Jo and Frank welcomed us upon arrival with tips and information about My Buller and the village. The were very friendly and attentive to the guests… which made the stay feel like we were sharing a house with family and close friends. They really created the best atmosphere for their guests and I would not hesitate to come and stay longer next time. Common area has a lounge with tv, reading and board games. But if you are more about chatting while sipping a drink, the area also has a nice kitchen with all utensils needed, so you can have a nice night in after an intense day of snow activities with family or friends around the table. Dry room is a must!!!! Our jackets were always dry, warm and ready to go every time we went out to explore the area.

The lodge is a totally fabulous, family-friendly place to stay whilst at Mt Buller. Jo and Frank go out of their way to introduce guests to each other, fostering a wonderful sense of community and new friends. The communal area is sparkling clean and a perfect place for meals to be made whilst the kids play, chat and recharge for the next session on the snow. The beds in the rooms are soft and comfy. We love love loved our stay and will be back! 5 star accommodation on the mountain
