This place is good for a quick night or two. The check-in process is almost non-existent and you will need to wait if you come in early. The rooms are not all that great but it is a motel not a fancy hotel. The beds and pillows on the other hand were quite comfortable. The positives here is this place is in the suburbs so it's quiet it has a restaurant it has a casino and it has a bar. So what else could you want.

The facilities were well below standard, basic at best. No microwave or toaster provided. No door in shower everything got wet. The heater in the room did not work. The bed was uncomfortable and spent every night trying to not roll into my partner. Very noisy during the night with doors slamming at all hours. No chairs or table provided, Stairs the only way to the rooms, steps seemed unsafe as very narrow and no rail on top landing to grab hold of. All in all the worst motel rooms that I have stayed at in over 50 years of travelling would not recommend to anyone.

Great spot with , pub and gaming room. And has a great pizza kebab place open until 3am! Lots of parking. Stay was fine but the toilet hadn’t been cleaned at all, so that was bit yuck. Otherwise good little place.

For the price you pay it's great. It's obviously a bit old and the road to the hotel is busy but for under $100 in Sydney that's all fine. Nice rsl attached as well if you're into that

You get what you pay for. Room condition was poor with a damaged ceiling in the bathroom. Lighting is poor as there was only one low powered fixture in the main room. Bed was comfortable, great shower and the pub next door serves good food. Lots of parking, a good location and friendly staff at the pub to check you in.

The staff tried hard to attend to our requests and needs. Sadly the property is looking tired. The room we were given had some negative aspects. The curtains were coming off the rails and exposed large gaps - gaps we had to close up with a number of improvised fixes. The room was very dark with only two of the three spot lamps operating. Some of the furniture was in appalling condition, notably the side-board, so attention to this is required The double bed was very comfortable appearing to be new. The air-conditioning worked well and was very quiet.. Downstairs the dinner menu was very good and reasonably priced. Food was well cooked and presented. We could park close to the hotel room, although there was no lift we could use

The room was so noisy, next to the timber stairs and all night people were plodding up and down. Cleaners at 6am and carpark directly under so cars were partied and chatting until early hours. Room was dirty and the bed very uncomfortable. Only good thing were the staff, very friendly and efficient.

the room was disgusting, floor was sticky didn’t look like it was cleaned at all!!!’ no shower door so the floor was soaked with water, tv remote doesn’t work the beds were absolutely disgusting stained and didn’t look like they had been cleaned.

Being a hotel is obviously not on the forefront of this business' mind. There isn't even a clear reception area; it's part of the bar/lounge. And you WILL be judged when you walk in. The hotel room itself was dated and disgustingly dirty. The beds were clean and made, but that was it. There were greasy kid fingerprints on the mirror. God knows what spilled on the curtains. Something brown spilled on the bedside table. Dust and dirt and GRIME covered EVERYTHING. The fridge had someone else's food in it from who knows when. A drawer in each the bedside table and the dresser were completely gone. The bed might as well have been a box spring as comfortable as it was, not that we slept much with all the yelling and screaming coming from the VIP lounge. The water pressure in the bathroom was no more than a trickle, and there was black mould all over the walls and floor. It would be an alright place if they'd clean up the trash from the VIP Lounge and clean up their rooms.

Check in was ok. Room was very out-dated and run down. Mattresses were lumpy and saggy. Brick walls and floor appeared dirty. Credenza and night stand matched, but were very worn. Sink in bathroom was cracked. Weird flimsy hanging rack was an eyesore. The whole place smelled kind of weird. Chain lock on door was broken. With the loud fighting noise at night, didn't feel safe. Won't stay there again.

If you are heading to a concert and require a mirror to get ready this is not the accommodation for you. The rooms were dirty. The only saving grace was the extremely nice staff who moved us rooms, however the second room wasn't much better. But at least the light in the bathroom worked. Our first room had crap all over the floor and hair and crap all over the counter. The door didn't lock and the light didn't work. The second room was pretty much the same filth with hair elastics on the floor but the light in the bathroom worked. The screens were ripped open as well and no way to cover it.

Sadly I couldnt even stay in that room. Vomit on floor, uncleaned, dust in every corner, room 34 was located next to the womens toilets, under the main stairs, and next to the gambling room. Noisey and open till 6am apparently. The night management offered me a full refund due to these concerns.

The motel is above a gaming venue, with an addition of the motel. People were smoking on the steps to the motel, and the smoke travelled inside giving a very musty smell. The property was very clean however the building itself is old and there was a hole in the roof. There is timed internet, with the tv only has free to air Chanel. We booked in around 3 and at 10:00pm, I received a call from the motel staff asking if we were still wanting our booking. She very quickly apologized for the confusion, after blaming other staff for not complete if to booking properly.

