Our room was clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were outstanding with ultra modern showers. Breakfast was included and made to order. We enjoyed it every morning. The hotel is near attractions/dining but also far enough away from the crowds. The parking lot is a bit small and challenging when driving a larger vehicle, however parking is complimentary. My only critique would be the exterior needs a refresh with landscaping and paint.

This was our second stay at Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. Our room was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a lovely Victorian charm. The bathroom was large and immaculate, and the towels were exceptionally nice. The breakfast was amazingly good, with a wonderful selection of fresh fruits and pastries. We also loved having complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day. One of our favourite features was the charming little library and sitting area. It created such a warm, peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. It is always special when a second visit lives up to the first, and Niagara Grandview certainly did. We would happily return again and highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay in Niagara Falls

Truly a 10/10 experience. The staff are so kind, the rooms are clean and comfy, the shower is AMAZING!! Breakfast is delicious too, they take your order the day before to make your choice! Will 100000000% be coming back again!

The location is good if you don't want to be caught up in the commotion of the casinos or Clifton Hill. It's a fairly reasonable walk to the falls and many of the other activities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean. The historic charm of the building is one of it's major assets but it's somewhat lost due to a lack of general maintenance.
