The staff and service were great. The room was old and stuck in the 80's at best. The window AC was old and falling apart. The floor tiles were worn out in some parts. There were patches of mud (dry wall compound) on some parts of the wall that were not even sanded. The bathroom had black mildew around the shower stall. The bathroom was a Jack and Jill, but one of the doors was very hard to close. The windows were original to the era, so lots of wind would sneak in and the room was cold. They could have used a rubber gasket around the ends to ensure guest comfort. The breakfast buffet was so-so. Cold cuts included cheese and ham only. Only two types of fruit: papaya and cantaloupe. The coffee was bitter. Breads and cakes were very good. Location is hard to find at night, but the view and outdoor facilities are very nice. The view of the ocean is beautiful. There are two adjacent restaurants to the hotel and they looked very nice and clean. We did not eat there because our stay was very short. Overall, I do not think I would go back there. I give the place 2 stars because of the neglect.

The pool is fantastic and the pool area has an incredible view! The music Friday and Saturday night was awesome! We had a great time sitting by the pool with drinks and listening to the talented singers! The rooms are a little dated and the bathrooms are not comfortable, the shower is very small! But we didn't spend a lot of time in our room. Also had great restaurants in the area you could walk to! We will stay here again.
