The air-conditioner was broken there was no hot water a lot of customers were complaining . The rooms are very old and rundown there was large piles of rubbish laying at the front gates under the staircase areas was dirty.

Perfect location on the beach. Food excellent.Well priced except had no hot water for 2 days . Manager kept saying fixed but a lot of rooms were the same.

Great location straight in front of surf, staff awsome, especially Karl. Rooms basic, no hot water or presure but beds so comfortable it made up for the basic rooms. he was accommodating
