Seringal Hotel

Mi habitación no tenia ventana como aparecía en la foto, el servicio solo 1 señor de la recepción de Peru me atendió los demás del staff no estuvieron atentos. Lo positivo que el desayuno estaba rico y que hay varios lugares de interés como restaurantes, teatro y bares cerca.

Al llegar fue un poco confuso pues era de madrugada y estaba todo desolado, pero una vez dentro el personal del hotel es simplemente maravilloso, te atienden con amor, tienes tiempo para ti, simplemente espectacular. muito obrigado a todos no hotel, em especial ao Lucas da recepcao. Mais todos fueron 5 estrelas

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay before our Amazon Safari pickup the following day. This hotel is in old part of downtown and in a great spot with multiple tourist attractions near by. The hotel serves good lunch and breakfast and the staff is very courteous and friendly. The local municipality closes a street on Sunday for walkers, runners, bikers etc. That is literally a block from the hotel and so I could enjoy a quick morning run there. However, I want to warn you about Mr Armstrong. He is a TOTAL SCAM, do not use his services. He greeted us in a very friendly manner at the hotel gate as he is part of the staff itself. He showed the town around to us and bunch of other sight seeings too for a reasonable price. That was all good. Then he hooked us up with another of his “guy”, Jose Carlos, in Rio. That was a big mistake. He shows fancy picture of Ford F250 Executive Tropivan. Both the driver and van are real, but ina very dilapidated state. Jose speaks good English but his hands shake when driving the big car. He is having difficulty maneuvering the steering wheel. The car shut down at Christ The Redeemer where we had to call several other guys to push the car to get it started. Just a disappointing experience and the feeling of being cheated, The hotel staff should kick him out so that he cannot solicit any other guests coming there. This is the reason I’m downgrading the hotel.
