Mavrias Complex

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. La struttura è nuova e curata nei dettagli, la pulizia impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista, la posizione è ottima e poi c’è un valore aggiunto: Babis, il proprietario, è una persona squisita e molto disponibile, ci ha fatti sentire a casa!

Meraviglioso complesso situato a tsilivi ma in una zona appartata e silenziosa. Camera pulita letto e cuscini comodi. Tutto perfetto anche la gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno lasciato fare il check out più tardi:) bellissimo gattini e cagnolino. Grazie di cuore

Appartamenti appena rinnovati, dotati di ogni comfort, localizzati vicinissimo al centro ma in una zona incredibilmente tranquilla e silenziosa con affaccio su un curato campo di aranci. Il proprietario Babbis è una persona squisita ed accogliente.

Stayed for 3 wks studio was serviced daily excellent maid very quiet considering it is town centre , many bars,cafes & restaurants to choose from all within walking distance

As a family of five, we stayed at this accomodation, returning yesterday. The property and its grounds are maintained to the highest standard. The owner (Babis) and his family ensured that our family felt at home, insisting we treated it as such. Nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived, my son left his hand luggage on the bus- Babis had it returned to us within 30 minutes. I had mentioned that the loock on the front door was not operating properly, it was also fixed by the next morning. Then, while in the shower, I broke the shower holder. Once again Babis had this fixed immediately. Babis simply couldnt do enough for us all during our stay and i would not hesistate to return, or recommend Mavrias Complex as somewhere to stay. The cleaner serviced the room each day and was very pleasant with all of the family. Location could not be better with more than enough restaurants and bars to accommodate everyone. The beach is around a 10 minute walk away through the centre on Tsilvi. We have been to Tsilivi around 12 times and this was a welcomed change to our normal hotel style stay- a great Greek experience in a lovely home for two weeks while remaining close to the locations that we have always enjoyed to eat and drink at. There is no pool, however this was never an issue for us as Paradise bar is directly opposite and they will welcome you provided you are having drinks or snacks from their bar. Not one issue with this stay. I only wish we had found it sooner.
