Great place to stay if you don’t care about not having a swimming pool. Extremely clean, well maintained property (except for the pool). Great staff and wonderful flowerbeds around the buildings.

Other than having to get our room keys activated everyday, it was a good experience. Definitely could use some maintenance as well, the entrance door to our wing of the hotel was duct taped open, no need to be a resident to get in.

Toilet continuously ran, pool was out of order, and oven door would not close so I could not cook. Kitchen had only a few plates/utensils and no soap to wash them. Outlet in kitchen popped breaker everytime you plugged in toaster or coffee maker. One the last day there was a roach in the kitchen! The staff was very friendly and did their best to help but this is horrible maintenance/upkeep compared to when i stayed here last year!

My room was very clean, kitchen with full fridge was handy. Pool was under maintenance, but I wasn't really wanting to use it. There was duct tape over the lock on an outer door since the card scanner was faulty, placed by the staff. I remived it for MY safety, as the other door to the building was working just fine. There is no breakfast, but you have a kitchen, so who cares. For a cheaper, long-term stay type place, this was pretty good. I would stay here again.

TV cable didn't work. Internet is slow; hot spot on 5G phone is MUCH faster. One elevator per bldg, located at one end of the building. Slow, but it works. Overall, the property is shopworn, although everything often works.

The facility was clean enough but the fridge was broken and reeked of Freon. Having a fridge had been one of the main reasons we picked the hotel. The bathroom outlet kept tripping. When my husband told the receptionist the next morning, she was less than concerned and blamed my hairdryer, which worked in the other outlets. Breakfast was dismal at best. Two choices of cereal and prepackaged muffins. The one ice machine didn’t dispense much ice and ran out. The other was unplugged.

Close to major medical facilities. Convenient parking. Secure. Some road noise from Interstate. No remote for TV in room; chronic problem. TV didn't work. Internet connection VERY slow; bring your cell phone's hot spot.

What a miserable place! DO NOT stay here. Unprofessional front desk. Checked me into a room that was unmade and full of trash. Then gave me grief after checking into another room in a building where an elevator seemed non existent. Zero professional courtesy. You can do way better than staying at this disgusting hotel.

This hotel was disgusting. Our room was dirty, we had stains on the pillows, hair on the bathroom floor, the bathroom garbage can wasn’t emptied, there were stickers and finger prints all over the bathroom mirror and the room smelled like marijuana and really strong perfume/room spray. I will absolutely never stay there again.

It could be a nice hotel, but I don’t think it gets cleaned in between guests. My bedding was clean, but that was the only thing thankfully there were crumbs on the floor in the kitchen, a dirty pan in the oven, and the bathtub was obviously dirty. Some of the windows from the other units even had ripped curtains.

LOOK AT THE PICTURES LOL Walked into the room and the broiler for the oven was broken off just laying on the floor… There was blood or something close on the all drapes, black mold all over and dripping down the mirrors in the bathroom which is literally a health hazard. Someone BURNT A HOLE thru the microwave…. The dishes were not clean at all and clearly just placed back into the cabinet. Bathroom shower curtain was ripped and patched. Entire hotel smelt like weed and there was a lingering weird smell in the room itself. If I could give this zero stars I would. I expect a full refund and will be following up until I receive that. Completely unacceptable.

Older hotel with poor remodeling. Room was spacious and accommodations were nice. Room was not clean. Only place that I didn’t have socks on was in the hotel room and they were so dirty they left prints in the tub when I got in. Found a dirty pan in the stove and sticky spot on the carpet. With a little TLC rooms could be great. Seems like the housekeeping staff need a refresher!

I booked 2 rooms. 1 of them smelled so bad of fish we couldn't even stay. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower had hair all over the ceiling and the floors were not mopped. The oven was filled with grease. The other room was acceptable but the bathroom definitely needed more cleaning. The floor needed mopped and the bathtub was not clean. This hotel provides minimum amenities. No breakfast, tiny bottle of shampoo no conditioner. It's dated, but if cleaned better it could be nice.

There was an active mouse in the room. They were sold out and couldn't move me. Acted like it was no big deal. Did not offer a discount or anything. We had to leave first thing in the morning because we were so upset by the mouse and I had requested a later checkout because I had my grandchildren spend the night. Will not use this hotel again. There were also stains on the bedding that looked like they hadn't been washed.

