The breakfast is poor American standard, it serve in plastic utensils- that is a big NONO for me, food wrapped in individual plastic- environment failure. I am not understanding why people are ok with this junk food option. Inside shower there was a container for conditioner but inside was a body wash. Pool was so shallow it was difficult to swim in it. The staff call you “darling” I love nature in WV , the falls are really pretty there, that accommodation of this hotel was poor.

Everyone loved my dog the moment we arrived. The lobby is shinny clean and so are the hallway. The ground is well kept. Although there are not many occupants, the service is still excellent. Hot breakfast is great with ample options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and our room had been updated. You can tell they are really putting forth effort to bring the place back from its former closure. We are looking forward to staying again and hope that they continue to make improvements.

This was a very frustrating stay. Extremely poor wifi which made watching TV impossible. I could not use my laptop in my room to work. Internet would work for about 5 minutes at a time then stop for several minutes. I was moved to a different room and told that I shouldn't have anymore problems but it did not improve. The staff were very apologetic but unable to remedy the problem.
