First time in Vietnam and VinPearl, great staff, we had our own pool, transport always easy to get. free cable car made it easy to explore the mainland. We had a 2 bed villa with pool- awesome with the view over the bay. Love it.

Vinpearl Resort and Spa is a beautiful place. We stayed at the villa right by the beach. It's spacious, clean, and comfortable. I feel that the common room could use some more decor, for it looked a bit empty. The private pool was clean and big which we used it everyday. Vinpearl is located on an island away from downtown but transportation to and from was very convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful. The only two things that needs improvement is room service and manicure/pedicure service. Room service took a while and food is not great. Manicure didn't turn out good. I feel like being a resort, you would have more experienced technicians. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay.

Generelt: Vinpearls egne restauranter er ok til buffet, som nok er mest value for money, men deres 3 andre restaurenter er lidt mere hyggelige. Vi snakker dog middel god mad uanset hvilken af de 5, som du vælger. Vi spiste blandede tidspunkter på dem alle, men oplevelsen var den samme. Godt: Deres mini skadestue er et plus, og fitness faciliteter var også i top. Vi havde købt lufthavnstransfer tur/retur, og det fungerede også super godt, et ekstra + var, at noget af vores bagage var forsinket, men blev afhentet af Vinpearl i Cam Rahn lufthavn og fragtet direkte til vores værelse på øen uden ekstra omkostninger. Vinwonder har nogle ret gemte haver bagved det store pariserhjul, som virkelig er kønne, har en flot udsigt og giver et godt afbræk i deres forlystelsespark. Der er legeland for de mindste både inde i Harbourmarket og i Vinwonder, den første var dog det største hit.

The hotel is very beautiful with private beach and has different water sports such as parasailing, jet ski, kite surfing etc. the breakfast buffets are amazing, lots of good options. The food is so great and the transportation from and to the hotel are easy and convenient. The harbour which has various restaurants, stores, shopping mall and the price are reasonable.

비치프론트 3베드룸에서 지냈습니다. 룸컨디션이 조금 오래된 느낌은 있지만 대가족이 지내기 충분히 크기라서 좋았습니다. 저희는 호텔동과 가까워서 걸어다녔지만 조식 먹으러 가거나 하버쪽으로 나갈때 버기를 꼭 타야 했다면 많이 불편했을 것 같습니다. 그리고 버기를 먼저 기다리고 있었어도 새치기하는 분들 너무 많은데 직원들이 그부분에서 정리를 좀 해주면 좋을 것 같아요.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to every need with genuine hospitality. The staff was also extremely helpful and polite. I stayed for three days, first day was at the main building: the room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The next two days we had the opportunity of a lifetime and stayed at the villas. The villa was truly amazing, three bedrooms and a spacious living room. The luxury is impeccable and let’s not forget the private pool! The hotel's facilities were outstanding. The pool area was a tranquil oasis. The restaurant Lagoon had the best Bao Buns!! It was located at the beach with stunning views of the ocean.The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to win wonders. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional. I had some requests that needed attention. The staff treated me with respect, courtesy and met my needs to the last detail!!! The staff made my family feel happy and comfortable on the island. I hope every visitor will have the opportunity to enjoy the staff’s hospitality. I highly recommend Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang, can’t wait to come back!

Service was horrible. We waited with 2 kids more than 20min before anyone came to see us. We are gold members and they refused to upgrade our room when all rooms were available. They asked us to pay to upgrade. We don't recommend this hotel at all. Luxury Vinpearl is a wayyyyy better choice for all aspects!

Resort and service was incredible. Area of the whole island where the resort was located was beautiful including the beach. You can go to Nha Trang by speed boat 24/7 by speedboat and by cable car (until 11pm).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Excellent for families with the options of 3 amazing pools and beautiful beach. The property is safe not a lot to do on the island itself apart from vinwonders and going to the harbour area. Most shops are vacant though I understand this is because it’s a relatively new harbour precinct. Cable car and speeedboat access was fantastic. Italian restaurant on the property was wonderful exceptional pizza and pasta. Other restaurant disappointing. Buffet breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed cocktails by the pool. Overall a great holiday - much better value than Fiji or Hawaii!

The rooms, beach and amenities are 5 star beyond but be very aware that you are isolated on an island. Let’s say you catch the speedboat to Nha Trang City you cannot bring ANY food or drink back without a $50 USD fine. I was pretty fed up that I discarded my solo pot noodle!! It’s rather like Disney with their food and beverage charges enforced throughout. The beach is better than the photos as are the rooms. A big plastic problem on the beach. I swam twice and both times got entangled in carrier bags. They have a man picking up waste but they need more manpower. A sad reality I guess in our oceans at present.

The island and the hotels and other buildings are wonderful. However, there are no convenience stores or choices of different restaurants. Very empty and the only way to get drinks or snacks is by room services. Recommend staying for about 3 days. No longer than 3 days.

빈펄 600번대 풀빌라 리조트에 묵었어요. 꽤나 깊은 곳에 있어서 배를타고 버기를 두번 갈아타야 숙소까지 갈수있어요. 번거롭긴 하지만 재밌었어요. 그랩을 예약했다면 시간을 넓게 잡아야 해요. 조식은 보통 이었어요. 하버 저녁시간 가니 불꽃놀이,드론쇼,맛있는 식당들 좋았고 빈펄랜드는 너무 더워서 안갔지만 아이들과 재밌게 즐겼어요. 청결도도 나쁘지않았지만 쇼파쿠션 얼룩이 좀 신경쓰여요. 직원들 모두 친절하고 금액 대비 더 잘 즐겼다고 생각해요. 귀여운 아기도마뱀과 수영장,코코넛나무 모두 잊지못할 거예요!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Excellent for families with the options of 3 amazing pools and beautiful beach. I swam twice and both times got entangled in carrier bags. They have a man picking up waste but they need more manpower. A sad reality I guess in our oceans at present.

Vinpearl Resort and Spa is a beautiful place. We stayed at the villa right by the beach. It's spacious, clean, and comfortable. I feel that the common room could use some more decor, for it looked a bit empty. The private pool was clean and big which we used it everyday. Vinpearl is located on an island away from downtown but transportation to and from was very convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful. The only two things that needs improvement is room service and manicure/pedicure service. Room service took a while and food is not great. Manicure didn't turn out good. I feel like being a resort, you would have more experienced technicians. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay.

Generelt fremragende ophold. Personalet var super serviceminded og vi fik check in 2 timer tidligere. Vores baggage blev transporteret fra fast land direkte til værelset og modsatte vej da vi tjekkede ud. Pool og stranden var 10/10. Morgenmaden var fremragende. Kæmpe anbefaling

The food (especially fhe buffet) was terrible and expensive. they do not allow to bring any outside foods. If you want to visit the Vin Wonders, I suggest that you stay in a different hotel and plan a one-day trip to the Vin Wonders. No need to stay in the island at all.

The breakfast buffet doesn't have many selections. Very much the same for every morning. Beside the breakfast buffet, the restaurant food is very pricey, too expensive. The hotel is very pretty, super clean, the beached has crystal clear water, sand beach. It is fun to swim and do some sport activities on the beach. Safeguard is always on duty. It is safe to swim. Staff are nice, polite and provide excellent service.
