I can’t say enough positive things about my stay at Hari Residence and Spa. From the moment of my arrival to my departure, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and special. The hotel is walking distance to action areas of Siem Reap; has a very nice and relaxed rooftop pool and patio. Room had everything I needed. Excellent breakfast buffet where every request is fulfilled. The most impactful part of my stay, was the performance of their staff. No question was insignificant , no request was unimportant. From everyone at the front desk and lobby area, to the entire dining room/kitchen area; everyone is genuinely interested in assisting you. I would most definitely stay here again where I to return.

We were greeted by a fabulous staff who walked us through everything in the hotel. We were able to enjoy a kmer dinner In the restaurant, And it was so good. We enjoyed the spa multiple times. The massages were fabulous. Thank you for being so kind and accommodating.

Hari Residence & Spa is a gem, it is clean, classy and comfortable. Most importantly, staff are very pleasant and always there to assist you with a smile that is unforgettable. The roof top pool area, and the restaurant are relaxing, breakfast was fresh with plenty to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights at Hari. The location is very convenient close to the Riverside Night Market and in walking distance to other central amenities. Street and hotel itself is pretty quiet and relaxing. Check-in was swift and the rooms (4th floor) are quite large with a spacious balcony. Pool and top floor are well organised and maintained. TV set didn’t actually work and Wi-Fi is around 3/5, but hey we’re there to see the temples. Pick-up and drop-offs were convenient for all tour guides.

First time in Cambodia and this hotel is great! - airport pickup was easy (although I’d recommend the bus if you can, only $8) - staff were great super friendly and attentive - I mainly picked this hotel because it was one of the few hotels that had a rooftop pool, this didn’t disappoint - location was great, a very short walk to pub street (5min), was down a quieter street, so was able to sleep no issues

Hari meets all my expectations, in fact, it exceeded them. The facility is clean and very beautiful, great location to the main area in the city, and the room is also beautiful. The breakfast was incredible, right by the roof top pool. I highly recommend Hari for everybody else.

オールドマーケットやパブストリートの近くで立地がすごく良く、ちょっとした空き時間も飽きる事なく過ごせました。 また、朝食も美味しくお部屋もかなり綺麗で水回りもすごく綺麗で快適でした。 スタッフの対応も良く色々と気遣いいただきました。チェックアウトしてるにも関わらずロビーで、飛行機までの時間を待っているとシャワーどうですかなど声もかけていただいたりまたシェリムアップに滞在する時は利用したいです。

The room was lovely and clean but a little dark as it faced towards the central atrium. The staff, as per our previous visit, were warm and welcoming. Some breakfast dishes were running low a little early and didn’t seem to be refilled but all good otherwise.

It was an unpleasant journey. Firstly, facilities are old. Secondly, bath room looks dirty. Thirdly, the sound insulation is very poor that I can’t sleep at night. Most importantly, the waiter of the restaurant on 5/F asked strange questions on the way when delivering drinks to my room. I didn’t expect a hotel staff would ask whether me as a customer has boy friend and whether I am coming with my family and friends. I feel extremely unsecured, afraid and disappointed. I do not recommend people especially lady who travel alone to stay in this hotel.

숙소 상태는 전반적으로 좋습니다 위치좋고, 직원이 친절하고, 조식도 아주 맛있었어요! 방도 아주 크고 특히 화장실도 넓고 깨끗했구요 웰컴케이크와 웰컴티로 체크인하고, 방에는 과일도 있어서 좋았는데 아주 큰 단점은.. 맞은편 집에서 키우는 개가 밤새 짖어요 정말 말 그대로“밤새” 너무 시끄러워요…… ㅠㅠ 이어플러그 없었으면 절대 잠 못잤을듯

Rooms are not sound proof so can be noisy. Staff can be forgetful and our room was not made. But responsive to requests. Good breakfast spread. The swimming pool shower area can be improved. The spa only opens 1pm-10pm.

The entire team at Hari goes above and beyond to make sure each guest’s stay memorable! The restaurant team was so attentive and very personable. Chef Tann is incredible! The front desk team was always willing to help with bookings and drivers. The Hari team played a big part in us having an incredible vacation in Siem Reap. Thank you from Monica & Helen ❤️❤️

We came by night bus to and arrived at the hotel already at nine o'clock and asked about early check-in. Unfortunately, they didn't have a room available, but while waiting for a room to be available, they offered breakfast and gave us the opportunity to shower etc😄. Otherwise, the service was fantastic and the breakfast was, if possible, even better.

The staff were excellent! We actually arrived early in the morning and everything was closed. They were kind of enough to upgrade us to get us into a room earlier. Definitely saved our day. Overall, a nice place to stay. Convenient location, good breakfast.

First time in Cambodia and this hotel is great! - airport pickup was easy (although I’d recommend the bus if you can, only $8) - staff were great super friendly and attentive - I mainly picked this hotel because it was one of the few hotels that had a rooftop pool, this didn’t disappoint - location was great, a very short walk to pub street (5min), was down a quieter street, so was able to sleep no issues

I can’t say enough positive things about my stay at Hari Residence and Spa. From the moment of my arrival to my departure, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and special. The hotel is walking distance to action areas of Siem Reap; has a very nice and relaxed rooftop pool and patio. Room had everything I needed. Excellent breakfast buffet where every request is fulfilled. The most impactful part of my stay, was the performance of their staff. No question was insignificant , no request was unimportant. From everyone at the front desk and lobby area, to the entire dining room/kitchen area; everyone is genuinely interested in assisting you. I would most definitely stay here again where I to return.

We stayed for 3 nights at Hari. The location is very convenient close to the Riverside Night Market and in walking distance to other central amenities. Street and hotel itself is pretty quiet and relaxing. Check-in was swift and the rooms (4th floor) are quite large with a spacious balcony. Pool and top floor are well organised and maintained. TV set didn’t actually work and Wi-Fi is around 3/5, but hey we’re there to see the temples. Pick-up and drop-offs were convenient for all tour guides.

Exceptional. The service and staff at this hotel are among the best I’ve ever experienced. Thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely kind—they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay better, even upgrading our room and offering a late checkout. The restaurant food is excellent, with a generous and delicious breakfast spread each morning. The location is also ideal—just minutes from the town centre, yet far enough to feel peaceful and quiet.

Hari Residence & Spa is a gem, it is clean, classy and comfortable. Most importantly, staff are very pleasant and always there to assist you with a smile that is unforgettable. The roof top pool area, and the restaurant are relaxing, breakfast was fresh with plenty to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay. Great Value, Nice swimming pool . Selection of the breakfast is good with Noodle/omelet bar, also It is nice to be able to have a breakfast on the roof top. Reservation come with the 2 way airport transfer so it was really stress free. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. All in all great stay. Special appreciation to the reception staff Noch, who literally looked after us from the beginning to the end with her great English skills. Thank you so much!! 🙏🙏🙏☺️☺️☺️

This hotel had the best staff, great rooms, and an amazing breakfast! The only downside was the house near the hotel had dogs that would bark occasionally in the night, but that wasn’t the hotels fault. I was upgraded to an amazing room, and it was so clean and spacious. The staff, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant workers were all amazing! They were so kind and helpful during my stay. I would recommend the hotel for the staff alone! It was in a great location for exploring and for your pickups. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Siem Reap!