Room was ok. TV remote needs new batteries. Staff were good. Check in easy. Room could use new furniture as it looked as though someone had put 10 ton on top of the entertainment unit and couldn’t close the doors because everything was so bowed. Room was clean. Can be a bit noisy.

Interior furniture and curtains was somewhat run down. Room, bedding and bathroom was clean and comfortable for sleeping overnight. Associated bistro serves some affordable, delicious meals. Recommending it for an overnight stay, its value for money.

The service at check it was excellent. Great staff in the Hotel part. Advice on dinner was also good. No breakfast amenities either but Coffee & Tea with a good fridge with milk pods were there. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Down side was that he windows rattled all night from the wind and noisey cars and motorbikes throughout the night. Windows are not double glazed so hence the noise. Air conditioner was set at probably 22' and wouldn't heat at all and the cold draft coming in under the door was continuous. The light switch in the bathroom needs replacing as well. We both got up feeling tired due to lack of sleep.

Room #7 light is not working and male young staff change a better clean, fresh room at other building room #29. Bed is firm, room is clean without odor. We booked two night in this hotel. Next day after come back the room #29 we found all our stuff missing. Check with the staff, he said they move all our stuff back to room #7 because room #29 is reserved for other customers. Ridiculous,! They put all my clothes and belongings into the bag and put it on store room floor. I feel bad to all my stuff. The next thing is more ridiculous, the room light is still not working and they only fix the lamp light on counter. My god, we feel treat by the hotel with no respectful. How could they treat customer like that. We are not begging, we paid full amount of room fee. It really unbelievable. That is our first worst in our world wide travel experience.

Room without light and odor smell. A young male staff is nice and change a room at other building. That room is much better , Clean and new. But the next day when we come back at night, we found the move away all our belongings to their store room floor. Said that new room is reserved. Ask us move back to old room #7. The room light still no working and only have a table lamp for the room. We feel unrespectful treat by the hotel and it is unbelievable, unreasonable treat customer like that. Bad bad customer service.

Nice place to stay, friendly staff and good service, I'll go back if i go to Sydney again.

The service at check it was excellent. Great staff in the Hotel part. Advice on dinner was also good. No breakfast amenities either but Coffee & Tea with a good fridge with milk pods were there. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Down side was that he windows rattled all night from the wind and noisey cars and motorbikes throughout the night. Windows are not double glazed so hence the noise. Air conditioner was set at probably 22' and wouldn't heat at all and the cold draft coming in under the door was continuous. The light switch in the bathroom needs replacing as well. We both got up feeling tired due to lack of sleep.

We booked this accomodation 4 months in advance. After 11 hours in the car with our 4yo reception told us that our booking was not in their system. They did try to find us somewhere else to stay at their other locations but they were all full. We were sent on our way with the promise of a refund, free bottled water as compensation and nowhere to stay at 6pm

The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation people have, the staff are unhelpful and the public transport is really inconvenient to get to. No restaurants or grocery stores in the area either.

The aircon was not working properly. Cutlery was insufficient. Walls moist with water seeping from next room shower. Paint peeling off. 1 dim light was insufficient for the room. On a positive note, the location is very good. Quite central. Shops nearby. Lot of free parking. Quiet as there is a lot of free space and far from main road.

You get what you pay for. Room condition was poor with a damaged ceiling in the bathroom. Lighting is poor as there was only one low powered fixture in the main room. Bed was comfortable, great shower and the pub next door serves good food. Lots of parking, a good location and friendly staff at the pub to check you in.

Great spot with , pub and gaming room. And has a great pizza kebab place open until 3am! Lots of parking. Stay was fine but the toilet hadn’t been cleaned at all, so that was bit yuck. Otherwise good little place.

Other guests on the night we stayed were terribly noisy, otherwise it’s not to bad was a good place to stay. There’s a good restaurant there if you want to dine there, a bar as well and it’s quite nice inside

Sorry to say this but I know it will help you in the future The room is look's ugly and smell so bad, when I open the room, the smell come out straight away. The bed is too low can stand up straight and the mattress is no good at all, gives me sore back and body next day. I book in 3 sleep people sleep and only give me one big towel and 2 little one to use, service no good to me. I book in a lot of hotel in this web site, but this is the lowest one I have. Thank you hope you understand that Have a blessed 6

The room itself was adequate. But this property isn’t very nice. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. The front desk is an afterthought next to a bar in a casino. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. But the property was very dated and run down.
