This was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I have ever had. And I travel a lot. It was carming and perfectly situated in midtown, but it was the people. From check in to the coffee barista to the dj cocktail hour, the courtyard breakfast, the speakeasy and jazz. Everyone felt welcome. If I wanted recommendations for anything, someone had the answer. I cannot imagine coming to Atlanta and not booking here in the future.

Beautiful bathroom, cute rooms, very modern and new with historical vibes and prices aren’t too crazy. Love the speakeasy in the basement. Don’t like that the only parking available is valet for $50 a night. It really put a damper on the experience especially since extras like breakfast weren’t included as well.

Lovely decor, clean property, excellent food, and superb customer service. Self parking is not conveniently located. Hotel offers valet for $50 per night, which was costly, but incredibly convenient. Overall a great experience.

It was super charming with lovely chandeliers and wall paper. It felt welcoming. In the basement they have a small but well stocked gym and we loved the speakeasy bar in the basement. Easily walkable to main midtown.

Perfect for our one night stay although I could do longer. Nice, clean and cute hotel. It’s more like a boutique hotel which I love. Check out is at noon vs 11 am with air B&B. We also arrived a little earlier and they let us check in early. The $50 a day Valet was wonderful and we could come and go for no additional cost. Loved the bar, cafe, and outdoor area. Would 1000% stay here again.

The property is absolutely beautiful, clean and conveniently located. We thought the valet service was a bit overpriced and terribly slow. It would have been nice to have been told that there was a parking deck available in close proximity and also to be told about the speakeasy in the ground floor of the hotel. And what the heck is the nightly amenities charge for??

This was our 2nd stay at Hotel Granada & we love it! You will feel as though you have traveled to Spain as you enter the adorable & comfortable courtyard. The decor is lovely. The staff is warm & friendly. I did not give 5 stars for service ONLY because we were misinformed about the availably of an EV charger (we were told there was one, but there is not - the ones close by were restricted to residents of the neighboring apartment). This put quite a kink in our plans. I would recommend staying here, especially if you have time for a cocktail/mocktail at the bar or courtyard.

Excellent stay! Right in the middle of Atlanta- views of the skyline from our window. The courtyard is perfect in this 1920’s hotel….. can’t wait to come back in warmer weather. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Valet is separate-$50 a night + tip. But so is every hotel in Atlanta. Room appointments were very upscale. Great lotion and hair products.

Probably, no most definitely, the cleanest, nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful courtyard, nicest staff, wonderful valet service, and all the amenities you could possibly want. Will definitely stay there several times when I’m in Atlanta. Photos do NOT do this hotel justice!!!!

Everything was great! Exactly as pictured. The property was clean, and the staff was friendly. The courtyard was a lovely place to enjoy the free coffee in the morning from the cafe. We were there for a music festival in Piedmont Park, and although it was a little under a mile to the venue, still easily walkable. Will stay there again!!!

Hidden fees, bugs in the shower and on the floor, big stained sheets, SMALL room for BIG price, breakfast is NOT free, neither is a “complimentary” cup of water or coffee $15! And doesn’t accommodate handicapped people with bath tubs, customer service did not care and laughed at us.

I dint not like the fact the the bathrooms were not clean. Hair was in the shower and sink. Ironing board was broke. Not enough space in the room. They didnt even have a microwave to accommodate mothers who have austic kids. My son dont eat meat nor veggies so i take his food with me. I even took my own bottle of water i just needed to warm it up to cook my son oatmeal. Then valet parking took forever to bring my car. I called front desk at 6:15 pm i didnt get my car until 7pm we waitwd outside forever just to find out front desk never delivered the message

I really wanted to enjoy this hotel but conditions of the room, setup, and service made it very unpleasant. When I went to take a shower, the pump on the soap was broken so I couldn’t use it. I was disturbed by the ding of the elevator heard as loud as if I was standing outside for it, every few minutes; it was so loud I couldn’t sleep. There were ants in my room, crawling even on the handle of the door. I was so disgusted. The electricity in my room flickered throughout the whole stay, and while I understand this is an older building, I did not feel safe with my electronic devices in case of power surge or “dirty power”. I had to manually flip the breaker in the room. I would highly suggest an electrician inspect the power to this room and floor. When I tried to get breakfast at the coffee shop in the lobby, no one was there. Multiple attempts and not even the person at the check in desk acknowledged me or my guest. I really expected more based on other reviews. Maybe it was just a fluke, but I cannot recommend this hotel to other people after my experience.

