We stayed here overnight to catch the ferry the next day. Three-minute drive to the ferry port. Parking was very easy. About 10 steps to carry your luggage up to the elevator. Rooms are on the 8th and 10th floors. Small but efficient.

Very good. Stayed two nights here. Nice, modern, clean rooms. The view of the harbour is nice (got it at breakfast only, as our room faced the other directions). Good breakfast with a lot to chose from. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the heart of Split. Friendly and helpul staff. We ate at several restaurants close by (good selection). The hotel is only floors 8 and 10 in the building. When we arrived we went to floor 10, but it was locked. We missed the sign in the lobby that said that the lobby is on floor 8. After we called them it was all sorted out.

Kristina was a great host. All staff was friendly and helpful. Great views of Split. Eggs to order for breakfast was a plus. Easy walk to the beach and downtown areas. On a motorcycle so parking wasn't an issue but could be with cars, not sure.

Staff messaged us early about parking and advised us to call just before arrival so they could assist with finding the right parking lot. Tony was working the Front Reception and met us in parking lot and carried both our suitcases up for us. Tony advised us where to eat in Split. Later upon our return informed me all about the rich history of Croatia. It was an absolute pleasure hearing all his stories! Breakfast was great and hotel has a very good coffee machine with many selections. Nice small hotel with nice rooms that are a good size. Great location and tallest building so easy to spot from anywhere in the harbour area.

This property is on the 8th & 10th floor of a new modern tower block which already sits in an elevated position above the bustling port. The town, Diocletian’s palace and all the bars and restaurants are just a short walk away. The room was large, quiet & modern with a great view. The staff were very helpful and stored our luggage when we arrived early, and let us know as soon as the room was available. Very good breakfast with a view over harbour and islands.

Excellent location. 10 minutes walking to most places, Riva and Palace. Room was of a good size. Fantastic view. (Sea and the city). Very clean. Staff member we met was very helpful. Would stay in this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is located right in town. 2 mn walk and you are right in Old Town. Our bedroom was clean, modern and had amazing view. Staff was incredible. Would stay again for sure!

Good value for money stay near to Split ferry port and harbour. The rooms are in the eighth and tenth floor of a tower block so I would not stay here with children as the windows didn’t have any restraints on the openings. Whilst the bathroom was lovely we had no hot water which was a pain after a long, warm day.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable and the reception staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, choice of one menu item with coffee and juice. The room is excellent, very comfortable room and bed. The view is great on both city and ocean view room. Wifi is also fast and stable. We got 1 room upgrade from City view to be Ocean view with separate living room and 2 bathroom inside. sparking wine is also complimented. Location is walkable to bus station, port and old town, also the beach. Just only breakfast is quite ordinary and not much variety.

The hotel is conveniently placed not to far from the harbour and the palace. It was easy to get to and we received an upgrade to a harbour view room which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue for us was the room was very hot, but we were able to open the windows, but of course that made it noisy, but it's only a very small thing. As we went early spring, it was too early for the airconditioning to work, and i guess the rest of the hotel needed heating, but our room was uncomforably hot. as i said only a small thing. other then that it was a great stay and the staff were really helpful and kind.

Don't judge this ugly tower block from the outside. Inside, the rooms (and staff) are excellent. The sea views are the best in Split. Rooms are on floors 8 & 10 of this 13-storey high-rise.

We chose a room with a view which was very nice. There was aircon in the room, which is necessary because it is very hot inside the building. Wonderful bathroom with rainfall showerhead, well stocked. Room was not very spacious, but we had a kettle and a small bar fridge with a very nice closet for our clothes and stuff. Walking from downtown to the apartments take around 5 to 10 minutes, it is uphill but easily manageable. Breakfast is good but not excellent. We had to leave early on out last day, we got a take away because we had to leave so early, but the take away was disappointing, they gave us old left overs, old hard bread, fruit that was only good for the bin. Other than that we had a really nice stay and would recommend.

This is not a hotel it is just 8 rooms located on the 8 floor. Our room was very small NO VIEW NO LUXURY Nothing comparable with the advertising photos. The good thing is that we had a free good breakfast at the cafeteria on he street level

As a Croatian, I do not advise anyone to stay here. I arrived and requested if they could iron my dress pants for a wedding. They took the pants (over 300 dollars) and completely ruined them, then took them back to try to fix it and made it even worse. Result, did not want to refund me or provide any credit as they were responsible. Breakfast was terrible, no choices, and the food was old and not fresh. One out of the 7 days the eggs were actually warm. The room walls are so thin can hear everything, the elevator is the tiniest, the water pressure in the shower barely worked. Also they clean your rooms super early, if youre having breakfast they take the opportunity to go and clean when they see you. Im giving this place 1/5, the only positive is a nice view and its close to the riva. I would say avoid this place at all costs, not worth it.

