We stayed here for four nights as a family of five, split between two rooms. We arrived late in the evening and had arranged airport transfer through the hotel. The service from the very beginning was excellent—they met us at the airport, handled all our luggage, and even provided bottled water. We were given a spacious 16‑seater taxi just for the five of us, which made the transfer very comfortable. The hotel has its own reception area on the mainland near the gondola station. The staff welcomed us warmly, explained where to go, and took care of our luggage, transporting everything over to the island and directly to our rooms. The hotel itself was impressive—truly a five‑star experience with five‑star service. The staff were consistently attentive and service‑minded. The property was clean, elegant, and spacious. The breakfast was outstanding, with a magical selection and exceptional quality in nearly everything offered. A real chef’s‑kiss experience. The hotel grounds and facilities were fantastic, featuring large, beautiful pools and a lovely beach. The only downside was the usual “towel reservation” issue, where guests claimed sunbeds early in the morning without using them. This is, of course, not the hotel’s fault, but it was a minor inconvenience given the limited number of sunbeds. Shuttle transport to VinWonders ran continuously, and we never experienced any real queues. It was efficient and convenient throughout our stay. All in all, a wonderful stay and a trul

Generelt: Vinpearls egne restauranter er ok til buffet, som nok er mest value for money, men deres 3 andre restaurenter er lidt mere hyggelige. Vi snakker dog middel god mad uanset hvilken af de 5, som du vælger. Vi spiste blandede tidspunkter på dem alle, men oplevelsen var den samme. Godt: Deres mini skadestue er et plus, og fitness faciliteter var også i top. Vi havde købt lufthavnstransfer tur/retur, og det fungerede også super godt, et ekstra + var, at noget af vores bagage var forsinket, men blev afhentet af Vinpearl i Cam Rahn lufthavn og fragtet direkte til vores værelse på øen uden ekstra omkostninger. Vinwonder har nogle ret gemte haver bagved det store pariserhjul, som virkelig er kønne, har en flot udsigt og giver et godt afbræk i deres forlystelsespark. Der er legeland for de mindste både inde i Harbourmarket og i Vinwonder, den første var dog det største hit.
