little manicure set. I had a splinter in my foot, so it was very handy.

Well kept heritage guest house. Our room was relatively large and furnished in heritage style. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were extra blankets, necessary for the cold night. Limited hot water. Breakfast was simple, but adequate and served in the large dining room. There was a separate communal sitting room and a gym and library. Plenty of parking.
