We had a fabulous stay! The room and view were outstanding. We were kindly upgraded to an amazing suite. Will definitely be coming back.

Disappointed with to find a whole large bowl of yogurts out of date ( not just one but all were out of date) The lady at dinner greeting us had a bit of an attitude problem and was not friendly Receptionist blamed the staff which was very unprofessional for a hotel of this calibre, they could do an awful lot better We were not the only ones to complain, receptionist indicated that their student staff had gone back to college The clearly is a middle or even a senior management and business model issue that needs addressing

Lovely room, but lacking a chest of drawers and a surface to put things. Sensational view. Imaginative dining menu.

Had an incredible night away at the albion, the room was gorgeous and the whole place was immaculate and the staff were really helpful whenever asked. My only downside was the buffet breakfast, we came down at 9.30 and lots had run out, I had to ask for things and wasnt the only one. This was frustrating as breakfast was served until 10am so really should have been fully stocked until then

Beautiful hotel and our room was elegant, clean, and very comfortable. Not to mention that unbelievable view. I’m very picky about hotel bathrooms and this one was amazing. Loved the dual shower with great water pressure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