The room was just OK. It is an older property. I had trouble making the television in the bedroom work. And for some reason the temperature in the bedroom went up and down like a yoyo.

It was fine for a short stay, but the condition of the room was not something I would want to stay in for an extended time - the oven door was broken off, the hot water wasn't really all that hot, the sink didn't drain very well, the TV was set up very strangely, and the wifi was unreliable.

I found the room comfortable and cozy. It had just about everything you'd need; a couch, bed, work area, and kitchenette. It does appear to need some maintenance(1st room the air wasn't working and the second room, 2 of the lamps didn't work, but I would stay again.

Facility needs upgrade. Room was not as clean as I like, mirrors in bath had not been cleaned well. Property is quiet, we slept well but the rooms need to be upgraded to include USB ports on electrical plugs instead of the old phone connectors. Also a remote for each of the TV sets, instead of just 1 remote for 3 TVs.

The property manager accused us of smoking when we were not she entered our room and started going through our belongings , when confronted she stated she could, she would not close the hotel room so my boyfriend could get dressed and tried to make him come out the bathroom naked ,after Not finding anything she proceeded to call the cops for another issue, after speaking to the cops they told me that this is a common issue at this hotel , and told me to proceed with legal action in civil court.

It is a safe location. Everything is very secure and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities. It also was in a good location to things.

Great room with a tiny, but complete kitchen. Just what we wanted for a 4 night stay. Comfy seating area, nice bed. Nothing fancy, but we felt we got good value for our money. The main door could use a cleaning, as the dirt from handprints was a bit much. Lovely staff. About 15 minutes south of downtown. Dining options within walking distance.

Building kind of hard to find. Not well signed, and hidden behind another hotel. Nice, well kept room for the price of our one night stay. Wasn't expecting to have a kitchen, but a small one was included. Even though there was a breakfast area on the first floor, it was shut down. Not to worry, there are at least 3 restaurants within a block of the hotel. Would consider using this location again.

The manager and staff were so awesome. My car needed an unexpected repair and had to stay in the lot past check out and they were very cool about it. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was continental and had quite a few different pastries, cereals and fruit. Coffee was excellent! Freshly brewed! Will stay again in the future!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The only improvement that could be made is the breakfast. The juice dispenser only had orange juice, and some goo was dripping from it, it tasted awful. The food options were extremely limited: bananas, Pillsbury packaged danishes, and Fruit Loops were all that were offered.

Showed full breakfast online, turned out to be prepackaged pastries and fruit. No hot water for a day. Staff was courteous. Rooms were relatively clean if you didn't look underneath the beds. Unfortunately I did. 2 bedrooms were a bonus. All together about a 6.5 out of 10.

Main issue is the shower drain in room 314 was clogged , no breakfast which i new beforehand. It wasnt worth the price of 300$ a night. It was a cheap motel experience.

Beautiful clean suite if i had a complaint it would be the breakfast options. Cold cereals, banana, a few muffins and yogurt. We had breakfast plans so this didn't affect us. Had we planned to have our breakfast there I would've been upset. The low price of the suite off-set the few breakfast items. This hotel also sits right next to the interstate and there is quite a bit of traffic noise on one side of the building..

This was a nice place for a one-night stay. It was hard to see the main entrance, but other than that slight issue, it was nice to have a kitchenette and space (a sizable suite) to relax in. No breakfast provided, FYI, but there was coffee. :-)

The facility was clean enough but the fridge was broken and reeked of Freon. Having a fridge had been one of the main reasons we picked the hotel. The bathroom outlet kept tripping. When my husband told the receptionist the next morning, she was less than concerned and blamed my hairdryer, which worked in the other outlets. Breakfast was dismal at best. Two choices of cereal and prepackaged muffins. The one ice machine didn’t dispense much ice and ran out. The other was unplugged.

The wrong was very clean.The property was clean.The staff were very respectful and helpful. The air conditioner was ice cold and if he needed to turn it down and work perfectly fine to adjust to your temperature , parking is a little tight , but we always sound somewhere to park.

The room had strong very unpleasant odor in the hallways. There were cobwebs in some of the corners of the room.We had to bring wet towels to building next door in order to swap out for clean towels. The bathroom didn’t have vent in it and there was water damage. We were very disappointed with our stay and stayed minimal amount of time that we had to.

Ac didn't work well. Room smelled lime animals. Lock bolt was broken off the door. Old guy on night shift was cranky. People that are staying long term there were very noisy.
