My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and stayed for 4 nights. The property and rooms are beautiful. One thing I wish we were aware of is that the property is split into an upper and lower portion (not connected). The upper portion is close to reception and has less stairs. The lower portion has more stairs; however, has a majority of the rooms as well as the pools, bar and restaurant. For us, we were here to relax and did not have a plunge pool or jacuzzi on our patio so we wanted to be closer to the pools and hotel amenities. We were initially placed in a room in the upper portion but were able to relocate for the last 3 nights of our stay to the lower portion. We loved our second room as it was closer to the hotel’s amenities and we truly enjoyed spending the day at the pool, which was very private and wasn’t busy. The views from the hotel are outstanding, breakfasts were delicious and the staff was incredible. It is also walking distance to all that Oia has to offer and we got to see the sunset right from the hotel. We will definitely be back and ensure to request a room in the lower portion as this is what we enjoy on our vacations!

The property is simply in a stunning location in Oia. Super convenient to get to all the major areas of the village. Architecture is perfectly suited for the Calderas. Our room was right by the windmill which only enhanced the charm of the hotel. The view from the terrace/patio is out of this world. The staffs were very courteous. The restaurant in the pool area has some really good dishes (try their fried potatoes and you will thank me later). Overall, a very memorable stay in one of the most enchanting areas of the world.

Our stay was magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, supportive and there every step of the way. They were very welcoming (we stayed in the honeymoon suite) and it was perfect, just as advertised. The room had a pool that was warm throughout the day, the room as good AC and wifi. The best part is it is very quiet in this area and the best hotel for to view the sunset. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from everything. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and well planned, helped get our day started. They even offer to pick you up and take you to the airport. We are definitely coming back to Oia and will stay at Charisma Suites. We had an unforgettable experience.

The property was great. It is located in Oia, facing the sea. We enjoyed watching sunset on our balcony, with a bottle of wine provided on the first day. The breakfast was excellent too, with my choices. Staff were very friendly, arranged for transportation for us to go to the airport when we left, and a strong guy carried 4 heavy luggage for us to the parking lot! And the price is quite reasaonable.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary in Santorini and our stay at Charisma Suites was a big part of what made the trip so memorable. The property and rooms are stunning - amazing views, especially at sunset, private pool, luxurious and well appointed suite with a lot of thoughtful design touches. Breakfast, served on the balcony each morning, was delicious. Being located right in Oia, we took lots of walks through the village for sightseeing and shopping, came back to the room to rest and relax by the pool, and then went back out again for dinner and drinks. The Charisma staff are incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We also appreciated that there is a parking lot right next to the property, and that made it easy to rent a car for a couple of days (booked with help from the staff) and easily get in and out to explore other parts of the island like Fira, Imerovigli and Pyrgos. All in all, we had a dream stay and would love to go back someday!

Absolutely nothing we didn’t like about Charisma Suites. Room was cleaned twice a day by what seemed to be cleaning ninjas. We never saw them but seemed like our room was clean any time we returned. Food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. We had the prosciutto pizza 3 times, and the gnocchi was incredible. Service was amazing from start to end. Also very easy to get wherever you need to go on the island with their private drivers. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Charisma Suites is an incredible hotel located in Oia with amazing views of the sunset over the caldera !! The staff and service here at top notch / A++!! Amazing complimentary greek breakfast every morning with breath taking views of the caldera. Private transfer to and from hotel in a beautiful grey jaguar automobile. Could not be more happy with my stay!

Staff made it 11/10. Place was perfect but the friendly staff were always willing to go above and beyond! Thank you, hopefully we can all meet again. Pool about 2 degrees too cold, not a big deal.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Love the pool area and pool service. The staff and management are very professional and friendly and do their best to provide a great experience. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Room was spacious and clean with amazing sea views. Location is perfect- 5 minutes from the Oia Castle and all the shops and restaurants. The hotel was fabulous. The rooms were spotless and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Always plenty of beds available at pools. Nicely located at the edge of the hustle and bustle but within a short walk albeit a lot of stairs!

