Excelente la comida y el trato del personal del hotel, todo me gusto

There are almost no dishes in the kitchen and the stove takes about an hour to cook an egg. The room was so hot we couldn\'t stand to be inside. The listing doesn\'t say that the air conditioning is only in the bedroom so unless you\'re sleeping the heat is unbearable. We were charged an extra $40 per night for my husband to stay. They claimed the pricing is based on one person and we were too tired to look for somewhere else to stay, having booked months in advance. They ALSO charged us for our breakfasts and emailed us a bill. The breakfast is also supposed to be included and the menu even says "if you are a guest, you may choose from one of the following breakfast items... pancakes, eggs and toast, etc." and they ask your room number. I\'ll be forwarding these complaints to Expedia, but I doubt they\'ll ever credit it back. I would NEVER stay here again! It\'s close to the main shopping strip and the pool was a nice relief from the heat of the room, but the property is very old and run-down. Even without over-charging us it wasn\'t worth it.

Overall we liked the location and the room and amenities for the price they charged. We had a wonderful ocean view. Gave us advice on a drop off laundry. Breakfast every AM We would go back

We enjoy the total experience

Easy checkin but our room wasn’t ready and parking was all full so we had to go fill and hour elsewhere. When we returned, we didn’t get any detailed instructions about the resort like where breakfast was served in the morning so had to ask later. Room wasn’t very clean, especially in the bathroom and the fixtures and electric plugs are old and run down. Not a most awesome room for the price though the location is great! 3 Pools are all different depths to kids can stay safe. Warm and perfect at the end of our long driving day.