Amazing view. Bit of an uphill hike from the bus/ferry/cruise terminal (10 minutes) but rooms were very nice and breakfast (included) was fine. Short walk to Green Market and Palace.

Very close to centre of Split and room on 10th floor with view over harbour and magnificent sunsets. Staff were amazing and room was serviced whilst at breakfast. Very lovely friendly staff in a central location. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes on foot to the marina/markets/promenade with plenty to see and do (I really loved Split town, so much to explore!). The view from my room was beautiful, with windows all along one side including in the bathroom, lovely view of the ocean, harbour and hills. The room was clean, very comfortable and also spacious, lovely comfy bed and a large bathroom. All of the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good and lovely views again from the breakfast room. I would happily stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Cooked breakfast (with good varieties) is provided by cafe downstairs & they readily catered for my lactose intolerance. Tonci at Reception has a wealth of knowledge on services, and his dinner recommendation at Sperun was greatly appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is located right in town. 2 mn walk and you are right in Old Town. Our bedroom was clean, modern and had amazing view. Staff was incredible. Would stay again for sure!

We were very comfortable in these rooms and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.Its within 10 mins walking to the centre to attractions and restaurants and the ferry services.

Very good. Stayed two nights here. Nice, modern, clean rooms. The view of the harbour is nice (got it at breakfast only, as our room faced the other directions). Good breakfast with a lot to chose from. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the heart of Split. Friendly and helpul staff. We ate at several restaurants close by. The hotel is only floors 8 and 10 in the building. When we arrived we went to floor 10, but it was locked. We missed the sign in the lobby that said that the lobby is on floor 8. After we called them it was all sorted out.

We chose a room with a view which was very nice. There was aircon in the room, which is necessary because it is very hot inside the building. Wonderful bathroom with rainfall showerhead, well stocked. Room was not very spacious, but we had a kettle and a small bar fridge with a very nice closet for our clothes and stuff. Walking from downtown to the apartments take around 5 to 10 minutes, it is uphill but easily manageable. Breakfast is good but not excellent. We had to leave early on out last day, we got a take away because we had to leave so early, but the take away was disappointing, they gave us old left overs, old hard bread, fruit that was only good for the bin. Other than that we had a really nice stay and would recommend.

Daytime staff were amazing! Buffet breakfast was perfect with warm from the oven croissants and a coffee machine with various choices. Our view was gorgeous.

Veldig mye støy, tynne vegger. Vanskelig å sove. Frokostbufféen var veldig begrenset. Den ene ansatte la en ananas-skive som lå på disken utenom tilbake på fruktfatet, som vi syns var veldig ekkelt. Ellers var personalet veldig hyggelige.

Very convenient, modern location to catch the ferry to Dubrovnik. We could have walked to it, but for our luggage. Uber fare was 10 Euros. Lovely view of the harbour. Excellent breakfast included. We had dinner across the street at a restaurant with a variety of food choices. Highly recommend.

Great spacious rooms and a fantastic view! A really comfy bed and a luxurious big shower. A little more sound dampening would be great, but understandable for a building of this type. The breakfast is on the first floor and is a bit boring, so maybe consider avoiding that. Otherwise, really really nice.

I was quite disappointed with my stay, as the hotel did not live up to my expectations. The room was not particularly clean, and it felt like it lacked attention to detail. There were chipped edges and signs of wear throughout the room, giving it an unfinished and poorly maintained appearance. We were also supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival, as advertised, but it was never in the room. The room layout was also very strange. The toilet was in a separate room, while the sink was located in the bedroom. This meant that after using the toilet, you had to walk into the bedroom just to wash your hands, which was quite inconvenient and unhygienic. The shower also had black spots everywhere. The staff were another disappointment. They were not particularly friendly or helpful and often looked like they didn’t enjoy being there, which affected the overall atmosphere. The one major positive was the location. The hotel is very close to the Old Town, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, despite the excellent location, I was not satisfied with my experience and would not choose to stay here again.
