The building and rooms are not in great shape. The rooms appear to be put together using various building materials. There are water stains in several spots on the ceiling, the counter top had burn damage and the kitchenette was very dated. The paint job on the walls was poorly done in several areas. The AC unit in the room we were first assigned did not work. The ice maker was not turned on when we asked for ice and so we had to wait for it to be turned on and produce ice. The front desk employee was very friendly and accommodating. She did move us to another room where the AC was working.

Toilet seat not secured, window had no lock on it, check in wanted me to give them $250 cash for a deposit. I arrived late at night and was gone first thing in the morning, I did not pay a deposit as this requirement was not noted during booking. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had, but I’m not sure I’d stay there again. One good thing to note, wifi was fast and the bed was very comfy.

We arrived and there were stains on the bed, we told the front desk and she came to change the sheets and made sure to let us know it was a stain and not actually dirty. We got back from our even quite late and went straight to sleep. In the morning we found the bathroom not very clean, the walls were full of grease marks. Overall, bad experience for us. Wouldn’t go out of my way to stay again.

Bertha at the front desk was lovely, cheerful, and very helpful. Judy in the restaurant made terrific meals. The beds were comfy, and the place was quiet.

The desk clerk was very accommodating despite my late arrival. She was very kind & helpful. The rooms were spotless and it.was very relaxing and restless stay.
