This is my second stay in six months. It’s very clean and comfortable. I recommend it highly. Love the breakfast and I made use of the gym every morning.

The hotel has a great location. We used it as a stop-over after having Thanksgiving with family about 30 minutes away. Friendly host at check-in desk. Got us checked-in and on our way to our rooms quickly. The beds were very comfortable and my aching back did not hurt in the morning. The A/C-heat was very good. Actually cooled the room off (even though it was 38 degrees outside). :) The room and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was ok. I was disappointed there was not freshly-brewed coffee in the lobby, but there was coffee in the room and coffee from a machine in the lobby. My son and wife used the fitness room and it looked good. They had no complaints. Our room faced the parking lot and road. I did not hear any road noise & had a great night's sleep.

The only complaint I have is that there are no grab bars in shower and shower floor was very slippery. When I asked about the lack of safety bars I was told they were only in the “ handicapped “ rooms. They should be in every shower .

We checked in at around 4pm to find that our room had no water. They had well issues. Promised it would be bettter in an hour. Ha Ha. No shower before night out at Uncle Cheef's Jazz Night Club. Back to room at 11pm and still no water. Water and hot water a plenty in the morning though. Promised a $50 price reduction through Expedia but I'll believe it when I see it.

Front desk help was amazing. Having to go from first floor to third floor for ice was annoying. The dish network service only had about 12 functioning channels. The rest were out of service. Door to room had to be slammed to close completely. Shower was in good order and very refreshing.

We were staying for 4 nights due to a family funeral. We booked 3 rooms. Upon check in the staff was very kind, pleasant, helpful. The hotel was not in very good shape. Not very clean. Our bathroom ceiling must have had a pretty significant leak at some point- very poor repair job and lots of mold in ceiling. When we first opened the room door we immediately smelled a foul odor. We figured out it was actually the water which was brown- from the tap and shower. Toilet water also brown. It seemed to get clearer after quite a long time running but still pretty gross. The only nice thing about this stay were the employees- I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Was visiting family, had 2 queen beds. 1 of the beds was dirty with white, hard , stuff in the bed. Not sure what to call it. Told the staff who informed me that my room was cleaned even though it wasnt as I was in it all morning. Than told me the cleaning staff was gone for the day. When I came back that evening, I was told cleaning staff inspected the room but obviously they didn’t because the sheets were not changed which I asked for, the garbage was not emptied. I decided to leave early & thats when I was offered another room. No thank you! Would definitely not stay there again & do not recommend

I was surprised to see the hotel in such poor condition considering that it’s only been open for about 2 years. There were multiple unpatched holes that were partially obscured by switch covers and outlets, the carpet was significantly stained, and the AC unit was very musty. The bathtub stopper would not stay sealed and there was only lukewarm water from the faucets. Location was convenient to I-684 and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. I don’t think I’ll stay here again unless there is no availability elsewhere close to Danbury/Brewster

The rug was damp in the room which created a musty smell. Maybe they were cleaned but not dried properly. The AC didn’t work great either so the room just felt damp all night. Would be nice if there was a towel hook by the shower. Very few channels on the tv come in. Staff was pleasant.

My door didn’t open all the way. I heard everyone else on the floors talking in their rooms from mine. Lights were burned out, light switches cracked. There was no one at the front desk when I was trying to check out. I will never stay here again.

Tom (sp?) at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and professional. We discovered a couple of things about the first room and we were immediately accommodated and changed to a different room. We enjoy staying here.

It was right next to the highway and was noisy. The girl at the front desk was unpleasant and not helpful. The breakfast was terrible. They only gave 2 large towels and when I asked for more it was an attitude. Wouldn't stay here again.

Tom at checkin was a gem. He was extremely helpful after an awful day with car breakdowns. He suggested many great ideas and options. Super helpful.... Cant say enough! A very pleasant and informative person which we definitely appreciated.

The room was clean but the last day we stay the person in the front desk was so so rude to the lady that does the breakfast. I overheard the way she talk to the poor lady (breakfast lady) I was disgusted/ disappointed. The front desk person was a lady I’m not sure if she is the manager or what, but the way she spoke to the lady was not the correct way. Also they (front desk) don’t tell you what time is breakfast in the weekend and weekday.

They had no complaints. Our room faced the parking lot and road. I did not hear any road noise & had a great night's sleep.

Just an overnight stay but was glad we were greater and welcomed with kindness when we arrived so late. Breakfast was awesome and I liked that the room offered a microwave, Frodo and coffee pot.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Bathroom’s need a little upgrade as the shower doors didn’t close properly and there was no fan in the bathroom either. The continental breakfast had a lot of options and was a nice perk.

I was 'nt expecting an IHOP breakfast but they could have had more fruits other than bananas. Eggs were tasteless and sliced hot dogs wasn't my idea fora breakfast protein.t.breakfast. The property has very clean inside and out.

Hotel was clean, most importantly, and staff was nice, helpful. Just a couple small suggestions- and they are minor-towel racks outside of the shower , liquid soap dispenser, ( they have them for everything else) is much more convenient. Make sure always leave an extra toilet paper roll, and the toilet seat in our room needs straightening and tightening. Again, minor!

The bathroom sink didn't have an operating drain plug connected, so the maintenance staff put it on while we were out. It was very much appreciated as I have contact lenses to clean in running water and I need to make sure I don't lose them if they slip out of my fingers when cleaning. The breakfast had very good selections as well. Air handling system was a bit noisy, but I brought my ear plugs so it was fine.

Nice newer hotel. Nice room. Easy parking. One thing I would suggest is a bell at the desk. Staff likes to sit in the office. And makes it uncomfortable when you stand at the desk and wait for help with something.
