Very clean, easy check in and out, there isnt really anyone around, but they are quite fast and responsive via whatsapp. Had no issues, easy parking. Only thing is, if you get room facing the road, it can get quite loud with cars, but at night its quiet. One thing to keep in mind, is this town is very quiet and there arent any restaurants within walking distance, so you will need to drive out to places.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, der Checkin wurde über WhatsApp gut erklärt. Das Frühstück war umfangreich, es gab eine Klimaanlage und man konnte kostenlos im abgesperrten Hof parken. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Es gab außerdem dunkle Handtücher zur Nutzung am Strand oder an den Quellen.

I had difficulty opening the main door upon arrival but a staff member was present to assist and provided info about parking and breakfast.

This hotel was great. The location was perfect and the breakfast was amazing. The staff and communication was also very good. Only two draw backs were the beds were a little hard and if you are downstairs, people in the upstairs rooms make noise that transfer downstairs and is very loud. We had two rooms and in both rooms, the noise from upstairs was bad while we were trying to sleep. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Azores as its positives are much stronger than any negatives.