First off, the poor staff was doing their best. And the hotel is beautiful. That’s not what I’m complaining about. I want you to imagine the worst smell you’ve ever experienced. Like your dog ate pickled cabbage, vomited into the toilet bowl of a portapotty at a prison’s chili cookoff, ate the vomit, and then let one rip right into your face. Only it’s constant and never ending. It’s not a natural smell. It’s unholy, and it will haunt me until the end of my days. I’m not even joking. We had a suite on the third floor, and the smell hit us the second night, but we were only there for a short time that night. You can smell it in the hall by the elevator of the third floor, but our room was ground zero, or at least it felt that way. The next day, I could hear the maids talking about it in the hall. We left for the day, hoping it was a passing thing. That night we came back to our room, and it was so awful we couldn’t do it. I demanded to move, and they only had a room a 1/3 the size on the other side of the hotel. They promised the manager would call us because we were only staying at the hotel a few hours a night. Never heard a thing. BTW, the guy at the desk tried valiantly to pretend like he was surprised at the Stench, but he couldn’t do it, and he said “some days it’s worse than others.” But he couldn’t give us a refund. Never again. I am making a report with the health department.

Room was big and very clean, but we were a few doors down from by the elevator and so it dinged very loudly all night long. Hard to sleep. Hard pillows and overly mushy bed. Check-in staff were not very friendly. Had an Expedia VIP benefit that allowed late checkout, but they still wanted to charge me $50. Valet was understaffed so super slow - no one there when I arrived, and my car sat there for an hour. When we left, it took 15 mins, but that was because the attendant kindly got our car ahead of others. Valet is separate from hotel, but hotel is responsible still. Location of hotel is safe, but very little around there. 10 mins walk to Whole Foods, High Museum, some restaurants, but a dull area. Nice coffee shop, bar, and gym in hotel. Be aware: ADA room shower head is only 5 feet high.

It was a wonderful stay, although it rained the entire time, so we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful courtyard, which was a big draw to this property (no fault of the hotel!). The rooms are nice, and ours was spacious. There is very little closet space, especially for hanging items. Since it is an old hotel, the ceilings are low and the bathrooms are a little tight. Not a huge problem, but important to note, especially if you have a big and tall partner like mine. The room also didn't have any information about the hotel or amenities on the property, not even a notepad! It seemed a smidge odd, but maybe something that was overlooked in our room. The speakeasy, May Peel, was nice, and the first-floor bar was delightful. It was difficult getting service in the restaurant, so we opted for dining off-property. Overall my stay at Hotel Granada was good. The property is absolutely beautiful and is in such a great location. I was also very happy to have housekeeping come on our second day even though we were only staying 2 nights. I think they could improve on price transparency. While checking in I was told they need a credit card to do a hold for incidentals. They never said how much but it looks like it is $100 per night so just be aware of that. Overall my stay at Hotel Granada was good. The property is absolutely beautiful and is in such a great location. I was also very happy to have housekeeping come on our second day even though we were only staying 2 nights. I think they could improve on price transparency. While checking in I was told they need a credit card to do a hold for incidentals. They never said how much but it looks like it is $100 per night so just be aware of that. Beautiful hotel! The architecture was gorgeous and the rooms were well-appointed. Bathrooms were super clean and I loved that there was a his and hers sink. The only downside was the fridge - not very cold and not super functional with the hotel-provided drinks.

Staff had no idea when I mentioned Expedia Gold status, not even a free drink. Room was small, but for the price it's okay. No soundproofing internally or externally, so you will hear the hooning cars down W Peachtree in full effect. It's close to the MARTA station, but do yourself a favour and stay near the midtown station if out of downtown in what you're looking for. There is nothing nearby.

Excellent stay! Right in the middle of Atlanta- views of the skyline from our window. The courtyard is perfect in this 1920’s hotel….. can’t wait to come back in warmer weather. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Valet is separate-$50 a night + tip. But so is every hotel in Atlanta. Room appointments were very upscale. Great lotion and hair products.

After checking into my room, I noticed the tv screen was half black. I informed thee front desk and they said maintenance e would come up to fix it. No one ever came to the room and it’s was broke the whole stay. I ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and was pretty bad. I had the green tomatoe dish which was rubbery. The short rib swimming bland frozen veggies and the meat had no flavor and Caesar salad lettuce was so wet it made the croutons and cheese crips gummy. The morning of my check out a uniformed housekeeper knocked on my door at 950 and just said housekeeping and stared at me and kept looking back out into the hallway as if someone was there. I asked her, isn’t check out 12pm, and she did respond to my question. I read her nonverbal response as she was insisting I leave. I said I would be packed up in 10 minutes. I was leaving the room at 1000 and there was no one working in the hallways on my floor. No cart nothing. When I checked out at the front desk I informed the clerk about the checkout time and they confirmed it was 12 PM. I also informed them about nobody showing up for the television. They said they would let inform the general manager about the problems.