Our stay at Charisma suites was amazing. The entire property is gorgeous, the rooms are very spacious, clean, beautiful views. I have soo many good things to say about our stay there! The hotel staff are superb, they help with your every need and are so kind and friendly. The best sunset view in all of Santorini! I saw a review that complained about the stairs, if you can’t handle stairs you simply shouldn’t visit Santorini all together. I give the Charisma Suites a 10/10 on everything front. Please stay here.

This property is amazing. It’s centrally located next to all the popular attractions, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The property is clean and housekeeping comes twice per day. Staff is wonderful. We stayed in the honey suite with our on heated private pool

O Hotel é muito bom, quartos espaçosos, limpos e com vista maravilhosa. Mas muitas escadas para chegar aos quartos e sair deles. Se tiver dificuldades, melhor pedir um quarto mais próximo.

This property was magical. The room, the personal patios and personal pools, the Infiniti pools, the views were all just spectacular. I wish I had 3 more days here. The porters climbing the stairs with 4 bags of luggage were inspiring. The rooms were comfortable. The surroundings were beyond belief. The pool for all was phenomenal. The breakfast buffet delivered to my perfect patio was unbelievable. This was an A experience.

We are definitely coming back to Oia and will stay at Charisma Suites. We had an unforgettable experience.
Our stay was magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, supportive and there every step of the way. They were very welcoming (we stayed in the honeymoon suite) and it was perfect, just as advertised. The room had a pool that was warm throughout the day, the room as good AC and wifi. The best part is it is very quiet in this area and the best hotel for to view the sunset. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from everything. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and well planned, helped get our day started. They even offer to pick you up and take you to the airport. We are definitely coming back to Oia and will stay at Charisma Suites. We had an unforgettable experience.

The hotel was fabulous. The rooms were spotless and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Always plenty of beds available at pools. Nicely located at the edge of the hustle and bustle but within a short walk albeit a lot of stairs!

Our stay at Charisma Suites was fantastic! We had views of the sunset every evening from our patio. We also had a cave pool which was amazing. The staff were so friendly and attended to all of our needs. I would highly recommend staying there for the convenience of seeing the sunset, having great food options and a peaceful, quiet environment (away from all of the tourists!)

This property is amazing. It’s centrally located next to all the popular attractions, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The property is clean and housekeeping comes twice per day. Staff is wonderful. We stayed in the honey suite with our on heated private pool

Stayed at Charisma for 4 nights...WOW! one of the best Hotel experiences we have ever had. We stayed in one of the private pool suites and it was worth the extra spend, the views are absolutely incredible, perhaps the best in Oia. We could see the sunset perfectly from our terrace as others flocked to the west side of the island to get a glimpse. The staff were incredible, made every effort to ensure our stay was top notch and they delivered in every aspect! The breakfast served on the terrace daily was delicious and enjoying it with those stunning views was priceless. Thank you to the staff at Charisma for an incredible stay!!!

We booked the honeymoon suite with outdoor jetted tub and it was absolutely amazing! This was our first luxury type of splurge so we weren't prepared for the level of service that comes with it, all the staff ready to serve you with anything you need. It was nice to be taken care of. Also THE VIEW! The privacy we enjoyed while watching sunset over the caldera either from our balcony or the pool areas was extraordinary. We saw the crowds of people at the castle and even on the public part of the resort property and were thankful we didn't have to endure that.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary in Santorini and our stay at Charisma Suites was a big part of what made the trip so memorable. The property and rooms are stunning - amazing views, especially at sunset, private pool, luxurious and well appointed suite with a lot of thoughtful design touches. Breakfast, served on the balcony each morning, was delicious. Being located right in Oia, we took lots of walks through the village for sightseeing and shopping, came back to the room to rest and relax by the pool, and then went back out again for dinner and drinks. The Charisma staff are incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We also appreciated that there is a parking lot right next to the property, and that made it easy to rent a car for a couple of days (booked with help from the staff) and easily get in and out to explore other parts of the island like Fira, Imerovigli and Pyrgos. This suite hotel is excellent. It is at a great location, very near to the center of Oia and for sunset views. The staffs are very friendly and nice. The lades at front desk offered us warm welcome and good information about the area. Stella and Sophia - thank you very much!

