Terms for group reservations (5 people or more):
_At the time of booking, 15% of the total price must be paid, and the remaining balance must be paid 10 days before the arrival date.
_Please let us know how you’d like to pay the remaining balance: whether you’d like us to charge your credit card, via bank transfer, or in cash at check-in.
_At check-in, we will need the ID card or passport of each group member, and you will also need to sign a document containing the same terms and conditions provided below. If you prefer, you may send us the identification documents in advance so we can expedite check-in.
_A deposit of between €300.00 and €500.00 will be required, depending on the number of people in the group, which can be paid by credit card or in cash if you prefer; this deposit will be automatically refunded once we have verified that the stay went smoothly and provided there is no accidental damage to the facilities.
_PERSONS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY TYPE OF DRUG WILL NOT BE ADMITTED AND WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXPELLED; FURTHERMORE, ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO THOSE WHO FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THIS RULE OR SHOW A LACK OF RESPECT TOWARD ANY EMPLOYEE OR GUEST. THE ESTABLISHMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION.
_We will only accept full cancellations of reservations up to 10 days prior to the arrival date; after this date, we will not accept partial or full cancellations. Furthermore, in such cases, we will not issue refunds; if requested, we will issue a credit or voucher for future reservations, subject to availability, which must be used within 18 months of the original reservation date.
