Easy parking outside unit. Very clean unit.

It is equipped with basic - it is match with reasonable price. However as advertised, there is free WiFi available, and more often you don't see the WiFi signal. If it shows up on Wifi net work, you can connect to the network modem, yet there is no internet connection. Or if you are very lucky, connect for less than 2 minutes and disconnect. Reported to the reception the next morning, and was told it had been fixed. But we still encounter a VERY POOR CONNECTION. We ended up buying extra data on the mobile plan for the remaining few days. Of course, they did not ask "How was our stay?" at check out, they are not interested for feed back. The frustration (you can't read just an e-mail or book the next trip) with the included service, such as Wi-Fi, made us not want to return anymore. Saving a bit of money was not worth it.

Waking at 3am is hard enough but to run hot water for 3-4mins & realise no hot is coming is awkward! It really is my only complaint. I chose the hotel because it was close to the airport & also a job I needed to do but that sucked! Given, it did certainly wake me up, but it was not pleasant. The room was spotless and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Close to Sam Kerr Football Centre, Carousel and Belmont Forum. Basic accommodation. Room made up daily. Beds comfortable. Bistro served huge meals, which were tasty. Limited wine by the glass. Easy parking. Although the pool is small, its deep, kids loved it.