Service was top notch from the moment I arrived at the property. Room was clean and spacious. Small accents like decor and affordable mini bar a plus. Received a room upgrade and free drinks via Expedia VIP status. On property bar and breakfast cafe great as well. Very convenient location walkable to restaurants. I won’t stay anywhere else if here in town for business.

It was convenient to the Marta link for the airport and the beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the communal areas were good. Would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room for an early morning coffee but they have complimentary coffee in the lobby

Hotel Granada provides a quiet sanctuary in the center of Midtown Atlanta. We could easily walk to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Colony Square and the High Museum. The staff is superior, so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, and both the rooms and common areas are lovely. The breakfast we had in the courtyard was delicious and beautifully prepared, and the cocktails in the bar were excellent. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch in the morning. The barista bar with pastries was also a nice option for a quick breakfast.

Stayed at the Granada for the Cowboy Carter show and I loved it! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself had a great ambiance and I love the Spanish aesthetic. Its location may be my favorite part, though. Right at the heart of Midtown, it’s very close to I75 and a lot of attractions in Atlanta. Would definitely recommend!

The property is charming and cozy, though parking is not the most convenient. We opted to valet two cars at $50 each, which was worth it to avoid the hassle of finding parking ourselves. The Pom courtyard offers a lovely outdoor space for drinks and small plates, and the lobby is beautifully designed with a coffee bar full of pastries, comfortable seating, and a stylish bar. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re incredibly cozy, and I had the best sleep. There's also a speakeasy on the lower floor. I highly recommend this place

Our stay at this hotel was great! We were visiting for Beyoncé’s concert and it was our first time visiting Atlanta and this is the perfect place to stay! It’s in the center of everything and walking distance to a lot of different places. The customer service was superb, food is delicious, and drinks were perfect. This place has so much personality to it, the courtyard is perfect for relaxing and talking to other guests. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel for when I visit Atlanta again!

We also arrived a little earlier and they let us check in early. The $50 a day Valet was wonderful and we could come and go for no additional cost. Loved the bar, cafe, and outdoor area. Would 1000% stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely historic property. Newly renovated, friendly staff, convenient Midtown Atlanta location. Beds/bedding very comfortable, room sound proofed, beautiful rainfall shower, cold water faucet on sink didn’t work properly so easy to have burning hot water, ouch! Dined at Pom Court, had empanadas which were $21 for basically 6 bites (3 small ones) with no sides, tasted ok but not worth the price IMO. Also had the burger which was a double patty with fries for less $ and tasted much better IMO. Also had coffee at their coffee bar, we paid for a coffee & a caramel macchiato & then found out there was complimentary coffee for the guests which wasn’t offered to us.

I’m not sure what it was about this hotel as the intended feel was supposed to be hip, trendy, and boutique-y. Somehow it missed the mark. The furnishings were cool, the bathroom had amazing tile and toiletries, and the overall vibe should have been great. But our first room was so musty and mildew-smelling that we had to switch. The second was better but still felt damp. The oddest issue was a permeating smell throughout. It was as if someone was constantly cooking eggs in the kitchen and it hit you as soon as you walked into in hallway and lobby. So damp, musty rooms combined with the weird smell left us unimpressed. I truly wanted to love this place as it is convenient to so much in ATL. But I just couldn’t do it. I hope they can fix the ventilation or whatever the issue is as the old building is really very cool.

This is our 4th time staying at Hotel Granada in the last two months, and once again, we’ve had such a wonderful experience! From the very beginning, the valets have been an absolute delight every single time we’ve visited. Especially the one working last night, September 25th—he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff have always been helpful and accommodating. The inside of the hotel has such an old-school Cuban feel that gives it so much character and charm. ❤️ The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous and such a beautiful place to relax. The rooms are a great size, and the bathrooms are just as nice. The showerhead is amazing—the water pressure is perfect, and the water gets good and HOT! 🙌 And the bed… probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! The mattress is incredibly comfortable, the pillows are soft and fluffy, and the comforter is cozy without being too heavy. It really feels like they’ve thought of the little things that make a stay comfortable. We absolutely love staying here and will definitely continue coming back! ❤️
This is our 4th time staying at Hotel Granada in the last two months, and once again, we’ve had such a wonderful experience! From the very beginning, the valets have been an absolute delight every single time we’ve visited. Especially the one working last night, September 25th—he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff have always been helpful and accommodating. The inside of the hotel has such an old-school Cuban feel that gives it so much character and charm. ❤️ The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous and such a beautiful place to relax. The rooms are a great size, and the bathrooms are just as nice. I loved this hotel and will happily stay here again. The staff were so friendly and the vibes were so unique. The beds were comfortable and the soap smelled great. Very safe and clean.
