this hotel seems nice but after you enter is not that nice as you though!!! They want only money!!! we were a big group but they dont care, they charged for everything inside the hotel even for playing billiard, very expensive but the table is very bad, broken items and very bad balls, if you pay extra you will expect something very good as the streets, but is worse than that, only take money but not invest in the things of the hotel,!!!! Dont go this hotel, take another one is not good many things!!!

Is all inclusive, but does not have all the drinks included, you have to pay for fresh juice, you have to pay for pina colada, you have to pay for capuccino, even for pop corn, how much cost the pop corn for the kids to the hotel???? If they give this free they will lose LOTS of money??? doesnt have presentation with these to be honest! I see the hotel only wants take money of everything, so disgusting!!!

The people of the reception was really bad with us, anything that we needed, they didn't pay attention for us, even for the check out, they charged us the price of late check out and then we could not use the room as we like, so it seems they only need your money and thats it, they dont want anything more than your money and pocket, The people in reception need to change urgent!!!

Booked all inclusive deluxe room with balcony. Room was spacious, hd tv with an english movie channel. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Gym had some new cardio equipment and a full set of dumbells up to 24kg and 3 benches. Also had a nautilus machine but had seen better days. Food was excellent, good choice for the buffet and also themed nights Bar staff were brilliant Also has a waterpark but never had the chance to use it. About 20 mins walk to Naama bay centre but plenty of taxis if needed. Definitely go back again

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Everything was organized and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special mention to the restaurant staff (Ahmed, Hamed, Bechoy, Andrew, George, philomene, and other) who were absolutely outstanding. They were always friendly, attentive, and professional, making every meal enjoyable. Their warm attitude and willingness to help really made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. The pools and aqua park were definitely highlights of our stay. They were clean, well-supervised, and suitable for all ages. There was a great variety of activities, and both kids and adults could have fun safely. The atmosphere was lively but still relaxing. Overall, everything was very well organized, and the staff across the hotel were kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!
