Duomo Guesthouse My Extra Home

The property is right outside the main square with the duomo. We found everything within walking distance and were relieved to find that the property had air-conditioning!

My family of 5 and I stayed at this property for 5 nights. Centrally located, clean, near a local supermarket (we did breakfast on our own), kitchen well suited for short term stays, split air conditioning was perfect (Americans need our air conditioning), comfortable beds, management communication was great - lots of information to make your stay easy. The washer and dryer was important for us because our trip to Italy was over 2 weeks long and this was in the middle allowing for less clothes/luggage. The only issue is the dryer take a very long time (2 hours for a cycle) and then really does not do a good job. So be prepared to hang clothes to dry (which is fine - if you are prepared for it - there were lots of hangers). They even had laundry pods although we had brough our own. Overall - highly recommend this location and the management team for their comprehensive "support tools/information" to make your stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful time and the apartment was great. Centralized location, near great shops and sights and restaurants. Lots of room. Owner is responsive, we had one issue with the shower drain, and they had a repair person out within two hours. They have extra keys so family could go their separate ways to explore, which was nice. Easy check in and out. Would stay here again.

Cannot beat this location! After a minor mix-up in which apartment we were assigned to, we got access to this huge apartment! Lots of storage, spacious bedrooms. The kitchen does not have an oven if you plan on preparing meals so we used the stovetop. Close to a grocery if you need it. The small tv was not "smart" so kids couldn't watch in their downtime. A really great apartment, would stay there again.

Stayed here for a few days with friends and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was so spacious, close to everything, and the AC worked very well. The owners were so responsive on What’s App leading up to and during the trip. They also provide great recommendations and documentation on how to use everything in the apartment. Check in was very easy too and really liked that there was a code to enter the building. One thing to note if you have heavy luggage is that you do have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the unit.
