The host was very nice & friendly & informative. Made us feel at home and catered to all our needs. The guest house is situated in a great location and the breakfast & other guests were great, love the added bonus of the onsite animals

What a fabulous place and amazing owners. Nigel and Clare are just lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The alpacas, ducks and hens make it a really interesting place to stay as well. Much easier travel into Betws, Conwy and Snowden from this side as well.

My son and I booked a two nights stay, as we were walking around snowdonia. Claire was a lovely host and very helpful. The room was good and we had our own bathroom and toilet. The breakfast was incredible both mornings too! We will be going back.

Lovely place. Claire was an excellent host. A bit outside the city so if you don’t have a car, the last bus was at 5 pm from Betws y coed and it got a little difficult the first night. But the stay overall was amazing. Amazing yummy breakfast as well