一日空けて、2泊させて頂きました。1日目も素敵な部屋でしたが、２日目はさらに広くアップグレードしてもらったのかもしれません。スタッフ皆さんの対応がとても素晴らしかったです。空港からの送迎、荷物運び、どれもスムーズで気持ちいい対応でした。次回、サントリーニ行く時も絶対に宿泊します。

Great location, really quiet. We did experience some issues with the first room we stayed, but we were able to be replaced immediately and the hotel manager came and helped us move and compensate us with price difference and other things. The view from both rooms are amazing. Highly recommended for someone who would like a quiet place and enjoy the sunset.

Exceptional facilities, great location and friendly staff. The breakfast however was later than scheduled. Not a big deal for most of our stay. However, on our last day, we scheduled early departure breakfast and luggage pick up at 5:45pm. After 5:55 am we decided to leave without breakfast and carry our own luggage. Other than that, our experience was great!

Charisma suites is the place to go if looking to stay in Oia. While it is separated a bit from the main city area, you are a quick 5 minute walk to all shopping points and main points of interest (churches/ castle/ dining/ ect). It almost was preferred between my wife and I as we could experiance Oia and separate from the commotion as the sun begins to set and the town packs up with tourists/ cruise liner members. The view of the sunset from our private patio was the best view we have seen on Santorini. Staff members were increadibly polite and professional. Though pricey- it all was well worth it.

The property was great. It is located in Oia, facing the sea. We enjoyed watching sunset on our balcony, with a bottle of wine provided on the first day. The breakfast was excellent too, with my choices. Staff were very friendly, arranged for transportation for us to go to the airport when we left, and a strong guy carried 4 heavy luggage for us to the parking lot! And the price is quite reasaonable.

Great stay in a great hotel. We felt it was the perfect location in oia, as it is past the castle you seem to get less tourists around and it is quiet. Our room was super comfortable and the hot tub very relaxing. All the staff went above and beyond.

This property was magical. The room, the personal patios and personal pools, the Infiniti pools, the views were all just spectacular. I wish I had 3 more days here. The porters climbing the stairs with 4 bags of luggage were inspiring. The rooms were comfortable. The surroundings were beyond belief. The pool for all was phenomenal. The breakfast buffet delivered to my perfect patio was unbelievable. This was an A experience.

The property is simply in a stunning location in Oia. Super convenient to get to all the major areas of the village. Architecture is perfectly suited for the Calderas. Our room was right by the windmill which only enhanced the charm of the hotel. The view from the terrace/patio is out of this world. The staffs were very courteous. The restaurant in the pool area has some really good dishes (try their fried potatoes and you will thank me later). Overall, a very memorable stay in one of the most enchanting areas of the world.

Absolutely nothing we didn’t like about Charisma Suites. Room was cleaned twice a day by what seemed to be cleaning ninjas. We never saw them but seemed like our room was clean any time we returned. Food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. We had the prosciutto pizza 3 times, and the gnocchi was incredible. Service was amazing from start to end. Also very easy to get wherever you need to go on the island with their private drivers. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. I have traveled to over 60 countries and this was absolutely my favorite place to stay out of all of my countless hotel stays. It exceded expectations in EVERY way. The setting can’t be beat. The entire staff was incredible. The breakfasts were delivered to your outdoor patio that overlooks the sea and is custom ordered by you each day prior. I have never had a better breakfast in a hotel. Fresh fruit, baked breads, eggs cooked to order, little desserts, fresh juice, perfect coffee…our room was large and impeccably clean and was decorated perfectly. Our view of the sea was amazing! We also don’t usually stay in hotels all day. We get out and explore, but two of the days we lounged for hours by the Infiniti edge pool, with a perfect sea view and wonderful staff that made great drinks and provided top service. Note that Oia is endless stairs and the resort is no different. It sits on the edge of the mountain with many stairs, which gives you the great views. If you call the resort when you are on your way, they will have someone come to the parking lot down below and take your luggage to your room. They will also carry it back to the parking lot when you check out. The location is perfectly situated in Oia. Quiet, but a short walk to the center of the small town with shops and restaurants and endless views. All of the front desk staff were so nice and helpful, arranging transportation and a catamaran trip.

Charisma is luxury at its finest. The staff is so attentive and friendly. They will go out of their way to ensure you have a great time. The sunset views are amazing and complimentary prosecco at sunset is a lovely touch. The location is close to the end of the bustle of Oia, so it feels quieter.
