Es un lugar hermoso donde está ubicado

Falta servicios como aire acondicionado cafe y la lejania de la recepcion , ademas las tiendas son calurosas y ruidosas por que el aire entra y mueve la tienda... esta muy lejos de Zion national park (40 minutos) .... por lo que los precios son demasiado elevados para lo que te ofrecen. No pagaria mas de 100 dolares por quedarme aqui de nuevo.

The place itself is amazing, but unfortunately the service really let us down. There wasn’t much friendliness or hospitality, and a big part of the staff came off as rude. What we expected to be a relaxing experience turned out to be the complete opposite. When we arrived, the rules weren’t explained clearly. The girl at reception mentioned that we couldn’t bring drinks into the tent and that we had to consume them in the restaurant area. Later, when we tried to have our drinks at the restaurant, the manager rudely told us the opposite—that we should be drinking them in the tent. It was confusing and honestly stressful, since every staff member told us something different. It’s a shame because we chose this place to celebrate my friend’s birthday and have a great time, but we didn’t really get to enjoy it :( Honestly, when you book a stay, hospitality and service mean everything

Dinner was bland. There were no activities at all the two days we were there. There was supposed to be trivia bingo, but they cancelled it for no reason. No yoga, no music by the campfire. Our last night a wind storm kicked up. Our tent already had a small hole in it, and the wind tore it even more. We ended up with a 5’ hole in our tent. It was very cold out (feels like 21°), and we couldn’t relight the fire due the wind in our tent. It was not the company’s fault up that a 7-hour windstorm kicked up, but there was no contingency plan. They did refund us $500 without our even having to ask, so we did appreciate that. I was not the special experience we were hoping for.

The fire place worked amazing, the menu is not friendly for picky eaters. The bed was comfortable but the shower water doesn’t get warm.
